Are you worried about the future? God will sustain us. Are you concerned that you have nothing left to give? God has more for us. God will supply what we need, at the time we need it. Are we open to it? Be encouraged with this message of hope.

Peter, in this last chapter of 2 Peter, is fully aware that his time on earth is coming to an end. This is the last chance He will have to speak to believers and encourage them to press on in their relationship with God. Christmas is a time of year where we stop and think about family, blessings, those who are in need. We sing memorable songs; we admire our neighbor's lights; and we read the story of Christ's birth; An angel tells Joseph and Mary that now is the time. The moment has come. The awaited Messiah is coming to save us... and guess what. He will never leave us because He is 'Immanuel, God with us.'
