My Carnivore Mission Begins NOW! Over 160lbs to lose!
Hi there! This is my introduction video. I am starting the carnivore way of life and currently weigh in at 21st 10lbs (304lbs). The aim is to get to a sensible weight with much improved body composition and on the scale for me as an individual that would look like something around the 10st (140lbs) mark. I will be sharing weekly weigh ins every Monday and taking regular measurements as well as sharing what I eat and exercises I do to build my fitness steadily as time goes on. It is my hope that by sharing my story as it unfolds that I may be able to inspire others the way people who have gone before me have inspired me. Carnivore Diet Week 2 weigh in results - I made a BIG MISTAKE!
Ok so this week's video is my week 2 carnivore diet weigh in which absolutely did not go to plan! I made a really big mistake in not having a reliable plan for eating out with others on a long day out and this led to 10 days of struggling to get back on plan but in the essence of keeping it real I am here to tell you about it:-) I am back on the road to recovery now and speeding towards success! My exercise plan was a success so the week wasn't a complete write off. I really appreciate you being here and honestly it was partly having this channel that helped me get back on track so I am so very grateful to you!
