The Presidential Office Building is the work place of the President of the Republic of China on Taiwan. The building, located in the Zhongzheng District in the national capital — Taipei, was designed by architect Uheiji Nagano during the period of Japanese rule of Taiwan (1895–1945). The structure originally housed the Office of the Governor-General of Taiwan. Damaged in Allied bombing during World War II, the building was restored after the war by Chen Yi, the Governor-General of Taiwan Province. It became the Presidential Office in 1950 after the government of the Republic of China lost control of mainland China and relocated the nation's capital to Taipei at the end of the Chinese Civil War. At present, this Baroque-style building is a symbol of the Government and a famous historical landmark in downtown Taipei.

Okada Manila is a casino resort and hotel complex located on the Entertainment City gaming strip in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines. In 2007, with a total construction cost of about 250 billion Yen and spending 7 years, Japanese billionaire Kazuo Okada established and managed Okada Manila. Okada Manila occupies an area of 44 hectares (110 acres) of the Entertainment City 26,410.77 square meters (284,283.2 sq ft) allotted to gaming. The hotel building of Okada Manila is composed of the Pearl and Coral Wings with each wing having 15 floors to be connected by two sky bridges. The glass facade of the building has a gold color representing the hue of Manila Bay's sunset, and is one of the casino's key themes. The US$2.4 billion phase one of the casino project includes 993 hotel rooms. More than 3,000 electronic gaming machines and 500 table games were planned to be installed in the casino complex. Included in Okada Manila's amenities are The Retreat Spa, a full-service wellness center that offers luxury spa services; and PLAY, an indoor facility for the learning-oriented entertainment of children and teens. There is also an allotted 8,409 square meters (90,510 sq ft) shopping area within the casino resort.

La Trinidad, officially the Municipality of La Trinidad (Ilocano: Ili ti La Trinidad; Tagalog: Bayan ng La Trinidad), is a 1st class municipality and capital of the province of Benguet, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 137,404 people. The municipality is known for its strawberry plantations earning the title "Strawberry Fields of the Philippines". La Trinidad is within Metro Baguio area. The town's name comes from the Spanish phrase for "The Trinity" La Trinidad was transformed into a full-fledged town from its former status as municipal district by virtue of Republic Act No. 531, approved June 16, 1950. On June 23, 2016, La Trinidad was highlighted in the media when the first and largest community artwork in the Philippines, the STOBOSA Hillside Homes Artwork was unveiled, featuring hillside houses within the sitios of Stonehill, Botiwtiw and Sadjap of Barangay Balili painted with sunflower and abstract designs.

The site of the airport began operations in the 1940s as Sasa Landing Field with a donation of land in barangay Sasa, located in Buhangin district of Davao City, by Don Francisco Bangoy, the then-current patriarch of an influential family that founded and settled in Davao alongside Don Jose Uyanguren. At the time it began operation, the airport merely consisted of a 1,200-meter (3,900 ft) unpaved grass runway and quonset huts serving as terminal buildings. At the time, and throughout much of the 1940s and the early 1950s, both Philippine Air Lines and the Philippine Air Force provided air service to the city.
