If you are bored of old style traditional cutlets…this is the right recipe with twist.

Recipe: 1 pack whipping cream 1 pack jelly 2 tbsp grounded sugar Cook jelly and let it semi set meanwhile beat the cream with grounded sugar then add set jelly in cream mix well and let it set in refrigerator for atleast 2 hrs.present with strawberry syp or sprinkle dry jelly crystals

1 cup soji 1/4 cup desi ghee,3/4th cup grounded sugar,elaichi powder and nuts.follow steps in video.

Put 3 cups milk with 8 tbsp sugar and pinch of cardmom powder in a pan.start cooking on medium flame.take another half cup milk and mix 4 tbsp rice flour in it and slowly add this to boiling milk.keep stirring.when thinkens remove from stove.serve chilled
