Opening day at Solitude Ski Resort in Utah. It was very crowded with only two lifts operating. Video was filmed with an Insta360 on an invisible selfie stick.

With beautiful sunny skies, low winds, and crunchy snow, I decided to make a second attempt to film myself with my Skydio 2+ drone with the fixed motion follow-me skill. On the helmet is an Insta360. The video is just my fun attempt to create a mellow ski tour something I can share with others.

This morning, I took my dog up Millcreek Canyon, in the Wasatch National Forest in Utah. He had a blast. It was fun to get to ski with Apollo.

Testing out my new GoPro Hero 10, recorded this on a hiking trail with my dog in 4k resolution with 60 fps. Music is just stock jingles from iMovie.

My friend encouraged me to publish more of my skiing footage taken on an action camera (not GoPro...). In putting the video together, the soundtrack I chose made me think of one of my favorite poems: Robert Frost's "Stopping By Woods On A Snowy Evening".
