Using #youtubemusic as my source, I will venture into listening to Taylor's self-titled debut album in its entirety. I will do the same for Kylie's debut album in 1988 or 1989. Wish me luck! I am also testing the volume or sound - after picking up a headset from a local charity shop (US, it would be called a thrift store; I prefer the UK term).

An interesting #firstpersonshooter from #ubisoft from back in the day. I go through the first part of the game; and still work with a left-handed mouse setup, affecting the traditional WASD movement - requiring I adapt for #lefties

Sights and sounds at the Retro Gaming Expo 2023 - here in Portland. Walked through the gaming stations made available by volunteers #thankful for them. I scout the arcades I want to play the next day. I was happy to see some of the staples I've played in all the times I've attended the expo.

Last video highlighted the Tutorial provided. I try to play the game with the stock controls and settings. I did switch to full screen, however, from the default windowed mode. Legend Bowl has been on my sights for some time. This was a counter purchase of sorts - against my former acquisition of #madden24, for which, I was refunded. I get a quick test drive within the WINE gaming experience in #linux X Wing was a bundled set I purchased, where I am testing the linux installer provided. Sun Rider, on the other hand was a freebie via Gog.com - from which - many freebie games AND movies can be found.

Fresh off purchasing these titles, I test to see if they will 1. Install 2. Launch 3. Perform well enough to keep me out of my #windows partition. Well, the video says it all. While waiting for the third to complete installing, I work with KDE File Manager Dolphin and its command line integration to work with the included soundtrack from SNIPER 3.

Finally decided to re-lace these. It didn't take as long as I thought it would. I share thoughts on them with and without socks. Particularly, I wore @injinji for the time I was at my friend's. After many redos, I finally started building out my Financial Tracking ecosystem using OFBiz from Apache. It is a build out from scratch. I express some concerns and some signs of potential.

I spent two days trying to address a cyclical occurrence of being temporarily locked out of my account. I learned a lesson about those #multifactorauthentication devices. It does require having to call into Online Banking tech support and finding the agent who will properly defer to the right department. From there, having an agent with the awareness to think of what could be the root cause to it all.

I demonstrate a feature I haven't given much thought to, but should: Activities in KDE for #linux. Virtual Desktops have been around forever. #windows10 finally gave users a way to manage virtual desktops more easily. However, it's been a staple within #macos and #linux. However, Windows 10 hasn't given - whether out of the box or under the hood - enough in terms of options, expansion, hot keys when it comes to this arena. I work through #kdeplasma or KDE options and key switches to switch among multiple virtual desktops; and how to switch to specific desktops.

I walk through the basic GOG installer via #winegaming for #linux particularly #slackware. I take the game for its first spin.

First Impressions and First Fittings of a shirt I got from https://www.nflshop.com . I did goof on the actual unboxing - by not hitting the record button, or not in the right camera mode at the time. I go on looking at my jersey acquisitions in the past; and matching it with every other piece of clothing I wear. I get into a mini rant towards #madden games over the years; and discuss #pcgaming and system requirements - especially when I see Nick from @EchoBaseNetwork and his PC situation unfold as much as he allows.
