In this video I will be doing a hand file manicure for my polygel nails. Instead of using lots of different tools I will just use a hand file to do my manicure. Hand file is the only tool I am using to prepare my nails for polygel extensions. We were getting snow in the area and my friend Anya (who is a photographer) and I did a photoshoot together. The day I have found this new way of building nails with polygel and hard gel I immediately tried this method. In this new way of using dual forms plygel is applied only to about a half a nail, cured and then filed. And to finish building the nail hard gel is applied on top. I really liked this method and wanted you to have it too! I have found this method on Instagram. In this video I've build my nails with fiberglass and ibd hard gel. I like fiberglas for building nails because it is qite strong and in combination with ibd gel creates natural looking nail extentions. While making this video I just about realized it is perhaps my favorite method so far and I will use fiberglass and ibd gel for building my nails.
