Sour Cream is one of the easiest probiotic you can make. You can buy cultured buttermilk or make your own. Two tablespoons into 8oz of heavy cream. Now you have sour cream for pennies on the dollar for the rest of your life!

Last week we made a new batch of sauerkraut. This was a few days ago and it's time taste test them. They look delicious for sure.
