Chatpatta Cheese Cutlets
Ingredients for Gram Flour Mixture:
Gram flour 2 cups
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water as required
Ingredients for Potato Mixture:
Potatoes (boiled) 3 cups
Chicken (boiled & shredded) 200 g
Nurpur Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) 2 cups
Peas (boiled) 1 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Directions for Gram Flour Mixture Preparation:
1. In a bowl add gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, water and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Potato Mixture Preparation:
2. In a bowl add potatoes and mash them well.
3. Add boiled chicken, Nurpur Mozzarella Cheese, peas, green chilies, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, chaat masala, salt, red chili powder, garlic powder, lemon juice and mix it well.
4. Now take the mixture in the palm of your hand and make a cutlet shape.
5. Dip this cutlet into the gam flour mixture. Coat it in bread crumbs. Deep fry the cutlet until crispy and golden brown. Do this with all the cutlets and serve.
6. Your Chatpatta Cheese Cutlets are ready.

NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream
Directions for Dough Preparation:
1. In a bowl add white wheat flour, ghee, salt, water and knead a smooth dough. Now cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 15-20 mins.
Directions for Vinaigrette Veggies Preparation:
2. In a bowl add cucumber, tomatoes, onion, vinegar and mix it well. Soak the veggies for 10-15 mins. Set aside.
Directions for Chicken Preparation:
3. In a bowl add chicken, NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice and mix it well.
4. In a pan heat oil and add marinated chicken. Cook until it is 90% done. Set aside.
Directions for Onion Cashew Nut Paste Preparation:
5. In a pan heat oil and add onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, cashew nuts and cook for 2-3 mins or until it gets soft.
6. Transfer it to a blender and blend it into smooth paste. Set aside.
Directions for Butter Chicken Preparation:
7. In a pan heat NESTLÉ MILKPAK Salted Dairy Butter and oil.
8. Now add onion cashew nut paste and cook for 1-2 mins.
9. Add red chili powder, salt and cook for 2-3 mins. Reserve 1/2 cup of butter mixture for later use.
10. In the pan add prepared chicken and cook until chicken is fully done.
11. Add dried fenugreek, NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
12. Take the prepared dough and divide it into 8 equal parts.
13. Take one part and roll it out into flat circle. Spread ghee on it and then cut the rolled out dough from one side of the circle to the center of the circle.
14. Roll it into cone shape and roll it out again into flat circle.
15. Place it on a preheated griddle and brush ghee on it. Cook each side for 2-3 mins. Your Paratha is ready. Set aside.
16. Take the reserved butter mixture and add 1/2 cup of NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream in it and mix it well.
17. Spread it on the prepared paratha, add vinaigrette veggies, butter chicken and lastly drizzle NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream on it.
18. Wrap the paratha into roll shape and serve.
19. Your Butter Chicken Paratha Roll is ready. Serve and enjoy.

Directions for Pizza Dough Preparation:
1. In a bowl add flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oil and water. knead it well and make soft dough. Rest until it doubles in size. Set aside.
Directions for Chicken Mince Marination:
2. In a bowl add chicken mince, garlic powder, paprika powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder and salt mix it well and set aside.
Directions for Marinara/Tomato Sauce Preparation:
3. In a preheated pan add oil and garlic sauté for a min. Add tomato puree and mix it well.
4. Add tomato paste and cook for 2-3 mins. Add brown sugar, red chili flakes, oregano, dry basil, salt and cook for 2-3 mins or until oil separates. Set aside.
Directions for Deep Dish Pizza Preparation:
5. Now take a deep pizza mold spread pizza dough in it. Add layers of Nurpur Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese, prepared chicken mince, marinara/tomato sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 12-15 mins.

Mayonnaise 1 cup
Cream 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Sauteed Veggies:
Oil 2 Tbsp
French Beans (Blanched) 1 cup
Carrots (Blanched) 1 cup
Potatoes (Blanched) 1 cup
Zucchini (Blanched) 1 cup
Oregano 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Directions for Grilled Chicken Preparation:
1. Marinate Boneless Fillets with lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked Paprika, crushed black pepper, salt for 15-20 minutes. Grill each side on grill pan for 3-4 mins. set aside.
Directions for Garlic Mayo Sauce Preparation:
2. In a bowl add mayonnaise, cream, garlic chopped, lemon juice, black pepper, salt. Mix well and sauce is ready.

Directions for Chicken Preparation:
1. Marinate Chicken steaks with hot sauce, crushed black pepper, mustard paste, soya sauce, salt, red chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder for 1 hour.
2. Then brush oil on grill pan and grill each side for 5-6 mins or until chicken is fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Mexican Sauce Preparation:
3. In a pan heat NESTLÉ MILKPAK Salted Dairy Butter then garlic and sauté it for a minute. add mushrooms in it and stir fry it. Then add ketchup, hot sauce, soya sauce, salt, black pepper, and cook it for a minute.
4. Add chicken stock and cook for 2-3 mins. Add slurry and cook until it thickens. Add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream in it and cook 2-3 mins. Your Mexican Sauce is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Sautéed Vegetables Preparation:
5. In a separate pan heat oil, blanched potatoes, zucchini, French beans, carrot in it. Then add salt and black pepper powder in it and sauté for 2-3 mins. Set aside.
Directions for White Sauce Preparation:
6. In a pan heat NESTLÉ MILKPAK Salted Dairy Butter, flour and cook for a minute, add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Full Cream Milk in it cook for a minute.
7. Then add salt, black pepper, oregano and cook for 2-3 mins.
8. Then add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream in it and cook for another 2-3 mins. White sauce is ready.
9. Serve the steak with sautéed veggies, Mexican sauce on one sizzler and with white sauce on another sizzler.

Chicken Mince 600 grams
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 Tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 Tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Green coriander (chopped) 1 cup
Ingredients for Butter Chicken Bombs:
Butter 4 Tbsp
Oil 2 Tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp

Dried Fenugreek (Kasuri Methi) 1 tsp

Beaten eggs as required

Directions for Puree Preparation:
1. In a pan heat oil and add onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, cashew nuts, cumin seeds and cook for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add tomatoes, salt and cook for another 1-2 mins. now add water and cook until veggies get soft.
3. Transfer them to a blender and blend until puree has formed. Set aside.
Directions for Mince Marination:
4. In a bowl add chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, salt, and green coriander and mix it well.
5. Now give this mince coal smoke for 1-2 mins and refrigerate it for 30 mins.
Directions for Butter Chicken Bombs Preparation:
6. In a pan heat oil and butter. Add red chili powder and coriander powder and cook for a few seconds.
7. Add Prepared Puree and mix it well. Add cumin powder, dried fenugreek, and salt. Mix it well.
8. Add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream and cook for 1-2 mins. Let it cool at room temperature and transfer this mixture to a rectangular mold.
9. Freeze this mixture for 5-6 hours.
10. Now cut the frozen mixture into cubes.
11. Take the marinated mince in the palm of your hands, place the prepared cube on it and cover the mince around it to make a ball shape.
12. Coat these balls in flour, dip in beaten eggs and then coat again with bread crumbs.
13. Deep fry these balls until fully done and golden brown.
14. Your Butter Chicken Bombs are ready. Serve and enjoy.
