Is This Really Poland's Most Popular Street Food?? Zapiekanka 🇵🇱
In this video I am Located in Poland, Kraków in the Jewish Square what's known for its Jewish history, synagogues library and architecture, also restaurants in the surrounding area. I have heard this place is the most popular place in Kraków to visit for traditional Polish street food Zapiekanka. Find out what I think of this famous polish food which to me seems to be a bread roll similar to a baguette which is a long, thin type of bread of the French origin that is commonly made from basic lean dough. It is distinguishable by its length and crisp crust. A zapiekanka is a toasted open-face sandwich made of a sliced baguette or other long roll of bread, topped with sautéed white mushrooms, cheese and sometimes other ingredients such as ham. Served hot with ketchup, it has been a popular street food in Poland since the 1970s.

Entering Europe's MOST Feared Hood | Luník IX
In todays video peace from Luník IX! That's exactly how my last experience was = Peaceful. I wouldn't even say I have balls of steel for this one, it is what it is. Many years this place has been portrayed on internet as a extremely dangerous place don't go there you will get your wallet taken, phone robbed, and camera stolen. Honestly my first experience was hectic because you have to realise these people live in poverty in the slums with no water or central heating, majority of the adults that have families in Luník 9 don't have jobs because they will not be accepted, I don't know why?. I am really grateful because I was introduced to a really nice welcoming Roma Gypsy family who made me leave with a positive experience for visiting Luník 9. In today's video I will be going back to the slums in Slovakia Košice to document the real life realty on how the local Romani Gipsies live in Luník 9. I was also lucky enough to see how the prepare their traditional Gypsy food for me it was a really unique and surreal experience.

The Other Side Of Košice Away From Gypsy Ghetto | Raw Reality
After my trip from Luník IX which is a borough in the city of Košice, Slovakia, known to be a ghetto and Gypsy slum, I decided to tour Košice and take a look at the surroundings. This town is really vibrant and busy with a lot of options and places to enjoy in the town square such as bars and restaurants but during the time I was there and traveling around I constantly kept coming across beggars and people in desperate situations in need of money more than any other city in Europe that I have visited.

Surrounded By Gypsies In Europe's Biggest Slum | Luník IX
Luník IX is the most feared and notorious place in Europe, the infamous gypsy ghetto called Luník IX which lays on the outskirts of the 2nd largest Slovak city Košice. This housing estate houses one of the largest communities of Romani people in Slovakia. Although originally built for 2,500 inhabitants, it is estimated that the population is now three times larger.
Living standards are low, with services such as gas, water, and electricity cut off. Luník IX is serviced by a bus line, which stops only on selected bus stops. Due to frequent attacks of aggressive residents, bus drivers deployed on the line receive a hazard pay.
But is that all true or just over exaggerated rumours? Let's go on the journey and find out for ourselves!

I Found The Most Unexpected Surprise In This Random Czech Village
The question is Do you/Did you know who's face is on the banknote of the Czech 1000 CZK that you use when you are spending money in Czech? František Palacký originally from this small village in Hodslavice, north Moravia! In todays video I have something really interesting to show you, which many people don't know. I am in a village in Czech Republic called Hodslavice which is village in Nový Jičín District in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,700 inhabitants. The village is pretty small with not much in the area, it's main attractions are: village pubs, a coop, village animals and a old wooden church dated back from the 15th century which goes by the name of Kostel svatého Ondřeje, a gallery is also in the heart of the village where images show us life in the village many years ago. But most importantly, the main reason what brought me to discover about this village is to find out a bit more about the history. In this village a notable person once was born and lived - František Palacký who was a Czech historian and politician, writer, philosopher the most influential person of the Czech National Revival, called "Father of the Nation". Lets discover more about Czech culture by watching this video based on one of the most famous Czech public figure of 19th century.

Eating Europe's Bizarre Bloody Sausage In Village!! PIGS INTESTINES!
Let's go on a village adventure and dive right into the Czech culture. I arrive in a small remote village in the Beskydy mountains called Velká Lhota. This village has a population of about 500 inhabitants and with only one pub and no shop in the surrounding area, there is no other choice for me than to go to the pub to drink beer and local spirits and to try their local specialities.
Velká Lhota is a village placed on a steep mountain range in Moravia region, Czech Republic.
A notable person once was a pastor at this local village church, the writer Jan Karafiát. He is best known for his classic children's book Broučci (the Czech word for beetle) that was first published in the early 1870s. Join me on this adventure as I meet with the locals and indulge the typical traditional Czech food and beer which is a big part of Czech culture.

This Place Has Dark History | Auschwitz Concentration Camp
In this video I am located in a town called Oświęcim, located in southern Poland. This town is known for the Memorial and Museum of Auschwitz Birkenau, a former WWII concentration and extermination camp with ruins and preserved gas chambers. This is a place with a dark history. During Word War II Adolf Hitler and the Nazi regime murdered over 1 million people. Adolf Hitler was an Austrian-born German politician who was dictator of Germany from 1933 until his death in 1945. Auschwitz concentration camp was a complex of over 40 concentration and extermination camps operated by Nazi Germany in occupied Poland during World War II and the Holocaust. It was the largest of the German Nazi concentration camps and extermination centre's. In the past over 1.1 million men, women and children lost their lives here at the Nazi death camp. It consisted of Auschwitz I, the main camp (Stammlager) in Oświęcim; Auschwitz II-Birkenau, a concentration and extermination camp with gas chambers; Auschwitz III-Monowitz, a labor camp for the chemical conglomerate and dozens of subcamps. The camps became a major site of the Nazis' final solution to the Jewish question.
In May 1940, German criminals brought to the camp as functionaries, established the camp's reputation for sadism. Prisoners were beaten, tortured, and executed for the most trivial reasons. The first gassings—of Soviet and Polish prisoners—took place in block 11 of Auschwitz I around August 1941. Construction of Auschwitz II began the following month, and from 1942 until late 1944 freight trains delivered Jews from all over German-occupied Europe to its gas chambers. Of the 1.3 million people sent to Auschwitz, 1.1 million were murdered. The number of victims includes 960,000 Jews (865,000 of whom were gassed on arrival), 74,000 ethnic Poles, 21,000 Roma, 15,000 Soviet prisoners of war, and up to 15,000 other Europeans. Those not gassed were murdered via starvation, exhaustion, disease, individual executions, or beatings. Others were killed during medical experiments. As the Soviet Red Army approached Auschwitz in January 1945, toward the end of the war, the SS sent most of the camp's population west on a death march to camps inside Germany and Austria. Soviet troops entered the camp on 27 January 1945. In today’s video I take a walk around the museum which was a concentration camp. I look inside the block buildings which once was a place where the prisoners were kept from different backgrounds such as Roma gypsy, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Poland and other countries but most of the people killed in the Auschwitz concentration camp were Jewish people inside the gas chambers, which the German Nazis used Zyclon B to exterminate them. I also saw inside the museum there are rooms with the victims personal belongings left behind such as their leather boots, shoes, glasses, and empty leather suitcases. Inside one of the rooms was a big pile of human hair from the deceased victims which I was unable to show on camera in a room behind a glass window from the victims that perished in the Auschwitz concentration camp. Those who do no remember the past are condemned to repeat it.

There were four different types that came in the box such as Tichaeur Dark, Tichaeur Free, Tichaeur Weizen, Tichaeur Lager. Find out if I enjoyed the beer and what do I think.

ULTIMATE Polish Silesian FOOD FEAST In Katowice!! (Chata z Zalipa)
My travels in Europe bring me to a local traditional Polish restaurant in Katowice called chata z zalipia. As I usually do on my travels I like to go to traditional old style wooden restaurants preferably in villages and indulge in local food. In this video I arrive at a restaurant in Poland which was in the city but as son as I walked in it reminded me of the old village style restaurants I would usually visit on my travels. This restaurant was catchy to my eye from the outside as I approached it the nice colourful decorations stood out as I walked in I was fascinated by the old folk wooden architecture. Inside the restaurant the hospitality of the service was really welcoming and I was recommended to order a traditional regional local Polish Silesian speciality. As for starters I was given a few slices of Bread with a handmade pork spread. On the menu was so much to chose from but I order a traditional Polish soup with smoked sausages inside with a boiled eggs and some potatoes, the soup had a smoked flavour with a taste of garlic. Then I had a local traditional Polish Silesian plate which was a rolled beef meat with a cabbage Silesian dumplings with a delicious homemade gravy. With this meal I ordered a Ococim beer. For my main course I order a traditional Polish platter it was so huge it arrived on a big wooden plate which came with a rolled up fried chicken in breadcrumbs, a fried potato pancakes with a cream mushroom gravy on the top, some boiled potatoes, and a selection of pierogi, fried cheese in breadcrumbs, pancake with spinach inside and pork ribs, Silesian beef roll, and red cabbage. Find out If I was able to finish the mukbang food feast.

Eating Poland’s Most Bizarre RAW MEAT Spread In Frozen Village
My travels in Europe have brought me to no other place than a frozen village, sitting next to a burning fireplace and about to indulge Slavic food. In todays video I will be trying a raw meat spread known as Metka cebulowa and I will do a review but not only I am going to try it in it's original form, I have decided to spice it up a bit and add some secret ingredients to flavour it up - paprika, dill, onion, garlic all directly on top of the traditional Polish bread I purchased from a local Piekarnia bakery while I was in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, Poland. By the way Metka cebulowa is a grinded up pork meat spread sold in a thick sausage form and is commonly used to spread on bread.

Is This REALLY Poland's Most Desirable Meat Spread?? (METKA CEBULOWA)
In this episode my travels in Europe, Poland spontaneously take me to a place called Jastrzębie-Zdrój which is not known for its touristic attractions or it's point of interest, anything like that, it is more of a place where the locals would visit. In the surrounding area are shops, markets, meat butchers and clothes stores but nothing special, the only special thing to me what I found here was the amazing metka cebulowa, which is a traditional delicious Polish pork meat spread with onion. I first discovered this spread while I was at a village shop in Suszec, ever since then while travelling in Poland I have been looking all over for this desirable meat spread from small local shops to butches, I could not find it at any other place until I arrive at Jastrzębie-Zdrój, I saw that there was a cool market so I asked few locals if they know where to get metka cebulowa. Some of them directed me straight to butchers to try my luck there. So after searching around looking for Poland's most desirable meat spread let's see if I was able to get my hands on this stuff and it this really the most desirable meat spread?

I Took European Girl For Traditional Grandmas Food In Katowice 🇵🇱
In this episode I go for a meal at a local Polish traditional restaurant in Katowice with European girl. Restaurant U Babuni is rustic restaurant offering Polish dishes in a country-style semi wooden architecture and dining room with stone pillars & wooden accents. In Katowice it was not easy to come across a traditional local Polish restaurant, there was many kebab shops and burger shops and bakeries. The restaurant we found looked really traditional inside with old decorations with a village theme and a cosy welcoming atmosphere. I ordered a nice big juicy pork knee served with cabbage with ham and mushrooms inside with a few slices of Polish bread and Tyskie beer and a shot of traditional Polish Soplice alcohol. The second meal ordered was a fried cheese in breadcrumbs with boiled potatoes with a homemade creamy sauce with cucumbers inside. Overall I enjoyed the food it was Delicious I actually wonder if a granny really did cook it?
