Weight Loss Strategy YOU DIDN'T KNOW (PART 3)
Our strategy is composed of 3 Pillars.
► 1st Pillar: Intermittent Fasting
Intermittent fasting is a way of eating that cycles between periods of eating and fasting. Instead of focusing on what you eat, it's all about when you eat. It's like taking breaks from eating to give your body a rest.
During the fasting periods, your body uses stored energy, like fat, for fuel. This can help with weight loss. But intermittent fasting offers more than just that. It may improve your metabolism, lower the risk of diseases, and even boost brain function.
There are different ways to do it, like the 16/8 method, where you fast for 16 hours and eat during an 8-hour window. Another way is the 5:2 approach, where you eat normally for 5 days and limit calorie intake on 2 non-consecutive days.
► 2nd Pillar: Ketogenic Diet
A healthy ketogenic diet, often called keto, is a way of eating that can help some people lose weight and improve their health. In this diet, you eat foods that are high in fat, moderate in protein, and very low in carbohydrates.
Here's what to focus on for a healthy keto diet:
Good Fats: Choose healthy fats like avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil. These fats are good for your heart and overall health.
Protein: Include sources like lean meats, fish, eggs, and tofu. Don't go overboard; moderate protein intake is key.
Low Carbs: Cut down on sugary foods, bread, pasta, and most fruits. Stick to leafy greens, non-starchy veggies, and berries in small amounts.
Avoid Processed Foods: Processed snacks and sugary drinks are a no-go. They can kick you out of ketosis and harm your health.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, a common issue on keto.
Plan Your Meals: Plan your meals ahead to make sure you're getting the right balance of fats, proteins, and carbs.
Listen to Your Body: Some people feel great on keto, while others don't. Pay attention to how your body responds.

DRY FASTING: Even SUPERMAN will hesitate to do this | Syktohealth
In all honesty, dry fasting is very intense, and it works. But I want you to know that there are definitely some risks involved. This video is just for informational and educational purposes.
In this video, I’ll talk completely about hard dry fasting. In terms of it, dry fasting gets rid of toxins faster because your body has to start using everything from cells to start making energy, not just from food but also from water. See, your body goes into a bit of a panic mode as soon as you start to get even a little bit dehydrated. It makes more catecholamines, like epinephrine, norepinephrine, and adrenaline. It gets even more stressed out and tries to find a way to get more water.

20+ Benefits of (OMAD) One Meal A Day & Intermittent Fasting - Syktohealth
If you keep up with the latest ways to lose weight, you may have heard of this “one meal a day” (OMAD) plan. Some might think it sounds crazy and like it would be more trouble than it’s worth. But in reality, this way of fasting has many benefits.
This way of eating can have big health benefits, like helping you lose weight, think better, and stay healthy. Not only that, but it can save you time and money. It’s easier than it sounds once you get used to it.
One meal a day is less of a diet and more of a way to fast once in a while. Intermittent fasting involves going between times when you eat and times when you don’t eat anything at all (also known as fasting). With OMAD, you only eat once a day, just like the name says. You can’t eat for 23 hours a day, but you can eat for one hour. At that time, you eat your one big meal. During those 60 minutes, you eat all the calories you need for the whole day.
The longer fasting period of the one-meal-a-day diet is good for the body for a number of reasons, which I will explain in more detail below. One of the most significant things to know is that a hormone called Fat Storing Hormone drops in the body when we fast. Fixing resistance to fat-storing hormones and blood sugar problems is important if you want to avoid common health problems. By doing this, fasting can help fix a lot of problems in the body and help you with everything from losing weight to remembering things.

How To Lose Belly Fat FAST: A Step by Step Guide - Syktohealth
It is hard to lose weight in general. Still, getting rid of belly fat can feel impossible, especially if you are in a hurry to get a slimmer midsection. So you Google “how to lose belly fat in 1 week”, “how to lose belly fat in 7 days”, and even “how to lose belly fat in 3 days” to see what you can find out.
“Unfortunately, the most dangerous place to store fat is in the belly,” says Lawrence Cheskin, M.D. Mr. Cheskin is the chair of the department of nutrition and food studies at George Mason University and an associate professor of health, behavior, and society at Johns Hopkins. So it’s beneficial to try to lose belly fat.
Belly fat is more than just a bother that makes your clothes feel tight.
It is not good for you.
A type of belly fat called visceral fat is a big risk factor for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and other health problems.
Body mass index (BMI) is a number that many health organizations use to classify weight and predict the risk of metabolic disease.
However, this is not true because people with too much belly fat are at a higher risk even if they look thin.
Even though it can be hard to lose fat in this area, there are a few things you can do to get rid of extra belly fat.

Acceptable Liquids During Intermittent Fasting: What Should You Drink? - Syktohealth
Before we tackle the acceptable liquids during Intermittent Fasting, let us first define the meaning of IF.
Intermittent fasting (IF) is a kind of eating that cycles between times when you don’t eat and times when you do.
It doesn’t tell you what foods to eat, but when you should eat them.
In this way, it’s not really a diet in the usual sense. Instead, it’s more like a way of eating.
Some common ways to do intermittent fasting are fasting for 16 hours every day or for 24 hours twice a week.
Intermittent fasting (IF) is one of the well-known health and fitness trends in the world right now.
Much research shows that it can have powerful effects on both your body and brain and may even help you live longer.

Lemon Water Every Day: The TRUTH About Drinking It - Syktohealth
In this video, we’re going to talk about the truth on why you should be drinking lemon water every day.
Lemon water is just water mixed with the juice of lemons. Some people add lemon peel, mint leaves, honey, turmeric, and other things.
People drink lemon water in the morning as a refreshing pick-me-up because they’ve heard it can give you more energy and speed up your metabolism.
Lemon water is often served at restaurants, and some people drink it in the morning instead of coffee or tea. There’s no doubt that lemons are great for giving food and drinks a citrusy taste, but does adding lemon juice to your water do anything good?
Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant, and lemons have a lot of it. In fact, one squeezed lemon gives a person about 21% of their daily value of vitamin C. (DV).
Lemons are full of flavonoids, just like other citrus fruits like oranges, grapefruits, and limes. These are substances that help the body stay healthy and fight off illness.
Besides that, lemons don’t have much nutrition. Lemon water doesn’t have much protein, fat, sugar, or carbs in it. It also has very small amounts of vitamins and minerals like potassium, folate, and some B vitamins.

How To Do Intermittent Fasting for SERIOUS WEIGHT LOSS - Syktohealth
Intermittent fasting is a way of eating in which you go for long periods without eating any calories. This period usually lasts from 12 to 40 hours.
You can drink water, coffee, and other drinks without calories during the fast. Still, you can’t eat or drink anything with calories.
For instance, if you eat dinner at 7 p.m. on Monday and don’t eat again until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, you’ve gone without food for 24 hours. Some people choose to fast from lunch to lunch or from breakfast to breakfast. But each person has to find their own best time frame.
A full 24-hour fast every other day may seem extreme, and it may be hard for many people to keep up. For this reason, it is not usually recommended for people just starting. But you don’t have to go all-in immediately, and many intermittent fasting plans start with shorter fasting periods.
