Air Force Colonel: DEI is harmful to those it is trying to help
On the "Securing America" show with Frank Gaffney on Real America's Voice network, Air Force Reserves Colonel Brandi King talks about how the constant DEI push in the military is making minorities wonder if they were chosen for their hard work and abilities, or for something they have no control over: their skin color and gender If the latter, it makes them feel diminished.

Former US Secretary of Defense Esper: "DEI Divides Us"
Former Secretary of Defense Mark Esper: "The problem is DEI takes time and resources away from the troops that they should otherwise be training and preparing for war.
It further divides us, it further starts putting people into buckets, whether you’re based on your ethnicity, your gender, your sex, the color of your skin.
My view is, I’m sorry–if you’re in the military, if you’re in the Army, you’re all green. If you’re in the Air Force, you’re all blue. We have a common mission, a common purpose.
Let’s stop subdividing and identifying people along those lines because it creates friction that undermines morale and readiness.”

Briefings for DACODAI
STARRS assembled a distinguished panel, representing six different organizations to provide DACODAI with an alternate viewpoint that they are not getting. The people making presentations want DOD to first of all focus on merit—picking the best qualified—not just a “qualified” leader (giving a boost to someone based on an immutable characteristic like skin color). They also want the focus to be on wartime readiness, not the social justice wars sweeping our nation. The precepts of this Marxist-based CRT/DEI ideology are discriminatory—plain and simple—and are tearing at the fabric of our nation.
