What the heck is Non-BPA?!! I didn’t even know there was BPA. Another chemical in our food. How many more chemicals before the FDA claim “there isn’t enough to harm you” will no longer fly?!

I found a bunch of the same problems in the sunscreen that I found in the lotions. I will explain what the FDA says are safe and which to avoid (they actually got this one right but course companies aren’t regulated).

I watched an incredible video on earthing! I will explain how standing on the earth barefoot will decrease inflammation which will reduce symptoms of chronic disease. This is huge!!!

What I did and it’s not a fad diet! This is a life style change. I have maintained this weight for 13 years (and I don’t starve)!

What is causing chronic disease! Let’s eliminate some toxins that could be causing chronic symptoms!
