This baby boy laughs non-stop when he watches Max the German Shepherd and dad play tug-of-war together. Every time Max shakes his head with the toy he cracks up!

These two best friends share a special bond and play together all day long. The baby is especially mesmerized by Max's mouth and teeth! Max the German Shepherd is so gentle with him and even gives him a few kisses and he is playing with him.

Our German Shepherd max loves our newborn baby and gets very concerned whenever he starts to fuss or cry. We were about ready to leave to a doctors appointment and our son started to fuss in the car seat and was hidden under a blanket. Our dog max was very concerned but also very confused because he couldn’t see him. It’s pretty cute to watch him search for him and tilt his head out of confusion.

Usually dogs love little children. They like playing and wandering around with them. All that love and attention was meant for you and now he steals it. Only if Jaxx could talk with Sadie, I think she would have told him everything right into his face…

You can tell our dog Penny is the guard dog of the house and always on patrol for any potential threats. When our fridge started to make a noise because the door had been left open Penny was there to protect us. She must have figured it was some robber or evil person breaking into our house and she wasn’t going to have that happen. She has a big heart but it doesn’t matter how visicious she thinks she is, she is still just a cute little dog.

We had to move our fridge out to clean behind it to do our spring cleaning and our dogs started to freak out over the noise it was making. Our German Shepherd max was certain that there was some time of animal under there he had to save. Pretty funny.

Our dog penny is very vocal when she wants something. This morning she wanted her favorite treat from the closest and decided to let me know what she wanted and was very persistent until she got it.

We got a lot of snow at our house and our little dog penny had a hard time traveling around in it. At one point she wanted to come over to me but ended up getting stuck.

My wife takes our German shepherd max running daily and our little dog penny gets so sad when her and her best friend max leave without her. She howls like his every time they leave. Poor thing is to small to go for a run.

Penny absolutely loves our 5 year old son and she also loves having her chest scratched. Our son wanted to just sit and watch a movie and every time he would get distracted and stop petting her chest she would pull his hand toward her and demand he keep scratching her. It's hilarious and cute all in the same time!

This German Shepherd isn't about to let Penny the dog enjoy a new bone all to herself. He slowly makes his way over and tries to steal it, but ends up sharing it with Penny instead!

Our son and German shepherd kept each other entertained with a squirt gun at a lake this summer. Both of them had a blast playing with each other. Our dog max even got good at splashing our son back.

penny was enjoying some chest scratches on my lap and was about ready to fall asleep when I had to sneeze and boy did it scare her.

Penny the dog loves to have her chest scratched. Even though she is ready to fall asleep, she keeps pulling her owner's hand back every time the scratching stops!

Poor Max has to wear a cone because of some skin allergies and he really hates it, but not as much as Lincoln the cat! She is very uncertain and doesn't trust him at all, as if he were another dog!

Our German shepherd max was 4 months old and loves to play tug of war with penny our chihuahua mix. It's so cute watching them play together and penny can hold her own!
