Hey, guys, this is my first upload to Rumble, and what better way to start the channel than a great all-training sit down with Jared Feather head of training at RP Strength. With over 1 million YouTube subs the guys at RP are bringing all things hypertrophy to the masses in such a great way. After a few days of training with and getting to know Jared I have a massive amount of respect for the guy and I managed to get a good sit down with him to quick-fire a few questions that I'm sure we all want answers to ESPECIALLY those of you fresh into bodybuilding trying to navigate your way through the mazes of information available.
