Cold Plunging, or Ice Bathing has been taking over the internet lately. I think its great because there really is so many incredible benefits to a consistent Cold Plunge but so many people will never experience it. You can start by taking cold showers or a cold bath, but to really experience the benefits you might want to invest in one for yourself, and the whole family. I have spent about a week in Italy and during my time I decided to not do the typical Carnivore diet that I follow back home and indulge in the fine Italian diet and lifestyle. After 3 days of eating pasta, pizza, sandwiches, gelato and drinking many cappuccino's and wine, I actually feel lighter and leaner... but Why? In this video I want to simply explain what I have found out by asking the restaurant owners and locals in Rome, and the answers are simple. It starts with their high quality water, which leads to higher quality, nutrient rich foods. Its not hard to see why the Italian diet is actually a much healthier diet than the average American eats back home in America.
