My experience of 40 hours DRY FAST.

I will talk a bit about my past. Though I don't go very deep on all the details or any stories really, I explain what my overall big lifestyle/habits mistake was.
It was a lack of taking action.
Because you can have the greatest ideas in the world, but they are nothing. Even an idea not as good will beat it easily if executed.
On the other hand, I learned a lot, thanks to my diverse interests.
And spending procrastination time from a big part on learning new things, from tech and science to gardening.
2020 has been amazing so far.
I started investing in stocks, learning more math, and also this YouTube channel.

Today's video is about my 9 month long NO Added Sugar diet.
Sugar is one of the most dangerous things we eat. It increases the risks of getting many diseases, that are leading causes of death.
I didn't eat any regular sugary sweets, like chocolate, cakes or ice cream.
I however also presented some special foods, that I did eat:
1. Protein shake with cornflakes
2. Yogurt w/berries +protein (+peanut butter)
3. Protein shake w/banana (+peanut butter)
