the ingredients
The amounts of the broth
A large chicken (preferably the municipal type) weighing 1 kg is cut into pieces or left as it is corrected as desired

Or heaters
To get this spice, you need a Moroccan shop, because it contains more than 40 spices ... but to ease you can make your own heater
1/2 teaspoon ginger
Few saffron teaspoon
A teaspoon of free saffron
4 6 cloves of peeled garlic
A small cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon or 2 ghee or 1/4 salted butter
A cup of fenugreek seeds
2 cups of lentils
A large head of garlic
A packet of: coriander and parsley
Fattened dough ingredients
Kilograms of sifted wheat flour
Or yellow flour
1/41/2 kg to white flour
Salt according to the Duke
Enough water
A large cup of oil
