- 200g Sweetened condensed milk

- 110g (3Tbsp) Cherry compote
- 300ml Milk
- Ice
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Cherry (optional)
- Lemon balm (optional)
✤ Tips
- Cherry compote can be applied to other fruits as well.
- You can mix cherry compote with yogurt or put it on a bagel.

- 36g (3Tbsp) Ketchup
- 2g (1tsp) Garlic powder (or 1tsp minced garlic)
- 20g (1Tbsp) red chili paste

- Cereal (brown rice and corn)

- If the sauce is too thick, add water and boil again to dissolve.
