Siberian Pine Nut Oil - Amazing Acid Reflux Remedy & More!
For the informational newsletter that goes with this video, please click here: https://conta.cc/3RP7S8t
So often I tell you how I am always learning from my clients!
This past week, a new client told me he "cured" his acid reflux completely using Siberian pine nut oil.
I was flabberghasted.
ONE, because I had never heard of Siberian pine nut oil, and TWO, because as a practitioner I am always keeping up on things for this very common and devastating condition, and this was my first time hearing about it.
People typically are prescribed proton-pump inhibiting medication, such as omeprazole or one of the "prazoles," and these medications are not good things to be taking. They turn off ALL of the proton pumps in the body, shutting down much more than acid production in the stomach, negatively affecting many areas of health.
In the realm of natural health, we are always searching for things that will work well for this issue. Sometimes one thing works well for one person but not the next person, and so on. Sometimes it takes a combination of several things. It is often a process of trial and error, and, unfortunately, in some cases we do not see resolution.
AND. SO!
I am dearly hoping, as I share this information, many will find similar success in treating this condition; healing the affected tissues AND stopping the acid problem in the first place, which, according to my research, appears to be how this Siberian pine nut oil works when it comes to acid reflux. My research also reveals other important properties of pine nuts and pine nut oil, and we'll get into all of that, as well.

Little Lithium: a micro mineral with macro effect!
For the informational newsletter accompanying this video, click here:

What is it about the mineral lithium that makes it so "good for us?" Is it possible that by making sure we are getting enough of this trace nutrient on a daily basis we might be able to prevent such dreaded diseases as Parksinson's, Alzheimer's, ALS, Huntingdon's, and more?
Today I'll be focusing on a wonderful paper I have printed and distrbuted to countless clients over the years - Lithium as a Nutrient by Thomas M. Marshall, Ph.D. - and I will also be highlighting concerning areas of health this little lithium impacts mightily!

Pomegranate: Powerhouse for Health!
For the informational newsletter that accompanies this video, click here: https://conta.cc/3XjYo8F
Last week I talked about Omega-7 (palmitoleic acid) as found in sea buckthorn berry and some other healthful foods, among them: fish, such as salmon, herring, and mackerel; avocado oil, olive oil, macadamia nuts & oil.
Today, I'll be talking about Omega-5, as found in the powerful pomegranate.
Omega-5s are emerging as being important in many different aspects of health. They’ve been shown to reduce inflammation, protect the brain, maintain the body’s insulin sensitivity, and even have anti-cancer properties.

Have you Heard? Omega-7 for Sjogren's, PEA for chronic pain, cucumber seed for bone health
For the informational newsletter containing the information that goes with this video, kindly click here: https://conta.cc/4bSDe5Q
We are all very familiar with Omega-3 from fish oil and flax; Omega-6 comes primarily from undesirable vegetable oils; Omega-9 is prized for the skin and is sourced in oils such as evening primrose and borage seed, but have you ever heard of Omega-7? It's richest source is the Sea Buckthorn Berry (seed is also a source of both Omega-7 and Omega-9). Sea buckthorn berry oil is useful as a therapy for people with Sjogren's syndrome; it addresses the dryness of the mucosal tissues and skin, the modulation of the immune system and inflammation via its sterols, and it is excellent for everyone when it comes to heart health, skin health, eye health, and more.
Cucumber seed extract has been shown to downregulate the production of osteoclasts, cells which destroy bone. Very exciting.
Most exciting to me in today's lineup: "Palmitoylethanolamide in the Treatment
of Chronic Pain Caused by Different Etiopathogenesispme"
This is absolutely amazing information, and I am eager to use PEA and SEA (Stearoylethanolamide) in inflammatory conditions leading to pain, from neuropathy due to whatever cause, arthritis conditions, fibromyalgia, etc. Chronic pain and the conditions just mentioned are very challenging for any form of medicine or healthcare to address.
Have you ever heard of it? I just did, and I'm passing it on to you.
Enjoy!

Progesterone is a hormone we tend to think of as a female hormone. We associate it perhaps most strongly with pregnancy.
But did you know that all of us make progesterone and depend on it for very many of its contributions to our physiology? Women, men, and even childen.
Low progesterone leads to estrogen dominance which can then in turn lead to:
Fibrocystic breasts
Endometriosis
Ovarian cysts
PMS
Fertility issues
Menopausal symptoms
Prostate problems in men
Hormonally based cancers
PCOS
In addition, adequate progesterone levels help stave off conditions such as:
Heart disease
Diabetes

Sunshine, Sunscreens: What you need to know!
For the informational newsletter that accompanies this video, please click here: https://conta.cc/3QMCbvV
Sunshine. Friend or foe?
I think we'd all agree it can be both.
Sunny days brighten the mood, lift our spirits, and sparkle our world, but too much sun can leave our skin burned and our bodies dehydrated.
Are sunscreens the answer for preventing sunburn? This is an important question.
"The global sun care products market size was valued at USD 13.97 billion in 2022 and is anticipated to grow from USD 14.40 billion in 2023 to USD 19.65 billion by 2030, exhibiting a CAGR of 4.5% growth during the forecast period of (2023-2030)."
The forecast for the sun care product industry is nothing but sunny, but are these products really protecting our health?
I say, "NO," and I'm not just talking about the toxins within them but actually the deleterious health effects of blocking us from suns healthful rays.
In the 40+ years since the introduction of sunscreens, the deadly form of skin cancer - melanoma - has continued to climb year after year.
If that isn't concerning enough, how else might we be harming ourselves by...

I'm thinking of QUERCETIN this morning, since - at least where I am living - spring allergy season is in full swing, and I am dutifully keeping my allergy armor on! The trees are all blooming & leafing, the cars are covered with yellow every morning, and the Kleenex use is... overbudget, to say the least!
Have you ever wondered what makes a “superfood” super? Or what top superfoods like red wine, green tea, kale and blueberries all have in common? The answer is quercetin, a natural compound tied to what all of us seek: better longevity, heart health, endurance, immunity, and more.

Hyperparathyroidism - Could this be YOU?
For the informational newsletter that accompanies this presentation, click here: https://conta.cc/4bdldyr
Calcium - last week I kind of painted calcium as a villian! Nothing could be farther from the truth. We desperately need calcium in our bodies. It is critically important.
In fact, it is so important that there are four tiny glands surrounding the thyroid gland that have only one purpose, and that is to regulate blood calcium levels: The parathyroid glands.
Parathyroid disorders are not that uncommon but very often go missing in diagnosis. Hyperparathyroidism - overactive parathyroid activity - is caused by a tumor or tumors on one or more of the parathyroid glands.
Malfunction can cause a multitude of health problems, from fatigue, brain fog, and insomnia to osteoporosis, cancers, and, ultimately, death.
Over the years I have suspected it in some of my clients and found that to be the case. The only treatment is removal of the affected gland.

Magnificent Magnesium!
For the informational newsletter that accompanies this program, please click here: https://conta.cc/3xag4sc
Carolyn Dean, MD, ND says it is in her newest book on magnesium, Magnesium: The Missing Link to Total Health:
"Magnesium is a critical mineral in the human body and is involved in some 80% of known metabolic functions. It is currently estimated that 60% of adults do not achieve the average dietary intake (ADI) and 45% of Americans are magnesium deficient, a condition associated with disease states like hypertension, diabetes, and neurological disorders, to name a few. Magnesium deficiency can be attributed to common practices, medications, and farming techniques, along with estimates that the mineral content of vegetables has declined by as much as 80-90% in the last 100 years."
I have to say I agree. My compounding pharmacist father gifted me a copy of her first book The Magnesum Miracle back in 2003. I read her revised version published in 2017 a year or so ago. I was recently sent a copy of her latest for review, and I can't recommend it highly enough.
Today during my Saturday noon Webinar, I'll be sharing with you some information I know you will find not only helpful but in some ways downright startling.
If magnesium is found in so many foods many of us eat regularly, why are so many of us deficient?
"But my doctor says my magnesium level is just fine!" - why serum magnesium doesn't tell us very much and can foster a false security.
How very many medications, including those used to treat chronic disease conditions not recognized as magnesium deficiency further deplete magnesium and make everything worse!
Why calcium supplementation is a huge "no-no" if you want to be healthy and how inadequate magnesium intake makes exacerbates the problems exponentially.
The Good News?
If lack of adequate magnesium is playing a rold in so many health conditions (Dean identifies 68 by name!), then wouldn't it stand to reason that replenishing magnesium would result in a blossoming of good health throughout our bodies and impact many areas of our health?
Questions, such as:
How much do I need?
Which form or forms are right for me?

3 Wondrous Medicinal Herbs! Plantain, Horopito, False Daisy
For the informational newsletter that goes with this presentation, click here: https://conta.cc/3vlodcV
Three remarkable plants with remarkable medicinal properties! The first two I only recently learned about.
The first, Horopito, in researching plant medicine for Candida overgrowth.
The second, False Daisy, from a comment in the comments section on Rumble when viewing my presentation on Moringa a few weeks ago.
The third, Plantain, is an "old friend" but with even more benefits than I have given it credit for!
HOROPITO - Pseudowintera colorata
FALSE DAISY - Eclipta prostrata
PLANTAIN - Plantago major or lanceolata
We start with plantain and spend MOST of the hour on this fabulous natural medicine, but you can find all of the written material for that and for the other two in the newsletter.

Sweet Leaf - Magical Monarda!
For the informational newsletter related to this program, please click here:
https://conta.cc/4a2HjDi Please feel free to sign up to receive future similar emails.
Just yesterday afternoon a gentleman popped into the shop to pick up another bottle of Mondarda fistulosa, otherwise known as Sweet Leaf (not to be confused with Stevia), Wild Bergamot, Eastern Bergamot, and Bee Balm. I'm sure many of you recognize it from the photo above. Very common.
(The wondrous thing about very common plants is that they are more often than not chock full of very uncommon abilities when it comes to improving health. You have to know about them and how to use them, though!)
Anyway, I had previously advised this gentleman to try Mondarda for his ears, and yesterday he said after a few weeks he felt them start to pop and clear. I don't recall exactly his original complaint. However, during yesterday's conversation I mentioned that I most commonly recommend it for tinnitus. His eyes popped, and he said something to the effect that that problem has been lessening for him!
I then went on to mention that Monarda fistulosa is also used for urinary tract issues, Candida overgrowth/vaginitis, as well as vertigo and Meniere's disease. When I mentioned vertigo, his eyes popped again! He said when descending stairs he used to hold onto the railing because of a sense of imbalance, but he hasn't been having to do that lately!
Then, I mentioned that Monarda is said to enhance one's appreciation of the beauty in art, music, etc., and he felt that was something he could testify regarding, as well.
Others in the shop at that time were listening and wanted to learn more, so it was at that very moment I decided right that Monarda fistulosa would be my topic today!
STORY TIME! The best way for me to tell you about this remarkable plant is to read to you directly from master herbalist Matthew Wood's excellent resource The Book of Herbal Wisdom. I have attended many of his classes over the years, and he is an absolute wealth of knowledge when it comes to herbal medicine. I know you will be intrigued with what I have to share with you, straight from "the horse's mouth!" Please join me...

I was very intrigued by a newly released book called MMM Theory. MMM stands for Microbiome Mucosal Milieu. The author of this book sets forth the hypothesis that autoimmune diseases are not the body actually attacking itself but trying to rid the body of various toxins, resulting in the immune system behaving abnormally.
In this book the topic of colostrum came up as a means of assisting the body in the healing process. The author went on to mention a classic text on the subject of colostrum - Peptide Immunotherapy: A Physician's Reference Guide- and that is what brings me to my topic today.
