Turning from a full log. Very deep.

Beginning with a large half log Maple blank and getting two nice bowls from it.

Part 3 covers making a fiberglass mold and using it to create the transition pieces for the eight inch suction hose.

Completing the build and full testing.

Part 2 is building the impeller housing and a short test.

Part 1 is building a pedestal on my lawn trailer, mounting the motor and building the impeller.

Beginning my new lawn trailer build. This video covers building the frames, axles, and tongue.

Part 2 of my Lawn Trailer build includes frame bracing, building the scissor lift, and building hinges for the dump bed.

Completing my build and testing.

First burn after installation and temperature checks. Blower testing and naming my new heater.

The conclusion of this build including the Fire Grate, Heat Shield, Blower and Channel install. Then the test burn and paint.

In this Part 2 we get the heat exchanger, the stovepipe flange, and the adjustable legs installed.

My shop heater needs replacement so I decided to build a new and improved one. My new heater will burn better and be capable of moving warm air around the shop with the addition of a heat exchanger and blower.

I acquired a beautiful Maple log from a friend. I got it home and need to seal the ends to minimize cracking before I can get them processed. Hope you enjoy.
