Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but currently call Vietnam home. I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. People either enjoyed my undeniable charm or enjoyed watching me eat things like coconut worms, and thus Best Ever Food Review Show came to be.
I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer. 1. HIMBA VILLAGE
ADDRESS: Kamanjab, Namibia
🐑WHOLE SHEEP: Cut open sheep, read it and then chop the sheep into pieces. Boil water then add the meat and allow it to cook
🇳🇦MOPANE WORMS: Pick them from the tree. Lay them out to dry for 2 days. Boil water and add oil, salt and the mopane worms. Serve when ready.
🇳🇦PAP: Boil water, add salt and cooking oil. Add porridge (cornflour) and mix for about 40 minutes.

African Street Food in Namibia!!! OUTRAGEOUS Worms, Kapana and Rare Meats!!
2. WERNHIL FLEA MARKET
ADDRESS: Windhoek, Namibia
🐔CHICKEN LIVER SCRAMBLED EGGS: In a frying pan, scramble eggs with oil. Add peppers (green and red) and onion. Add chicken liver and cook.
🇳🇦VETKOEK: Using a huge paddle, knead the dough in a big plastic bucket until it is thick and smooth. Take a handful and roll a bit. Place it in hot oil, flipping it over until it is a perfect golden brown.
🇳🇦PAP AND TRIPE: Scoop the pap (porridge) into a bowl. Chop the tripe and place on top of porridge. Add sauce and vegetables from the same pan the tripe was marinating in. Add seasonings.
