Before starting my deep dive research project on published official medicare (CMS) regulations & research I wanted to define my understanding of my role as a Home Health RN Case Manager from my untainted perspective after a decade of education provided by my professional experiences. I contrast regulation with reality as I elaborate on the thesis presented in my first video.

Home Health Care, a $129.1 B medicare program shamelessly fails to meet it's core goals. Among many reasons one issue overshadows all: Pay Per Visit compensation & full time point systems that define full time as 60+hrs/wk.
