A series of images taking a standard digital photograph and marrying the editing with extensive use of the massive range of brushes as opposed to use of filters. A canvas artist would have a variety of bristle brushes at their disposal for use, in the digital editing darkroom there are dozens of such brushes, each with a platter of settings that can be applied. When you take other tools that can use the brush settings beyond the brush tool such as the smudge tool; a wider selection of creative avenues open up to manipulate an image. I closed my flickr account after searching for a different medium to present my creative spirit other than pages of squares lined on a page. I found an inexpensive and simple flipbook software that suited my purpose and then recorded that finished work as a video. Short flipbook videos with light background music that I hope are found to be interesting and entertaining. The flipbook and the video are a whole creative work and not just the content inside. Behind every over-the-top heavily distorted fluidity there is an image, sometimes a hint in the title lets tell that mystery. If you look hard enough sometimes peering through the confusion specks of the background content are revealed, but other times maybe not. Fluidity is taking the original colours and shapes of an image and distorting beyond recognition layer upon layer to produce the following set of images. Give a camera to a feral kitten and this is what you end with; capturing their lives that are full of exploration, excitement and fun even though their lives may well be short, if they get past the first 6 months then luck has graced that particular youngster. Taken as food by other wild animals, poisoned put down by locals to keep check on a veraciously expanding population, or disease from foraging through the rubbish bins, these are just a few of the hazards that cuts life short.
