I've eaten some great meal in pubs around the UK. On this trip I decided to search out 3 of London's oldest pubs to try some traditional British food and hopefully dispel the myth that British Food is all bad? Now I've just relaunched. Challenge is to complete what I started with a 6 month series in which I hope to answer these questions. What makes Nigerian food Nigerian food? Why have certain techniques been developed? Are there techniques to make the process of some food preparation easier? Are there techniques to make the food taste even more awesome? I'm not a chef so I'm looking to find answers through the process of getting in the kitchen and cooking, as well as travelling and eating in order to compare and contrast foods and cooking techniques from other cultures.
