Timing within yourself and everything around you is up to you and you alone. So, will you not then try to be in sequence in all aspects of your life then and only then can you truly succeed. Daniel 3the3 Prophet

Once you can develop a method to cleanse your mind of all negativities and chatter within your brain, use it in all circumstances of your life to not let anything influence your mind in any way. Daniel 3the3 Prophet

Once you learn how to master any technique you learn. You have to make it muscle memory so you can use it anytime for your benefit, to always keep you in a clear state of mind. Daniel 3the3 Prophet
