Track Attack: Shocking Moment Handler is Punched and Kicked by Racecourse ‘Invader’ as Man Arrested
This is the moment a job attacked a dog trainer as he walked his greyhound to the trap at a racecourse.
A shocking video shows the fuming racing fan running up to the handler from behind before jumping on his back at Crayford Greyhound Track in South East London.
Cops have now arrested the thug on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm.
The clip shows the invader thumping the trainer on the head as his greyhound struggles to take cover.
The thug then knees the trainer in the face while he holds him by the hood of his jumper.
He throws a few more punches before the horrified cameraman pans away from the terrifying scene.
The stadium, which has featured races since 1986, is one of just 20 remaining dog tracks in the UK.
It has raced five days a week and is owned by Ladbrokes Coral.
Racing fans took to Twitter to tell of their shock.
One wrote: "I've never seen anything like this. We need some context ASAP."
Another added: "I was hoping someone else saw this. Hopefully, the bloke is ok."
A third said: "Jesus Christ. Fair play to the person with the two dogs getting the lead and the greyhound out the way ASAP."
A spokesperson for Met Police for comment said: "Police were called at 12.36hrs on Wednesday, 25 January to reports of an assault at commercial premises in Stadium Way, Crayford.
"A man (no further details) was arrested on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm."
A spokesperson for Ladbrokes told The Sun: “This was a deeply unsavory incident and one the police are now dealing with.
"Our prime concern is the well-being of the individual who was the victim of this awful assault.
"We are making sure he is okay, which fortunately he seems to be, whilst also assisting the police with their investigation."
Crayford Greyhound Track refused to comment when approached by The Sun.

Novak Djokovic ERUPTS at Umpire after Punter's Deportation Taunt at the Australian Open
Novak Djokovic has once again complained of fan behavior at the Australian Open after his opponent was urged to 'send him home', 12 months on from his deportation saga.
The 35-year-old returned to Melbourne Park for this year's tournament, having missed the 2022 event after the Australian government deported him due to his vaccination status.
Aiming to win his 10th slam Down Under, Djokovic made light work of Russian opponent Andrey Rublev in the first set of their quarter-final on Wednesday night, taking it 6-1.
But Djokovic was upset by heckling from the Rod Laver Arena crowd and was heard urging umpire James Keothavong to take action after a fan was reportedly heard yelling: 'Send him home Rublev, send him home'.
Djokovic has had his fair share of run-ins with fans during this year's tournament, having complained of a fan who was 'drunk out of his mind' earlier on in the competition.
He took matters into his own hands during his second-round game and told the umpire that the spectator was trying to 'get inside my head' throughout a tie-break against Enzo Couacaud.
'The guy's drunk out of his mind, from the first point he's been provoking me,' he said. 'He's not here to watch tennis. He just wants to get in my head.
Djokovic also asked the umpire: 'What are you going to do about it? Why don't you get security to get him out of the stadium?'
A security official was then seen speaking to a group of fans dressed as Where's Wally to try to calm things down.
But the hecklers didn't stop Djokovic from advancing to the third round, with the Serb defeating Frenchman Couacaud 6-1, 6-7 (5), 6-2, 6-0.
Speaking about the rowdy crowd, Djokovic said after the match: 'What I have a problem with is when somebody's crossing the line, numerous times ... and saying things that were not respectful at all.'
Djokovic, who said the heckling had been going on for more than an hour and a half, added: 'I had enough, you know?'
Meanwhile, Andy Murray faced a torrent of abuse from Australian fans during his match against Thanasi Kokkinakis.
Murray was furious that the match - the longest the Briton has ever played in his career at 5 hours and 45 minutes - entered the early hours of the morning in Melbourne, with the star finally beating Kokkinakis at 4.08 am local time.
As he sat down after winning the fourth set, Murray told the umpire it was 'so disrespectful' that the players aren't allowed to take a break to go to the toilet when it's 4 am - and when they have been playing for over 5 hours.
'It's a joke,' Murray added, as the umpire nodded. 'It is a joke and you know it as well. It's disrespectful. It's disrespectful to you, it's disrespectful to the ball children, it's disrespectful to the players. And we're not allowed to go to the toilet. Ridiculous.'

League One Referee Sends Off the WRONG Bolton Player in Farcical Clash with Forest Green
Bolton's League One clash with Forest Green was marred by farcical scenes on Tuesday night after the referee sent off the wrong player.
Wanderers found themselves a goal up after just six minutes with Bolton's No 10 Dion Charles tucking away a Gethin Jones cross in what was a perfect start for the hosts.
But goalscorer Charles soon found himself to be the victim of mistaken identity when he was shown a straight red card in the 28th minute by referee Tom Nield.
Charles, understandably, was left utterly bemused by the sending-off while the majority of the Bolton University Stadium was left confused as to what had happened until replays of an off-the-ball tussle painted a clear picture.
Moments before Charles' sending off, his team-mate Elias Kachunga, who wears No 24, was caught by the cameras appearing to throw a punch at Rovers defender Brandon Cooper.
Play stopped soon after which allowed Nield to discuss with his linesman what they had – or hadn't – seen.
Comically, the League One official identified Charles as the guilty party, who was drinking some water by the side of the pitch when he was given his marching orders.
Bolton's official Twitter account questioned the decision during their live blog.
The club's admin tweeted: 'Dion Charles has been sent off. Some confusion around the ground, we're not sure what's happened there!?'
Sky Sports legendary commentator Chris Kamara saw the funny side of the sending-off, claiming Bolton was 'bringing a sub on' about his iconic and hilarious gaffe while live on air.
While Kamara saw the funny side, Bolton manager Ian Evatt was left utterly stunned by the decision.
He said: 'We cannot deny that Elias has let everybody down, showing that lack of discipline is not acceptable and he's apologized to the group.
Despite being a man down for over an hour, the 10 men of Bolton held on to stay three points behind fourth-placed Derby, who scored twice in the final three minutes to beat Port Vale 2-1.

Terrified Couple Flees Their RV and Leaps Into Water Filled Ditch After Life Threatening Tornado
Scariest moment of our life': Terrified couple flees their RV with two dogs and leaps into a water-filled ditch after a life-threatening tornado touched down near them in Texas
Video posted online shows the moment a couple had to run from their RV to a water-filled ditch to escape a tornado in Texas
At least 14 tornadoes were reported across Texas and Louisiana on Tuesday
The heavy winds tore roofs off of buildings and left three with minor to moderate injuries in Louisiana
Dramatic video shows the moment a terrified couple had to flee their RV with their two dogs as a tornado touched down near their mobile home in Texas.
More than a dozen tornadoes struck down in Texas and Louisiana on Tuesday, leaving windows and roofs blown off buildings, destroying a Houston-area nursing home and injuring three people in a mobile home park in Louisiana.
As of Wednesday morning, nearly 42,000 people throughout the two states were without power.
Winds could be heard howling in Chapman-Peck's video as rain drenched the Country Livin' RV Park in Orange.
He then turns to his wife, Allyson, who draped herself with a blanket inside the RV they travel the country with and tells her: 'Baby come on.'
Chapman-Peck continues to urge her to leave the small mobile home as she grabs their two dogs, Marlee and Macie, by the leash, and leads them out the door.
Together, they run across a field as Allyson covers herself with her blanket to protect herself from the heavy rain until they reach a nearby water-filled ditch.
The couple jumps into the water, dragging their dogs along with them, in a desperate effort to shield themselves from the storm, which the National Weather Service called 'life-threatening.'

Kangaroo Brawl Crashes Into Family Tent at Trial Bay Gaol Campground On NSW Mid-North Coast
Two brawling kangaroos have caused chaos at a camping ground after they fell onto a tent in which a family slept.
The two Eastern Grey kangaroos woke campers as they crashed into tables and tents while they brawled through the Trial Bay Gaol campground at Arakoon on the NSW mid-north coast on the morning of January 14.
The fight ended as the two barrelled into a family's tent, landing on top of four sleeping children and shredding the structure.
The seven-minute fight was recorded by Larry Whiteman and posted to his Instagram account, OutbackLarry.
The video shows the kangaroos sizing each other up and fighting across the campgrounds before making their way down the hill toward the family's tent.
'They crashed right through the tent right onto the girls' mattress,' Mr. Whiteman posted.
'It was only blind luck that the kangaroos didn't injure them.'
The mother of the family, who had woken up early and watched the brawl with Mr. Whiteman, can be heard screaming as the family tent was shredded by one of the roos' claws.
Mr. Whiteman had to hold the mother back from trying to separate the animals.
'I knew if she went in between those two kangaroos one of them was going to hurt her,' he told The Maitland Mercury.
'The kangaroos moved away from the tent after that and I think one passed out from being choked... They left shortly after that.'
The fight is believed to have been caused by a common interest in a female.
According to the Department of Environment and Science, Eastern Grey kangaroos can brawl year-round as they don't have a set mating period.
This means that in a mob of kangaroos, the dominant male is constantly looking out for any threat to the females in his mob, including other male kangaroos or even humans.
'Don’t go near male kangaroos that are sparring, fighting or showing off their size and strength to each other,' the DES website warns.

Duke’s Kyle Filipowski Punched in Throat, Throws up on Controversial No-Call
The last 15 seconds of the Duke vs. Virginia Tech college hoops game Monday night had everything: A go-ahead shot, a throat punch, a no-call, and some vomit.
With the game tied at 75 and under 20 seconds left, Hokies guard MJ Collins took a pass near the right baseline, dribbled into the painted area, and hit a short jumper to give Virginia Tech a 77-75 lead. He then cocked his fist back to celebrate – but in the process, ended up punching star Duke freshman Kyle Filipowski directly in the throat.
Filipowski collapsed to the ground, and Collins pulled back his fist immediately upon contact, signaling that it was an accident. The officials reviewed the play and did not call a flagrant foul – or any foul at all.
A flagrant foul would have given Filipowski two free throws, and thus a chance to tie the game.
Filipowski still looked shaken up as the team went back to the sideline, with cameras catching him hunched over in his seat. The 19-year-old even threw up in the huddle.
“Yeah, he just elbowed me right in my Adam’s apple,” Filipowski told reporters after the game. “I couldn’t breathe for a minute, but I just needed to throw up and I was good.”
“He was full-on throwing up and he wasn’t about to be out for a second,” Duke head coach Jon Scheyer added. “He’s a big-time warrior, man.”
Duke’s Tyrese Proctor missed a go-ahead 3-pointer on the ensuing possession and the Blue Devils turned the ball over with their last-gasp attempt after Virginia Tech split a pair of free throws.
Virginia Tech hung on to win the game, 78-75, handing Duke their fourth road loss in five tries away from home. Three of the Blue Devils’ next five games are on the road, including two top-20 teams in Virginia and Miami.

Mykhailo Mudryk Becomes the Fastest Player after Reaching 22.76Mph in a Sprint in His Chelsea Debut
Mykhailo Mudryk has only played 35 minutes in England but the Ukrainian is already the Premier League’s fastest player.
Chelsea’s new £88million man, who wowed fans with his fancy footwork off the bench during Saturday’s 0-0 draw with Liverpool at Anfield, clocked 22.76mph on the speed gun.
That saw Mudryk overtake the season’s previous top-flight record of 22.74mph set by Everton’s Anthony Gordon against Crystal Palace in November.
The 22-year-old has already endeared himself to Chelsea fans before even stepping onto the pitch after he was filmed by his trainer doing weight training and endurance work to help him hit those top speeds.
Mudryk also topped the charts in the Champions League group stage. Before signing for Chelsea, the 22-year-old hit 22.74mph while playing for Shakhtar Donetsk — a speed also matched by Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele.
Mudryk endeared himself to Chelsea fans before stepping onto the pitch, having been filmed by his trainer doing weight training and endurance work to help him hit the ground running.
Performance coach Dima Chapovskyi shared the videos on Instagram, saying: '37.00. It's not temperature. It's Mudryk speed against Liverpool.'
Mudryk earned comparisons to Blues icons Eden Hazard and Arjen Robben following his impressive cameo at Anfield, while Chelsea boss Graham Potter has admitted that he faces a 'balancing act' of who to select following the 22-year-old's performance.
‘Stability helps the team and we need to be as stable as we can while acknowledging the competition in our squad,’ he said.
‘It is a balancing act and every game brings a slightly different demand. You don’t always get it right but that’s the challenge.
‘Mudryk hasn’t played since November so it would have been a risk to start him but he was very good coming on.
‘He’s only had two sessions with us and will get better the more he understands us and vice-versa. He can get supporters off their seats. His dribbling actions are high and know where the goal is.
‘Our job is to help setline him into the country and the team. He and Joao Felix are top players.
'Coaches don’t magically turn them into good players, it’s just about helping them fine-tune.’
And while it has only been one game, Cesar Azpilicueta believes it will not take long for the new arrival to get up to speed.
'I've seen a very focused lad with great determination, great ambition,' Azpilicueta said.
'It was his first game since November so, for him, it was like pre-season.
'He played 35 minutes at Anfield so it's not the easiest debut and I think he did brilliantly.
'He's a player who can have that mix between playing good football with his feet and also running the space, you could see his speed.'

Yulimar Rojas Breaks 26yr Old WORLD RECORD with Final
Yulimar Rojas broke the 26-year-old world record with her last Tokyo 2020 jump as she won three women’s Olympic gold medals.
Yulimar Rojas has set a new world record aimed at winning gold in three women's blasts.
Venezuela took the top spot with an effort of 15.41 meters from its first round of the evening and, in its last gold attempt, confirmed 15.67metres.
It was 0.17 meters better than the previous bench, set up by Inessa Kravets of Ukraine in 1995 in Sweden.
'I wanted it, I knew we had that distance in my legs to get it today. I was a bit of a failure in the technical field but the last jump was one to give it all, and it always was, 'he said.
'I focused on giving my best, I enjoyed it, and it turned out.'
The victory made her the first female Rojas Venezuela champion.
Rojas was a strong favorite in the field and put down a big mark with his first jump.
Portugal's Patricia Mamona won a 15.01metres jump for silver, while Spain's Ana Peleteiro won bronze by 14.87metres.
Rojas developed his silver medal at the Rio Olympics in 2016, and is also a two-time world champion in London in 2017 and Doha in 2019.

Team GB Men’s 4x100m Olympic Relay – Greatest Moment, Baton Drops and Disqualifications
THE 4x100 meter relay is held by the US at the Olympics. But the baton drop and the failed pass hit Team GB. Here's how they went over the years.
As record holders and winners 15 times the American team went to the Athens Olympics in 2004 as a favorite. But Team GB is looking at Greece looking to break the dominance of their main rival.
The American team boasts 100m gold medalist Justin Gatlin, bronze medalist Maurice Greene and 200m champion Shawn Crawford.
Team GB failed to get its runners to the Athens 100m and 200meters finals, making them the underdogs.
The drama takes place in GB and the US is dragging on.
Crawford and Greene as well as Darvis Patton and Coby Miller brought home the bat in first place with a time of 38.02, while Jason Gardener of GG, Darren Campbell, Marlon Devonish and Mark Lewis-Francis followed with 38.53 for the best season.
The US brought in big guns to put Patton in the final place with newly crowned 100m champion Gatlin.
The unchanging British team are ranked in the third lane with the US where they see it in the fifth lane.
With a false start about him, Gardener ran his first blind coat and gave Campbell a neck and neck with Crawford.
Gatlin's second-legged leg looks set to put the US in the first lead but a bad change in Miller let GB go ahead.
The last complete change from Devonish to Lewis-Francis saw Britain with a small lead heading in the end but Lewis-Francis took the former world champion Greene who chased him to the finish line.
It was a bittersweet moment when the two crossed the line together, but Lewis-Francis' dip forced his chest over the line first - a 0.01 second victory.
The Athens victory was only Team GB's second victory in the 4x100 meters.
Their previous victory came for the first time when the race was contested in the 1912 Stockholm Games.
The British David Jacobs, Henry Macintosh, Willie Applegarth and Victor d'Arcy ran home in a time of 42.4 seconds.
Since 2004 Britain or the US have never received this event.

Lewis Hamilton Says Booing Fuels Him After Negative Reception At Hungary GP
Lewis Hamilton received his 101 pole position on Saturday afternoon and said protesting fans at the Austrian Grand Prix had only encouraged him.
Hamilton beat Mercedes teammate Valtteri Bottas for a goal, while Red Bull's Max Verstappen started in the second and third row.
The defending champion was involved in a controversial incident with Verstappen's champion driver leader at the British Grand Prix two weeks ago, when the two collided in the first thigh.
Hamilton went on to win the home race but was criticized by Red Bull for disrespecting Verstappen, who went to the hospital, during his birthday, although it was later confirmed that Hamilton and Mercedes knew their rival had been eliminated.
On Saturday, the two were vying for the start of Sunday's race against Hungaroring. It was Hamilton who hit his thigh with great speed, but instead of cheering on the fans he met with a bang.
However, the seven-time unbeaten world champion threw a curling ball at disgruntled fans, telling them they were cheating on him.
There was still controversy. While the best runners came out to do their final runs, Hamilton slowed down to free himself.
The actions of the British driver mean that Verstappen teammates Sergio Perez failed to cross the first line during the last qualifying league.
Christian Horner, who has been widely critical of the crash two weeks ago, joked about the incident, saying, "Lewis has found hell in the bank and obviously sponsors things and obviously doesn't want us to give our cars a clean run.
"But it is his right to do that, he has a place to follow, so we don't have a big problem. Everything is going to happen tomorrow now.
After the session Hamilton was asked again about the Silverstone incident but his Dutch rival intervened to try to end the question.
It will be interesting to see how the race goes on Sunday, especially with the Red Bulls both on the soft lap and Mercedes in the middle.
Will Hamilton and Verstappen go on wheels again?

TikTok slammed by rescue animal charity for ‘glorifying baby monkeys as pets’ with lollipop
SOCIAL media outlets have been criticized by an organization that helps rescue workers “glorify” by keeping baby monkeys like pets.
TikTok and Facebook have been criticized by Monkey World after rescuing a baby boy from Marmoset, Gray, Essex, this week.
Videos on the popular video sharing site show that primates are forced to "do" for their owners.
The footage on TikTok also shows a small baby monkey on the shoulder of its owner, in the UK, being fed and unveiled a separate video.
Another video, outside the UK, shows a chimpanzee licking an orange lollipop - gaining 12k popularity.
A capuchin post drinking at the tap and at the bathroom received 1.5m views.
Assistance to rescue Monkey World last week saved an orphaned monkey, named after the TikTok, after its parents tried to sell it for £ 2,000 on Facebook.
A small baby marmoset weighs only 110g, and was found in a cage when the RSPCA took it.
Little TikTok has now been renamed a sanctuary in Dorset, and given an emotional encounter with adult marmosets.
'ENJOY'
Monkey World director Dr. Alison Cronin has spent the past 27 years rescuing and rehabilitating deer from around the world.
The sanctuary was founded in 1987 by her ex-husband Jim Cronin, who died in 2007, to rescue chimpanzees who had been smuggled into the wild and trafficked for the illegal trade in images of the Spanish sea.
Speaking to Solezwe, Dr Cronin said: “We have had seven babies in seven years, one a year. Older monkeys are very common, and we have been rescuing them from space during confinement.
“I think a lot of people, the influences on social media, when confronted with an unpleasant reality and become aggressive, say their marmoset is better known. I say they do.
“They are responsible since they were young, you can't just have a team and keep adding. A child needs parental statistics and wants that, as can be seen with a small TikTok.
“This baby monkey was sold on Facebook, and their name is just confusing and very talkative. I think these forums are dangerous, brutal, and need to be addressed.
