Osho speaks about the necessity of being conscious in every action throughout the day. You don’t need to do great work. Even the smallest work should be done with great awareness. Consciousness is meditation. You don’t need to sit for 10 minutes in the morning for meditation. You don’t need to pray to God only on Sundays. You need to practice meditation throughout the day. In every action you perform, you should be conscious. Watchfulness, Awareness, Witnessing, Consciousness are just the different names of meditation.
