Continuing our discussion from the letter to the Hebrews, it makes clear that Jesus suffered while on the cross. Why? Why the suffering? Was there a purpose? The answer is yes .....

What is God's greater purpose? Why does He seem to delay His deliverance? Can He not see that we suffer? As we look at the history of the calling of the office of High Priest we discover a Jesus who completes it all - all to fulfill the Father's greater purpose!

In these days of uncertainty you might have a tendency to drift away from your faith. The early Jewish Christians experienced this too and that's why the letter to the Hebrews was written. in today's lesson we see how Jesus fulfilled all things in the old covenant system and that the writer wrote to convince these Christians not to walk away from their faith. Maybe we can learn from this too?

In Psalm 139, we read some very impossible things. But, we serve an impossible God! Is God big enough to do it? Today's message is a journey using pictures of what we have seen God do right here, in our little place. But why? Why is God doing it?

Words. They matter. The words we use reveal what is in our heart. What are we storing up in our hearts?

We have so many unanswered questions. What should our response be when we don't understand? Looking at two stories in the gospel of John we have real answers from scripture.

Where does evil come from? How do we combat it? It's closer than you think ....

We are entering a period in the Christian calendar that is called "ordinary time". We don't have any more special days like we did with Christmas, Easter, Ascension, Pentecost, etc. Is there anything special happening during this period of waiting? Yes there is! This message is to encourage you - especially if you have been a believer for a while.

Why doesn't God tell us more about heaven? There are very few scriptural descriptions of heaven, most are in visions. Is God showing us something else instead? Very interesting.....
