Lord, I Want to Know (Original)
As a Christian, loving Christ, every time I screw up--and I screw up big--becomes a stumbling block for me on my road to walking with Him or serving him in some way.
Making these videos is not easy, even for the simple production I've put into them. It takes a lot of coordination. My wife helps me quite a bit...just to keep me sane! (Yes, it's much less stressful with 2 people.)
When I fall down during the week or making the videos, it puts me into a tailspin. The only thing that allows me to get back up again and serve our Messiah is God's mercy and forgiveness. His grace gave me this song much easier this time. Thank you Lord!
This song is about asking God to use me even in spite of my past and present failings and sin. I hope you enjoy it...and if you identify with it, I hope singing it helps you on your journey with Him. Amen. Amen!
PS - Please, don't forget to like, comment and subscribe to my channel so that this song is promoted by the YouTube algorithm to reach far more people. Thanks. God bless!

Lord, I Want to Know (Lyrics)
(Inspired by Psalm 51; Luke 19; Matthew 14; John 21)
Oh Lord, remain with me!
I’ve climbed the sycamore tree
And come into the the story...
To see you in your glory.
Before, I am gone,
I’ll put to song
All I’ve done wrong.
Do I...still belong?
Lord, I want to know…
If somehow you will use me…
If there’s still an opportunity
In spite of my falling down,
And I just want to go
Wherever you are leading.
If storm and sea are meeting,
Then hold me before I drown!
He said, "Simon, do you love Me more than these?"
"Feed my lambs."
"Do you love Me?"
"Then, tend my sheep."
He asked me, "Do you love Me?"
I said, "Lord, You know all things;"
"You know that I love You."
He said, "Feed my sheep."
"Follow me."
Lord, I want to know…
If somehow you will use me…
If there’s still an opportunity
In spite of my falling down,
And I just want to go
Wherever you are leading.
This time I am conceding,
So hold me before I drown! Yeah!
Before I am gone...
With all I’ve done wrong,
Do I still belong?
Lord, I want to know…
If somehow you will use me…
If there’s still an opportunity
In spite of my falling down,
And I just want to go
Wherever you are leading.
As time goes by I’m pleading.
Lord, I want to know…
Is there still an opportunity?
And I just want to go...
Lord I am pleading.

Though You Say (Original)
The Lord always provides the best lyrics. This song is a warning to all on idolatry, and it heavily borrows on the language and theme of Romans 1.
Did you know that idols aren't only limited to statues or relics that people touch or pray to? Just about anything in our lives can become an idol: our desires, hobbies, jobs, entertainment, food...even our families.
In fact, God should always come first in our lives, but we don't always live up to that commandment. Let us repent of this sin, and live anew to the Lord!
The Bible tells us there is a day of judgement coming. As Paul warns the Romans, so we too should warn the world...in truth and love. God bless.

Though You Say (Lyrics)
(Inspired by Romans 1)
Though you say you don’t know,
It’s manifest in you for God has shown
His power since creating the world, and although you know…
You didn’t give him glory or thanks…
And now you’re futile in your thoughts, darkened in your hearts…
Exchanging the truth for lies.
You are lacking all excuse,
Suppressing God and truth,
Fools though you say you’re wise.
You’ve traded the glory of unchanging YAH
Into an image that is second-hand
And the penalty for which is due,
God has given you over to.
Though you say you (normal) don’t believe,
The gospel is His power to save from what I’ve seen
For everyone that calls the name, first the Jew then Greek.
Of this truth I'm not ashamed: "The just shall live by faith."
But now you’re worshipping a beast
And practice what you preach, given to a debased mind.
For you have given no regard, receiving your reward:
Full of envy, murder and strife.
Though you you know that those who practice evil things
On the day of the Lord are the most deserving
Of the penalty for which they're due
And God will give them over to.
And now you’ve pushed Him from your thoughts, hardening in your hearts…
Trading the truth for lies.
You are heaping on abuse,
Tightening the noose,
Serpents though you say you’re mice.
You’ve exchanged the the glory of the holy YAH
Into an image that is by your hand
And the penalty for which you're due,
God has given you over to.

Such a Holy Savior (Original)
Hey everyone!
Merry Christmas, belated. (Well...not unless you're celebrating the 12 days.)
On the 3rd day of Christmas, my Savior gave to me...
A song telling how He's holy!
I wrote the lyrics of this song while having a friend that is a secular humanist in mind. The gift of Jesus the Messiah only works because of His holiness. That's substitutional atonement...and it only works for every single person that "believes on" (i.e. "trusts in") Him because He is divine; otherwise, it would only be sufficient for a single individual.
Those 2 things are so intertwined... You can't even have the former without the latter...for no one has lived a perfect life outside Him. For we have all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23).
That's why only such a holy Savior can save, my friend...

Such a Holy Savior (Lyrics)
How can you stand there saying that none are good?
That all of these deeds my eternity has withstood?
How can you say the life of just one man
Is enough to make me right with God again?
Because he’s such a holy Savior…
He chose us for this labor…
And only such a holy Savior could save, my friend.
How can you say that I still lack something
When I am an ethical, moral human being?
How can you ask me to give up all I own
And leave my family…the only home I’ve ever known?
Because he’s such a holy Savior...
He chose us for this labor...
And only such a holy Savior could save, my friend.
The baby in the manger is God in the flesh.
We follow into danger the great commission
Of the holy Savior… Such a holy Savior...
We have found a Savior sent by God’s own hand
In His love, God became a man.
We have found a Savior lifted from the land.
Flesh and blood, God is now the lamb.
Such a holy Savior
Chose us for this labor…
And only such a holy Savior could save, my friend.
The baby in the manger is God as a man.
We follow into danger the great commission
Of the holy Savior… Such a holy Savior.

Won't You Come To Jesus (Original)
I wrote a song for my wife. It's beautiful, just as she is. ❤
Please help give some thanks to her, as she helped to create the set and assisted with hitting the record button! She was also my cheerleader during the many difficulties... I couldn't have done this without her.
Babe, I love you.
I would ask everyone watching this video to pray that God may work on her in a saving way, and to pray for our walk...that it would be together in Jesus. Amen. Amen!

Won’t You Come to Jesus (Lyrics)
You say, "What am I to make of this?"
"How much can I take of this?"
"Nothing ever goes to plan…"
And I say, "I came here for you to know."
"You’re not in this alone."
"Please pick up your head and put down your phone!"
Won’t you come to Jesus?
Haven’t you had enough
Of the endless searching
For meaning that you gave up?
You could die tomorrow
And enter eternity!
Won’t you come to Jesus
And on Him believe?!
Today is getting the worst of me...
And though you waited patiently,
Some things are just out of our hands.
And I pray that you won’t abandon hope...
That you’ll find a way to cope
And God will save you from the evil one.
May His kingdom come, His will be done!
Now, won’t you come to Jesus?
Haven’t I prayed enough?
Won’t you come to Jesus
For the truth of a better love?
We can find tomorrow
In the midst of your suffering
Once you come to Jesus.
Come to Jesus...
Come to Jesus, and make angels sing.
But what’s missing from your Babylon
Is a knowledge of the Son of God!
So won’t you come to Jesus?
Haven’t you had enough
Of the endless searching
For meaning that you gave up?
We could die tomorrow
And enter eternity!
Give your life a reason.
Out of season and come to Jesus!
He’s enough.
Turn around from sin to the God you’re running from.
We’ll meet Christ tomorrow
In the midst of your suffering.
Give your life to Jesus.
Oh, won’t you trust in Jesus?
Give your life to Jesus, and make the angels sing!
