So that's, it took what, less than 10 seconds. I could rewrite the reply again if I didn't like it, but this seems pretty darn good. So, it's much better than a thank you. So we're just going to click update on Google. And bada bing bada boom.

The other thing is what happens is as soon as you get a Google review in, you'll know about it and then you can write your reply. Because what happens is Google will give you brownie points for how fast you get back with the customers and this looks much better when customers are going through and looking at... Wow, they actually took the time to write that.
So, this will dramatically help you in the quality of your reviews because quality does matter. Every little thing that you do within Google, the Google sphere gives you brownie points or takes them away. And number one is not replying. Long replies like this that are customized and because this is also, this mentions the name of your business in here too, and it's not spamming it, but it will be picked up as a keyword.
So, it helps. It'll help you with that too. It's not going to be a million points in there, but it can't hurt, and it might help.

In this video I'm gonna show you how to double your traffic and cut your ad spend at least in half. And you might even be able to get nine times the traffic that you're currently getting.
This is a tool that I'm gonna show you that you can use for free, to determine where you stand and then what you need to do to get there, to make this happen on your website: iQSiteSpeed.com. This uses the Google AI to go in and check the performance of the four most important factors that Google looks at to where you're gonna rank. So the first thing they look at is performance, and this is on mobile.
Your site speed on desktop does not matter anymore. They only look at mobile accessibility so that people with disabilities can access your site. The next one is if your SEO is correct. And the next one is if your Best Practice is on your site, whether or not it loads correctly.
1:22 Load Time is Crucial
If your load time on mobile is 1-3 seconds, you're gonna lose 30% of your mobile traffic. If it's over 5 seconds, you could be losing 90% of your mobile traffic. This means all the work that you're doing on your social media, on your YouTube, on your ads, you're losing 90% of your audience. If it's at over six seconds, you're losing over 99% of your audience, 94% of your audience. You're only getting 4% of it.
People are leaving because your site is too slow. So for every 1/ 10th of a second, you're losing 8%. It can boost your conversion rates by 8%. This is from Google and Deloitte, the big marketing firm.
2:16 Accessibility is King
Every website that serves clients in the US, Canada, or Europe has to be compliant with WCAG 2.0, or in America, it's called Americans with Disabilities Act. If you are not compliant, you can get nailed for $36,000 on average. An attorney or someone with a disability’s gonna find your site, take a screenshot, it's not accessible.
They send you a demand letter for 10 to $50,000: " if you pay us, we'll go away if you fix your site." And if you don't, they're gonna take you to court and your chances of winning are about 1%. Forget it. And you think this isn't going along that much? In 2020, there were over 170,000 demand letters out, and they collected $9.5 billion, $9.5 billion. This is not something to monkey with.
The reason why you don't hear about it is because if you were to get sued for having your website discriminate against people with disabilities, would you do a press release on that? No. This is kept utterly quiet. We suspect that it'll be about $12 billion in fines this year. It's like a sniper with a silence rifle taking gut shots at businesses.
Unless you've got about $50,000 because you're gonna have to pay the attorney and everything else laying around that you don't wanna use and that you really want to give to an attorney, don't be accessible. It is the law in the US.
3:45 SEO & Best Practices
The next thing is gonna be your SEO. If your H1 tags, H2 tags. If you don't know what that is, it's basically the description of what's on your site so Google can rank it.
And then Best Practices is how your site loads from a program standpoint. Is it sending the text upright? Is it sending the images upright? Does it have the menu in there? In this case, this would be this little hamburger here. Is your logo set up correctly, et cetera.
4:09 Conclusion
If your site's really slow, you can improve your traffic by 9x. 900%. You can reduce your ad costs by nearly the same amount. If you have a fast site or if you have a slow site, you are going to be paying at least 50% more. So if you have a $10,000 ad spend, you can get the same result with $5,000. Or if you're spending $500, you can get the same result with $250. Or if you spend the same amount of money, you can get him double, triple, quadruple, even 5x the traffic that you are paying for right now.

So today I wanna make this real quick. I wanna bring your attention to something that we've been noticing and it's increasing.
Microsoft Edge, check this out. 1 minute, 59 seconds on site. This is Google Analytics, for those of you that don't know this, versus Chrome visitors 1.8 seconds versus Safari visitors. So our Edge visitors are twice as engaged as our Safari visitors. And here's the kicker: they also spend 35% more than all the other browsers. If you're not paying attention to Bing and Microsoft Edge, then you really need to take a look at it.

Microsoft owns Open AI and I know there's been a lot of hullaballoo lately, and everybody's like, how cool is Chat GPT 3? Well, we've had access to Open AI for almost two years now. Okay, so just so you know, Chat GPT 3 is old news. It's like at least 6, 7, 8 months almost a year old tech and there's stuff that's coming on the line that will blow your mind.
Microsoft has a huge edge in it and they are going to start eating away at Google's domination of search and a whole bunch of other things that are gonna dramatically change over the next three years. So if you can focus on it, if there's one thing I was gonna focus on right now, I would focus on Bing and Edge users. They spend 35% more, it costs less to get them.

I've been underground a little bit for the past mostly four or five years. I used to do a lot of these, if you follow my channel previously, but I'm coming back out of it. A lot of things have happened in that time and everything's always a learning experience, right? We were able to procure a software patent.
It usually takes billion dollar companies to do that these days, or startups with tens of millions, if not hundreds of millions of dollars. And we didn't do it with that. It was more like a garage setup.
We've gotten access to a lot of not cutting edge, but bleeding edge softwares and models and all these other cool things. And we're gonna start sharing them with the public. And then the other thing is I'm gonna open up our testing group to a hundred businesses, both online, offline, brick and mortar, the whole nine yards, to test out our tools. And I'll get some more information about it.
There is gonna be a charge for it because no one pays attention to free stuff, right? It'll be minimal. It'll be either $47 or $97 and there's only gonna be 100 people allowed in it. That's gonna be it because we want the feedback and you're gonna have to participate. But in exchange for that, you're gonna get cutting edge tools that can really move the needle and they'll be worth hundreds, if not thousands of dollars a month for it.
So whatever the price is just gonna be enough to make you pay attention and you don't forget about it because we do want you to participate because we want you to make more money.

There's plenty of opportunity out there to blow your competition out of the way.
And remember: the horse that wins by a nose makes 10 times more than the second and 20 times the third place finishers. So, you only need to win by this much. And "this much" means just paying attention to what's coming along. Mostly people right now, most, a lot of businesses, they're so deep ingrained in the minutiae.
They're looking at their cell phones and you ever see the ones where the person walks into... they're walking on the sidewalk and they walk right into the light pole. Guess what? There's about a thousand light poles out there now in front of the small and medium sized business owners, and all you have to do is just pay attention and not walk into 'em. You can stop and look at stuff and then keep moving. We want to help you avoid the light poles. And if you do that, you can be so far ahead because these people, I see 'em doing it over and over again.
They look at their phone, boom, run a light pole, look up again, start walking and before you know it, boom. And they keep on hitting them. It's crazy.

Hello, Andrew Anderson here and I'm with IamAnInvestor.com and in this short little video, in the next two or three minutes, I'm going to show you how to get every agent in town to show your property first and not pay a full commission. And more than likely, sell your home or property before anyone else does if you're going to use a real estate agent to list your home. And in some of our other videos, I will show you how to do this without using an agent. But for this one, typically let's look at how a real estate agent transaction goes down.
0:31 How Real Estate Commission Works
Throughout the country and depending on where you are, six percent's a fairly typical agent fee. And of that fee 3% goes to the listing agent or the person that came to you and got you to sign up for three months, six months, or hopefully a year for them. Not so good for you, but for listing your property. And what they will do, not all cases, there are some good brokers out there, but in far too many instances, they will take your information, get you to sign the contract, put a rather bad description of your property and some pictures on the MLS and be done with it.
Oh yeah. They'll put out a sign too. Woohoo. And what they'll do is they'll wait for another selling agent from probably more than likely one of the other companies in town to sell your property. And of this, it's been our experience that over 90% of the property sold are not sold by the listing agent. They're sold by the selling agent. So, let's look at how this transaction goes down. On a $200,000 house or property, there's $12,000 commissions that are paid out. The listing agent, even though they may not be doing anything else other than plunking a sign, putting in on an MLS and getting you to sign a contract, will get $6,000. Isn't that dandy? The agent that's actually out there bumping her hump and brought the buyer into you will only get $6,000 which they have to split with the broker. And so what you have is you have a house for sale for a while along with all the other 10 million other people that have their houses listing.
1:52 How to Sell Your Property Fast in A Slow Market
What I'm going to show you is how to avoid that situation and take advantage of the system. What we're going to do is, and perhaps you've heard of this before, is a flat fee listing service. And what they are is they're a broker who agrees to list your property and only take $190 to $399 dollars. That's it. There's no 3% split with them. What we're going to do in this scenario is we want you to do this, we want you to find a listing agent, a flat fee listing agent, to list your property for $199 to $399. They're out there. Then what we're going to do is we are going to offer to pay a 4% commission to the selling agent.
Now, you're still saving 2%, or on our example of the $200,000 house, you're still going to keep $4,000 in your pocket minus whatever your listing fee is, but yet you're paying out $8,000, but what you do is you specify that this goes to the selling agent and broker. And so what happens, just in this simple scenario, is you're going to increase the money they're going to make on selling your house by 33%. Now, all things being equal, if you have a house across the street and they have your house, same price and everything else, which house do you think that they're going to show their buyers first, knowing that they can make 33% more? It's a no-brainer. It's human nature. They have to make a living, they have to put food on their table, they have to take care of their kids as well. By taking advantage of the system, you're going to get far more brokers to show your house than anyone else's.
3:17 How to Sell Your Property Even Faster
And if you bump the amount up to 5%, that means they would get $10,000, you're going to have even more of those people. And if you put a full 6% commission, excuse me, you're actually going to double what they're going to make. You literally will have them showing your house first, all things being equal. And even if some things aren't equal, they're still going to drive their buyers by your house first. And you will get showings on it and you will get it sold quicker than if you were to list with a regular agent under the normal circumstances. I've not seen this anywhere else. We've been doing it fairly successfully for quite some time now. Hopefully you'll be able to use this, and sell your property a lot quicker.

This is one of the better ones. I have not tested this extensively. However, the price is right. It costs a dollar to get started, and then it's like $7.99 a month. And it will do pretty much everything that you want it to do. It'll write content. I'll write blogs. It's got lots of features into it. You can go to apply.adley.ai up here. Let me do that. apply.adley.ai Hopefully you can read that. And so, this is the one I'd recommend. A buck to try it out for three days and then eight bucks a month. So, you can't get a better price than that. Don't buy the other crap out there. Everything we've looked at, except for two products, in the past three months are absolute junk, okay? And some of the ways that they do this are now, all of these are hooked up to OpenAI through their API. So, they're just intermediaries going to the main source.

Now, let me show you something else that you can get access directly to OpenAI. And I don't know if anybody else has explained this to you, but let's open up the horde browser, at least it used to be horde browser. Microsoft Edge, right?
And we'll pull this open here. What you don't know is you can get access to OpenAI right here and you can do the chat, and you can have it do everything, be more creative. Towards the end of the day, you shouldn't be doing these, but Dale Connors, thank you for pushing me to do this.
Write a beginner's how to learn to use AI. And it even understood that my terrible spelling is in there. So, you have direct access to OpenAI through here, through Microsoft Edge. And so, there you go. So, learning coding is an essential skill for AI, you start block coding languages like Scratch or Blockly.
Here's what you really want to know. How do I write better prompts for recipes? Give an example of chocolate chip cookies. I'll just go with what it says.
Now, it's going out there and checking things out. Here we go. All make sense so far. Clean copy. Make sure its simple. Here's how... Give me a recipe. Now it already knows what I typed in, right? This should work. And there you go.

And I did open it up and I did, I only got a couple responses on it, but I am gonna put out a newsletter on this that it's just closed. I think I'm only gonna let it in 49 or 50 people. We had a bunch of people sign up, but I forgot to get their email. That's on me. So, if you did sign up for it, I haven't ignored you, you just didn't give me your email. So I don't have a way to get a hold of you. Got your name, got your business name, but I'm not gonna take the time to go hunt you down. So, 'cause you'll just probably take this as junk email anyway. Are you paying 800% more than your competitors for ads? I've got to show you some numbers that you probably have not seen before. Let's dive into this and then we'll show you some more details. So, if you know anything about Google, they rate your landing page basically on a scale of 1 to 10, they may change it from time to time, but that's basically what they're still looking at.

So, it depends on like how well your site loads, how fast it is, is it ADA compliant, is the SEO good, and a host of other factors that they rate it on. But the bottom line is... If you're a 10, you're going to be paying $0.50 or half of the baseline, and the baseline is one, right? And if you're bad, which you go all the way down to one on the rating scale, you could be paying $4.00.
So this guy up here could be paying $0.50 and you could be paying $4.00. So, for every $8,000 that you spend to get those results, your competitor could only be spending $1,000. And it's absolutely ludicrous. I'm not sure why more agencies don't show you this stuff, but we're going to dive into it here.

How Google Quality Scores (Site Speed), mostly, impact your CPC or Cost Per Click when advertising. Are you paying 4x more than the next guy or maybe even 8x?
So, if you're at a 10, and we went through these numbers before, but we're going to go through them again. You pay 50% less than the baseline of a dollar, right? So you're at $0.50. If you're at nine, you pay 56% which is 44. 20% less than the baseline. And then it goes down to 37.5% which is $0.63. And if you're at 7, 28.60%, you're paying $0.71 a click. If you're a six, you still save some 16.7% which is better than a stick in your eye. You're going to be paying $0.83. And if you're at the baseline, you're going to be paying $1.00 a click. And that might be $2.00 a click, but these numbers are the baseline and the percentages remain the same.
Now, if your site starts to not be so good, you're going to pay 25% more because you've got a stupid tax basically. And if you really don't have your act together, you're going to be paying 67.3% or $1.67 for the guy that's only paying $0.50. And if you're really even worse, you're going to be at 150% more than the baseline or $2.50. And if you're really, really, really bad, you're going to be paying 400% more over the baseline of $4.00. And the other guy who's got everything going for him is paying $0.50. So, you're paying eight times as much for the clicks.

These numbers here on the performance levels are what Google measures all websites for. This is iQ Site Speed and it is hooked up to Google Lighthouse, which is their Ai for ranking websites. And the most important part right here, well, there's four of 'em actually. Performance on mobile, it's a hundred percent. Accessibility or for ADA, Americans with Disabilities Acts Accessibility. SEO is a hundred and best practices are a hundred. And a site like this will, if you're running, let's say, $10,000 worth of ads to it per month versus a regular site, will cost you about half as much for the same clicks, down to as low as three quarters the amount. So, for $5,000, you're going to be able to get the same amount of traffic.

Let's hit the M first. This is mobile performance. And then we're looking at accessibility which is the letter A, and then we have SEO which is a letter S, and then B is going to be best practices. What you see here is a unicorn for most people in the world.

You're not going to see these performance levels anywhere else that I know of. This just happens to be our site. We eat our own dog food. And what I want to talk about is the importance of MASB and what Google has done. This is a test. You can go test your own website over at iQMarketerscom, and then click IQ Site Speed. It doesn't cost anything. Our speed index is 1.2, which is excellent.
If your mobile site speed is over three, Google has told us that 53% of your visit, you will lose over half of your visitors if it's over three seconds. Most sites are four to seven. Since 85% of all web traffic now is on mobile, they don't even care about desktop because they want to give their users who use Google a better experience.

Let’s talk about accessibility which means can someone with a disability access your site? Can they use a screen reader? If they have ADHD, are they going to be able to access it? Does it have tags? Does it say, fill this form out? Put your name here and it'll come up as name field, your telephone field, your email field.
When they find a site that is accessible, they are as loyal as all get out. Disabilities Act of 1990. It's been around for a while. It's the same thing that where you have to put handrails in showers, in bathrooms, and grab rails and ramps, so people in wheelchairs or using crutches can get to restaurants and everything else.
This applies to every single website in the US, and even those out of it if you serve us clients. In 2020, there was 270,000 demand letters or pre-law suits sent out. The average settlement that the business owner had to pay was $36,000 a pop. 12 billion in total was paid out/ If you think you can skate on not being in compliance, you're playing Russian roulette, and you're going to get hit.
When you do become compliant though, you can get access to that large group of people. And when you do get nailed, it's estimated that there will be 15 billion in fines paid out for non-compliance with the ADA.
Google recognizes this and they want to be inclusive. If you want to rank on Google, the second most important thing that you can do is make your site accessible.

SEO, search engine optimization. Does your webpage have your keywords? Let's say that you're selling rubber ducks. Let’s say myrubberducks.com, your metatag should say, "We sell rubber ducks of all shapes and sizes." Your first H tag might be Rubber Ducks Unlimited. Your keyboard would be "rubber ducks" or "rubber ducks, we sell them all." Or "rubber ducks near me." The next one would be, "why do we have the best rubber ducks," and "three things that you should know about buying a rubber duck," et cetera, et cetera. And are those lined up correctly?

Best Practices, so that's our B. Does your site load correctly? Does the header come up first before the footer? Is the code level correctly so it doesn't interfere with things. That’s the last thing that they look at. You notice that the first thing they look at is mobile site speed. Next thing is accessibility. Does it meet ADA requirements?

And then we're looking at the SEO, and then the best practices. Here's a couple of things that you need to know. If you do not have an accessibility statement on your website, you're probably not ADA compliant. If you haven't done an ADA study on your website, then you're probably not ADA compliant. If you don't know what the ADA is, you're probably not ADA compliant. 99% of the agencies out there are totally clueless.

Find someone who's got their act together because this is killing you. If these numbers aren't below three, that means all of that work, all of the money you've been spending on Google Ads or Facebook Ads, to come into your website, you've been blowing over half of them, sometimes three quarters. And the same thing with your agency on your website. You need to get ADA compliant. You need to get your performance up. These two things right there will make you lots and lots of money.
