    Nobody said it would be easy. After almost of a week of trying to do a 3-day mind vow of silence, yesterday 5th of January I was able to access the infinity ocean of consciousness. I didn't fully let go of thoughts. About 80% TO 90% of thoughts were gone. The mind was very quiet. There was no more chaos. That is the only way you can access and understand. I hope many more will follow suit and archive this.

    ***WARNING DISTRESSFUL*** There is more than meets the eye. How to take control of your true self. The real you is that awareness that goes around and experiences memories, movies/stories, lore. That awareness that creates scenarios, that is daydreaming, is the real you. You have to learn how to control that/yourself. Go into a memory, experience it, and then come back into the body. Try to stay conscious while you're experiencing that memory. We usually get lost in it, and we are not fully conscious while experiencing it. Keep practising that. Go into any lore (Marvel, DC) and experience it, while trying not to lose yourself in it. Stay conscious. After a while, come back into the body and try to stay here for a few minutes before “The Mind” your true self goes walk about again. The more you practice that, the better you get. Once you get good at it, you will also be able to this in dreams without any effort. Lucid dreams. You will have full control of your dreams and the constructs you create while your vessel sleeps. It is a lot of fun.
