Let's Make Hibachi
This is how we make chicken and steak hibachi at home.
Ingredients:
2 lbs of chicken breast or thighs (cut into 1 in cubes)
2lbs of steak (cut into 1 in cubes)
(Add 1 Tbsp butter just before removing from grill)
Marinade:
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Teriyaki Marinade
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ginger Paste (or fresh)
1 tsp Sesame Oil
½ tsp Black Pepper
Juice of ¼ Lemon
Veggies:
6 Zucchinis
2 heads of Broccoli
8 oz whole button mushrooms (quartered)
1 onion (halved then quartered)
Seasoning for Veggies:
¼ cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Butter
¼ cup Teriyaki Marinade
Rice:
5 cups Jasmine rice/5 cups of water (Pressure cook on high for 12 minutes and allow the InstaPot to naturally release.)
6 eggs, beaten (cook with 2 Tbsp Butter)
1 onion diced (cook with 1 Tbsp Butter)
Seasoning for Rice:
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Butter
