Shadow Men: Inside Russia’s Secret War Company
“Shadow Men: Inside Russia’s Secret War Company” goes deep inside the lethal global expansion of the Russian private military company Wagner — tracing the group's evolution from a small, guns-for-hire operation into a sprawling network of businesses that has been active on four continents.
Through interviews with current and former Wagner fighters, government insiders, victims of attacks and war crimes investigators, the film reveals how the group is hiding the flow of riches and resources through a complex network of front companies that ultimately connect to the Kremlin.

Canada's Trudeau speaks at UN on diplomatic row with India
Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has repeated claims that Indian government agents were involved in the killing of a Canadian citizen in Canada. Trudeau first made the claims on Monday sparking an escalating diplomatic rift with Delhi.
The victim was a Sikh separastist Hardeep Singh Nijjar. He had been wanted by India for years before being gunned down outside a Sikh temple in a Vancouver suburb in June.
On Thursday India announced it was freezing visa processing for Canadians and called on Canada to reduce its diplomatic staff in the Indian capital. In a press conference at the UN General Assembly on Thursday, Trudeau was asked if Canada was considering a tit-for-tat response.

Inside Donald Trump's American Castle Mar-a-Lago
Donald Trump has many expensive homes and New York penthouses, but the most famous of his properties is Mar-a-Lago, the exclusive waterfront private club in Palm Beach, Florida. Estimated to be worth as much as $300 million, Trump bought the resort for an amazing deal after its original owner, Marjorie Merriweather Post, gave it to the government. With tons of gold accents and rooms built to resemble European palaces, the mansion and its sprawling estate are filled with expensive antiques and furniture, like a 1927 Steinway baby grand piano worth as much as $150,000. Trump has also made many extravagant renovations to the property, including a $7 million grand ballroom with gold leaf decorations, which is where he married Melania Trump.
Of course a club this exclusive charges huge fees for membership. We're talking a $200,000 initiation fee plus yearly dues of $14,000. But this price gives guests access to all the property’s many amenities, including spas, a beach club, and tennis courts. The Secret Service has also been charged up to $650 a night when they stay there, and these costs are expected to go up after some Secret Service agents move into the mansion once Trump leaves office. Mar-a-Lago also has a lot of secrets, like a library full of rare, first editions books. Here’s a look at the property which cost more than $120 million to build, and the renovations Donald Trump has added to the club to make it fit for a king.

Interview with President Zelenskyy on U.S. support, cost of war, and future of Ukraine
In an interview with NPR’s Steve Inskeep, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made the case for continued U.S. support as Congress weighs another $24 billion in aid to Ukraine.
"We have the same values – freedom and democracy – and that is why we are fighting against Russia,” Zelenskyy said, speaking English. He stressed that Russia’s war is not limited to the battlefield. “They killed our people — women, men. You saw it. They deported children. They are bombing civilians,” he said. “What is it? What will be next?”
Zelenskyy is in the U.S. to take part in a special meeting of the United Nations Security Council. The Russian Federation has a seat on the council. Afterwards he plans to travel to Washington to meet with President Joe Biden and members of Congress.
