Traditional Polish Street Food You Can Smell From Miles Away!! BIGOS 🇵🇱
In this video my travels in Europe, Poland take me to a small local traditional Polish Street food market outside Kraków main train station. I could smell the food from miles away at that very moment my taste buds started to crave what I was smelling. I then decided to go and check out what food they had. I was told by many Polish people about their traditional food called Bigos, and to give it a try and there it was right in front of my eyes waiting for me. Bigos often translated into English as hunter's stew, is a Polish dish of chopped meat of various kinds stewed with sauerkraut and shredded fresh cabbage. It is served hot and can be enriched with vegetables, spices or wine. There was other traditional foods and drinks available such as sausages, pork knee, Polish beer, Polish cheese and syrup all located outside the train station which was really convenient for me at the time while I was waiting for my train to my next destination. While I was on the train I met a young lad who was from Ukraine but living and working in Italy who gave me recommendations for restaurants in Ukraine and nice places to visit as a traveler. Also he spoke to me about what happened on the crucial day that Russia invaded Ukraine and stories of those who suffered from it he also told me a bit of his own story.

Polish Grandma Gets Me Into Troubles in Kraków ( Find Out How ) 🇵🇱
In todays video I set out on a early morning mission hunting for a bakery which was a tricky because there was so many traditional local bakeries to choose from. I decided to go for Obwarzanek krakowski (Obvařanek) which I was able to purchased from a friendly Ukrainian lady. What is Obwarzanek krakowski? It is a delicious pretzel street food snack that can be found in strategically places in little blue carts all over the city in Kraków, Poland. This traditional Krakowian bagel is not only historical and endemic to the city, but also bloody delicious! Baked fresh every day by early rising bakers, they are then distributed around Krakow to the iconic blue wagons from which gently smiling older ladies and gentlemen will sell them to hungry passers-by. Staying put until their cart is empty, 7 days a week. Try them topped with poppy seeds, sesame, linseed, cheese or salt. Today, an average of 150,000 are sold in Krakow every day while their ‘bagel’ bretheren have long been popular in America, emigrating with Krakow’s Jewish community to New York. Historically, obwarzanki can be traced all the way back to 1394 (predating the word bagel by 200+ years and its widespread presence in Ashkenazic Jewish communities in the 17th century) in the court of King Vladislaus II Jagiełło and Queen Hedwig, in which it was recorded that the Queen’s ‘circuli’ obwarzanki cost only 1 grosz. There are later records which pertain to strange restrictions around obwarzanki, such as laws regulating who was allowed to bake and sell them. At first, the King decreed that only specially trained obwarzanki makers from the Krakow Bakers Guild could produce them, and only during the period of Lent. In the 19th century, this law was reformed and taking its place was a new but equally obscure one: bakers had to take turns to have a single day baking obwarzanki, which was decided by the drawing of lots (aka pulling names out of a hat). In 1849 Krakow’s favourite bread snack was set free and the people were legally allowed to bake obwarzanki whenever they wanted. However, even today there are still strict laws in place about how they must be made.
What is Krakow Most Famous For?
Krakow Main Market Square.
Krakow's Old Town.
St. Mary's Basilica.
Oskar Schindler's Factory.
Wawel Royal Castle.
Wawel Dragon.
Wieliczka Salt Mine.
In this video I do a walking tour on the main square through the market and in the surrounding area searching for a delicious Polish meat spread called metka cebulowa which is so far the best spread on bread. I was able to get it in a village called Suszec, watch this video to find out the rest of the contexts as there is more surprises to come in the video.

She Served Me Poland's FINEST Traditional Filled Dumplings 🥟
In this video I decided to try the most famous Polish food that I heard so much about!
And what is the most famous Polish food? Yes, it's Pierogi - potato dumplings in a shape of half moon and stuffed with many delicious filling such as meet (pork, beef, etc.) or cheese, potato, quark, sauerkraut, edible mushrooms, etc.
So I went to the authentic restaurant Pierogarnia Krakowiacy that has a cosy and unique atmosphere and probably the best pierogi in the city of Kraków. What I liked about the restaurant was the really welcoming staff and the food was delicious. I also had a great experience while eating, looking at the traditional Polish decorations surrounding me while they was also playing traditional Polish folk music. I ordered chicken flavoured noodle soup and for a drink Kompot which is is a non-alcoholic beverage that may be served hot or cold, depending on tradition and season. I also order a Żywiec beer which is one of the largest breweries and beer producers in Poland. Founded in 1856 in the town of Żywiec, the brewery manufactures pale lager with a 5.6% alcohol volume. Grupa Żywiec S.A. consists of five main breweries: Żywiec Brewery, Elbrewery, Leżajsk, Warka Brewery and Browar Namysłów.
Pierogi are filled dumplings made by wrapping unleavened dough around a savoury or sweet filling and cooking in boiling water. They are often pan-fried before serving. Pierogi or their varieties are associated with the cuisines of Central, Eastern and South Eastern Europe.

Is This REALLY the Best Vegetarian Food In Spain??
After my arrival on the Mediterranean island of Mallorca, I dropped off my backpack in the hostel I was staying in. My plan was to head out and start having a travel around and going on a discovery, but first before all of that, I was really looking forward to trying some traditional local Mallorca food because that's what I do when I go on my travel's. I like to experience the traditional food. As I was leaving the El Josemari Youth Hostel, the gentleman in the reception was really helpful, he provided me with a map and highlighted a few points of interest which useful on my travel. Initially he recommended me to a local popular place called Restaurante Casa Julio, where everyone goes to and the food is homemade and really good but unfortunately on the day of my arrival the was a long waiting que to get inside the restaurant. So I decided to try this restaurant another time and I went to make my way to another nice restaurant where I sat outdoors in had a vegan style local traditional food from Mallorca. It came as a pizza form baked bread in the oven with seasoned vegetable toppings on top (sweet peppers and tomatoes), served on the side with a garlic mayonnaise dip and some traditional bread and Spanish beer. After my traditional vegetarian meal I decided to take a walk down to the Catedral-Basílica de Santa María de Mallorca.

Did I Just Arrive Into a Tourist Trap On Spanish Island??
In this video I'm going on adventure through Spain's Balearic Island called Mallorca, located in the Mediterranean sea. My travels starts at the airport, finding taxi which can take me to my hostel. During my cab journey the taxi diver tells me and shows me briefly some points of interest such as beaches, cathedrals, museums, library and of course along the way I saw the famous Spanish architecture. As I arrived on the street where my hostel is I was astonished by the beauty of the architecture on the square and the surrounding streets. My hostel was located in the area of an old town and the receptionist at the desk advised me many interesting restaurants and places to discover in the historical city centre which is where I am located.
Mallorca (Majorca) is one of Spain's Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean. It's known for beach resorts, sheltered coves, limestone mountains and Roman and Moorish remains. Capital Palma has nightlife, the Moorish Almudaina royal palace and 13th-century Santa María Cathedral. Mallorca is known for its beautiful coastline, secluded coves, limestone mountains, Spanish architecture, wineries and fresh produce farms, and stunning beaches. From quaint mountain villages to dynamic nightclubs, you'll have no trouble finding an adventure that matches your mood and liking. The island has two official languages, Castilian (Spanish) and Catalan, while locals prefer to speak their Mallorquin dialect. However, the island's staff, including maids, speak several foreign languages. English, German and French are particularly common.

Is This REALLY The Richest Country In Europe?? 🇦🇹
I am located in Austria, which is a country in the southern part of Central Europe, lying in the Eastern Alps. It is a federation of nine states, one of which is the capital, Vienna, the most populous city and state. Travelling to a new country for anyone can be a challenge but for me its just a fun new adventure discovering new places and how the people are and looking at architecture, sightseeing and having a look at the local shops, restaurants and public transport. Vienna, Austria’s capital, lies in the country’s east on the Danube River. Its artistic and intellectual legacy was shaped by residents including Mozart, Beethoven and Sigmund Freud. The city is also known for its Imperial palaces, including Schönbrunn, the Habsburgs’ summer residence. In the Museums Quartier district, historic and contemporary buildings display works by Egon Schiele, Gustav Klimt and other artists.

Is This REALLY The Best Polish Breakfast? (Traditional European Sandwich)
What is the most common Polish breakfast let me know because I was directed to this shop called in this location by a local where they have Kanapki, flat face sandwiches, salad and fish, drinks, cakes and more. In this video I am going to introduce you to a typical traditional flat open face sandwich which I have seen is common in Eastern Europe but it is something that I had never come across in England. Anyone that has not visited a European country the chances are you would have likely not seen this unusual open face sandwich before which can be quite for strange to those that have never seen this style of sandwich. I visit a shop called Sploem for my morning breakfast in Poland that have a mixed variety of cold sandwiches with egg mayonnaise toppings, tuna, salad, peppers and much more flavours. I am not used to having cold food in the mornings and I do find it quite difficult sometimes traveling in Europe especially near an in the smaller towns I notice that there are not that many options for food to suite me because coming from a western country country I am used to many options such places like Jamaican Caribbean bakery's which is my favourite, British bakery's, Greggs, Starbucks and cafes. After I go to the Polish shop for my breakfast I tour the square and I find out a bit out the Polish history that many years ago on the main sqaure in Cieszn was once trams passing through.

Are Ukrainian People Friendly In This Famous Polish Beer Town? Żywiec
You must have heard about a popular Polish beer called Żywiec. In this video I will go to the main location where they brew this famous Polish beer in Żywiec which is a town on the River Soła in southern Poland with 31,194 inhabitants. It is situated within the Silesian Voivodeship, near the Żywiec Lake and Żywiec Landscape Park, one of the eight protected areas in the voivodeship. I start my journey on the edge of the town where I walk around the surrounding area to take a look at houses and architecture I came across some locals who directed me to the nearest shop where I could get a beer I also came across Ukrainian workers. I then made my way to the brewery on my way I came across the Żywiec warehouse and brewery museum. Inside the brewery I had a Polish beer and looked around to see how it looks inside. While I was having my beer I decided to walk around to see if I could find any interactions then I met a couple that was from Ukraine but living in Poland. After visiting the brewery and museum I made my easy to the main square to get a quick snack on the main square, while I was waiting for my Kebab tortilla I walked around the square at the local surrounding attractions.

Foreigner Caught Trespassing Inside a Polish Village (Risky Adventure)
What have you heard about the Polish villagers and how friendly do you think they are? In this film you see what happens and how a English man engages with the Polish people here in this small tiny village and how will they react. In this video I visit a Eastern European village in Poland called Brenna Leśnica to see what discoveries I would come across on this side of the world. I started my journey at the local village bus stop then decided to go for a beer. I came across a old looking wooden Polish restaurant so I stopped off for a beer which I found out was NOSZAK beer, which is brewed in the historic Browar Zamkowy Cieszyn. The Cieszyn Brewery is a historic brewery in Poland. At the place where I stopped off I was recommended to get a traditional Polish meal which was fried pork chop in breadcrumbs Served with chips and salad with a couple shots of Polish Palinka. While I was there the owner of the restaurant was really welcoming full of conversations and interest what I was doing and where I was travelling from and he the showed me around and also showed me photos of his family members and the history of his family tree and he told me during our conversation the lady that was working there at the time came over from Ukraine. I then set off on my adventure in the village after my meal to see if I could come across any interaction with locals. I saw old abandoned wooden house and a map showing the attractions in the surrounding area and one of the was a skiing hill, a church, memorial, and a park for kids although I was told by a local that there was nothing to see or do in the village. In this video I visit the local shops and try the local Polish beer called Brackie and Žatecký Světlý Ležák which I think was a combination between a Czech and a Polish beer. I then came across one of the locals that had a basket full of mushrooms from the forest that he had hand picked. In my travel videos across Europe I have been documenting my own reality of life as a foreigner and my experiences on how I engage with the local people I come across on my journeys where ever it is on or off the camera all of my encounters are the same.. My travels are comfortable and enjoyable and definitely loads fun. I do not feel like a victim or threatened because my colour when I travel. I believe this channel can educate people from an aspect that not all people of colour are always discriminated or judged, this can be seen in all my films from me showing my encounters in some of the most remote places I have visited in Europe such as, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland and England. Although I know some people are racist but for their own reasons.. What advice can I give to anyone that wants to travel no matter the country you travel to or what your colour is. Be fearless, friendly and open to learn a few phrases for interactions, because I know it takes a lot of effort for people and confidence to approach a random stranger and start a conversation and that’s what my spontaneous village travels are about - interacting with the locals and showing how life is on the outside of the big cities and towns. Watch me on this village tour which is far from a touristic location where foreigners usually don’t go. Let’s have look how the Polish people interact with a foreigner. I Took The Wock To Poland. 😎

Polish Restaurant Owner Invites Me For HUGE Pork Joint and Special Drinks!!
I was invited for a spirits degustation and food feast by a Polish restaurant owner. In this video you will get to see true Polish hospitality at it’s finest from Karczma WRZOS wooden restaurant in Ustroń which is a health resort town in Silesian Beskids, Cieszyn county, southern Poland. Previously I had already visited this place and filmed the surrounding area such as the markets, restaurants and other tourist attractions but this time the owner of the Wrzos restaurant had gave me a very special invitation to come back for a degustation and to try their very own made alcohol, sprites, sliwowica and beers, also local traditional food which I could not refuse this opportunity. On arrival at this place the owner greeted me at the front and introduced himself and gave me a tour of the restaurant starting with the liquor shop where they sell their own local brewed beers, alcohol and traditional caramel sweets (Krówki). We then had a look inside where he showed me where they host parties and events and he also told me a little bit about his childhood coming from a Silesian family moving from northern Germany and the history of the family business and how his father and grandfather refurbished the restaurant. There was a beautiful wooden crafted English ship and a painting inside made by his very own mother. If you’re curious on how many shots I was invited to and how great was the pork joint with cabbage and potatoes which were from a local farm, you will find out in the film. My overall experience meeting with the restaurant owner for the first time felt natural and not forced and personally speaking from the behalf of a YouTuber me going to establishments and filming it is very rare to get the opportunity to be called back therefore I took this as a privileged invitation and a great experience.

Interaction Nearly Gone Wrong
Another day traveling in Europe discovering more about cultures. In this particular video I wanted to go for a traditional Vietnamese food at Asian Bistro, but just when I was ready to enjoy my Vietnamese meal I got a lesson from local dude in Vsetín which is a town in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 25,000 inhabitants. Originally it is a small town with not much diversity apart from the local Czech natives, Vietnamese shop owners and the Romani Gypsies living amongst each other in this town. During my explorations of this town situated at the Eastern part of Czech Republic I will tell you about the World War I and II, Wallachian Uprising and the bloody executions happening in the past. After my meal I decided to go and interact with some of the locals in the surrounding area and it turns out that most of the youngsters told me they were watching my YouTube videos, TikTok and following me on Instagram. After taking photos with my subscribers I went to discover more shops in this town such a local Jednota and typical Czech-Vietnamese shop where I find loads of interesting items. Have look for yourselves what happened in this video...

Polish Lady Served Me Hungary On A Plate!! (Amazing Street Food)
My travels in Europe took me to a town in Poland called Bielsko-Biała. In this video I go to the main square in purpose to discover the local shops and restaurants, such as winery shop and a beer brewery, but most of them was on sunny Saturday at 11:30 CLOSED! Luckily for me one of the handful restaurant open was a Hungarian Budafest restaurant in street nearby the square. That place stood out to me, because I been to Hungary, had their Lángos and I wandered: ''Why they have Hungarian restaurant in Poland?'' (You will find an answer on the end of this video). Lángos which is a national Hungarian street food is a deep fried flatbread typically served with garlic, sour cream and cheese and in some other European countries it can be served differently, with mayonnaise or ketchup or without the toppings just garlic with oil on the top. This Hungarian restaurant serves traditional Hungarian food, alcohol and sell Hungarian groceries. At the first moment as I was passing the restaurant I had already made up my mind that I would be trying their Lángos and the tap beer - Pilsner from Poznan region of Poland and some traditional Hungarian Pálinka. And the service of this lovely lady? Watch the video and see it for yourself...

Is This REALLY Traditional Polish Food Or BLACK Food? (Was it Worth it?)
My travels in Europe take me to a town in Poland called Ustroń which is a health resort town in Cieszyn Silesia, southern Poland with many restaurants, attractions, markets and shops for tourists and locals. Next to this town is the river Wisła (Vistula) which is the longest river in Poland. In this video I visit various shops and markets in this town and view the surrounding area then I go get traditional polish food and a beer.
