Consistency is key! We use the same template for most of our lullaby videos so the young ones are familiar with the low-stimulation actions, but enticed by different effects each video has, along with its change in lullaby music. It's important to have a routine before sleep and if these videos are part of them then they follow a routine too: an acorn family swinging gently side to side as other soothing effects take place.
