The Reality of Living With OCD
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder & intrusive thoughts have been mislabelled many times in my life, and usually when I’ve been at my lowest. I share my story in hopes that fellow sufferers don’t feel so alone, and that others may think twice when mindlessly misusing the diagnosis.
