Starmer's trip to Estonia and his Christmas card this year, have brought photographic hilarity and ridicule in equal measure. Right, so Keir Starmer is well and truly on the ceasefire in Gaza bandwagon now that Rishi Sunak has jumped first, the Labour leader ready, willing and able to match the Tories policy on policy because that’s the kind of leader he is, the sort that follows, though whether he means any of it given that he’s bought and paid for by the Israel Lobby remains to be seen, I certainly won’t be taking his word for it, the man lies like Boris Johnson on an off day. Starmer is currently in Estonia posing in fatigues, despite Estonia being a perfectly safe country to travel to right now, not engaged in warfare, but does share a border with Russia and goodness knows the guy loves to look tough, so cue lots of upshots from cameramen to detract from Starmer’s now obvious Napoleon Complex – fancies himself as playing a part in global warfare, but just don’t draw attention to his height. Speaking of which have you seen his Xmas card? More on that in a minute. Starmer chose to talk ceasefire in Gaza to camera whilst dressed in combat gear and stood in front of a tank. The optics tell us more about you than your words ever could and the camera doesn’t lie like a rug, like he does. Right so this is a video of two halves really, the Napoleon Complex of Keir Starmer, also called small man syndrome, where those of a more diminutive stature, nothing wrong with that in and of itself of course, except in those individuals who make up for their lack of height in aggressiveness and attitude and in Starmer’s case certainly a helluva lot of ego. But let’s start with his little hard man trip to Estonia, where he spoke to Sky News about his desire to see a ceasefire in Gaza, all mere weeks after losing 10 members of his frontbench because he was completely opposed to it of course, but now that the even smaller Rishi Sunak has come out in favour of a sort-of ceasefire, a sustainable ceasefire, rather than an immediate or permanent one, a David Cameron PR exercise basically, Starmer is right there in his coat-tails, but he’s gone one better because he’s raided Mr Benn’s dressing up shop and played soldier whilst he did it, in a warehouse, in not a tall war-torn Estonia, talking ceasefire, in front of the biggest gun he could find, stuck on the front of a tank! Who’s genius idea was that? Is John McTernan advising Labour again? So what did Starmer have to say for himself then? Operation Guardians of Prosperity is dead and all the US and the media can do is point at Iran now as Yemen's 'backers.' Right, so the US is bemoaning Iran backed Hamas and Iran backed Yemen as if it is some kind of slur or insult and the whole world should look at Hamas and Yemen and go ooh, you must be bad because America says so. All the media push that prefix of ‘Iran-backed’ as if it’s the boogeyman behind all the war and death and destruction we are currently seeing in the Middle East. In which case should they not start referring to apartheid Israel as US backed apartheid Israel? That’s only fair isn’t it? That’s impartiality isn’t it? What we have in these media narratives is a message of what the US says goes, but when the US have continued to delay aid and block a ceasefire ending the Gaza genocide, why the hell should we care one iota for who they say are bad guys, when they’ve done nothing but shame themselves in their incessant backing for a rogue state carpet bombing an occupied territory with impunity? Why should we take notice of what they say, when all eyes are on the consequences of their backing of Israel and the role they’ve had in all of that? Right, so as I was reading through various articles today looking to see what I would cover in my video content today, this is the wrestling match I often have with myself, what will I cover, what do I think isn’t getting talked about sufficiently, which two stories stand out, or haven’t really been noticed and I happened across a Reuters story with the headline, ‘US says Iran ‘deeply involved’ in Red Sea attacks on commercial vessels.’ And I sat there and thought to myself, well hang on, I covered what Yemen were doing the other day, solidarity with Palestine, blockading Israeli or Israeli destined vessels only and here we have the US apparently blaming Iran for that now. Pretty sure it is the Houthis here causing shipping problems for Israel, inflicting their own versions of sanctions, because the everyone else is failing to do so themselves collectively, call a ceasefire collectively and all Israel need do to end that blockade, is stop bombing Gaza. So this headline actually made me a little cross, a little angry. Now we know the US don’t like Iran and Iran is far from a perfect country in itself, ruled as it is by a religious leader, an Ayatollah, following a coup in 1979 to remove the ruling Shah, who had become incredibly unpopular. The Shah was exiled, many of his officials were executed, the new regime was not a nice one. The US, as always were involved, the Shah had fled stateside and refused to extradite him, the US Embassy was taken by force and those there held hostage. Failure to negotiate their release contributed in part to the fall of Jimmy Carter’s administration and ushered in Ronald Reagan. In more recent times, back in 2020, the general of Iran’s revolutionary army was assassinated in the US. The Labour Muslim Network has told Keir Starmer in a statement that the party must cut ties with the Israel ambassador. Right, so the two state-solution, the decades long plan that the West has wanted to see in Israel and Palestine has, by this most right wing of Israeli governments ever, finally poured the scorn on it, that decades of inaction on this idea, that a lot of us have always surmised. Israel have kept Palestine under occupation, kept treating them as less than human, kept settling their lands in complete opposition to the idea of two separate states and now at last Israel have admitted it, with a smile on their face in the case of the madman Netanyahu. who has now proudly boasted of having blocked the idea for the last 30 years, of which 20 of those he’s mostly been Prime Minister, a blatant admission of Islamophobia as that can only construed. After all, If denying Israel the right to exist is deemed by these same people to be antisemitic, how can it not be Islamophobic to deny a majority Muslim state of Palestine not be equally racist as well? All of this makes life difficult for your average Zionist, who now has to justify Israel’s right to exist, whilst Israel considers Palestine’s right to exist as little more than a technical oversight. The UK ambassador Tzipi Hotovely has also come out and binned the idea of the two state solution, triggering a petition to have her expelled from the country, the UK official position still wishing to see that two state solution, but with Keir Starmer, that Zionist without qualification keeping his head down on the matter, unable to comment until someone else does first, shamelessly unable to lead, the Labour Muslim Network is not accepting that and has penned a letter to Starmer making very clear what they, as a Labour affiliate body, expect from him now, starting with some actual leadership for once. Right, so the Labour Muslim Network have been a critical body of Keir Starmer for some time and it’s not like he doesn’t give them justifiable excuses. Just this year they demanded Keir Starmer deal with the Blue Tory who defected to Starmer’s Red Tories, Christian Wakeford, welcomed with open arms because the broad church that is the Labour party is a welcome home for ex Tories, just not socialists who they treat like scum. Well Wakeford was pictured with Gene Simmonds of KISS earlier this year despite Islamophobic comments having historically been made by the musician, the Labour Muslim Network wrote to both Wakeford and Starmer about it and were ignored. If it had been a rotten lefty though eh? Another example was Starmer’s advocation of war crimes to be committed by Israel against Palestine, including the withdrawal of food, water and power, saying Israel had the right to do that. If it was what Israel wanted it would happen, but it isn’t. You’ve been told this now, you know this now, how can you not know this? Even if you missed Benjamin Netanyahu’s shock confession where he boasted of being a decades long block to the two state solution, the Labour Muslim network, the affiliate Muslim body to the Labour Party have written to you specifically about the UK ambassador for Israel’s comments dismissing the two state solution as some kind of obsession. They asked you to disown the ambassador, have you done so, or have you just ignored the Muslim members of your party yet again? Dressed in those fatigues and with his customary ignorance of people or organisations he doesn’t wish to listen to, dressed as he was in fatigues for that interview – Why? – He was very much the epitome of Inaction Man, or GI Genocide. You aren’t dressed to talk about peace here are you? The Foreign Office deems Estonia safe to visit, who are you camouflaging yourself from? But this was just one example of hilarity coming out of this trip that he took with his Shadow Defence Secretary John Healey because soe of the photographs they’ve clearly posed for are comedy gold. Here they are together, an upshot, these have become a theme for Starmer, because it makes him look taller, that Napoleon Complex coming out, looking like a couple of doormen for a church. Here’s another of the two of them together, Starmer far away staring, at least he isn’t pointing for a change, the pair of them looking like they’re auditioning for Strictly. Here’s another Starmer Healey gem, coming down stairs looking like some pale Mitchell Brothers knock-offs, another upshot you will note, to mask his stature. Here’s another, the soldiers are onto who the weakest link is, the sacrificial lamb, Starmer whiter than white whilst everyone else has slapped mud on their faces and here’s another where they managed to find a soldier shorter than he is, which wasn’t at all done on purpose to make him look taller. Here’s another where he looks more like he’s scrutinising a restaurant menu than looking at a map. He’s looking mighty puzzled by it, perhaps Palestine is marked on that one and it’s thrown him a bit. And this poor woman looks like she’s about to die of boredom straight into her dinner. The photo’s are a big thing for Starmer and his height is clearly a hang-up. You might up until this point think I’ve been a bit unfairly mocking, or being a bit heightist, sure an accusation I’m consciously wary of being a six footer myself, my parents for the record were both shorter than Starmer, but if that is your thinking, I’d just like to draw your attention to the Starmer’s Xmas card this year. If you haven’t seen it, this is it here, a lovely glittery card, I’m sure he had plenty left over after he had a load dumped on his head earlier this year, glitter everywhere, also suspected to have been a set up by some so he could just brush off a stage invasion and act all tough, and it’s a lovely photo isn’t it of Starmer, all bright and light and his, dimly lit wife seeming walking a step or two behind, hence the lighting. His slightly shorter wife at that. Here’s the thing though. It’s photoshopped. Here’s the original picture and not only is Starmer clearly shorter than his wife, she might be wearing heels who knows? But it was enough that it had to be altered to make him look taller. Not only that he got lit up more to cover the wrinkles and she was put in the dark. It was another low shot too. If I was his wife I know where I’d be sticking this card having seen what he’d done! For some reason they’ve made his left arm massive as well, presumably to cover up the shorting of the image of his wife. Poor editing, a hangup about his height to the point he has photo’s taken from the floor and photoshops others, posing in military gear and not in an effort to look tough, when he’s about as intimidating as a wet sock and is evidently intimidated himself by the height of his own wife. When you go to this much effort to tell people you’re not short and you’re tough because you where camouflage gear, it just tells people you’re compensating for something and you don’t mean it. With a litany of lies to his name longer than Mr Tickle’s arms, it’s just one more show of dishonesty from a man who is also clearly a narcissist, making him even more like Boris Johnson than I’d previously thought and just like Johnson he ignores what is actually important too, like following up your words with actions, disowning the UK ambassador for what she said and as this video explains and if you want to know more about that you should absolutely watch it next and I’ll hopefully catch you on the next vid. Israel needs another ceasefire. It might seem a strange notion, but there are three solid reasons for it and one for why it won't last. Right, so are Israel themselves in need of another ceasefire now? Why would they as the occupying and aggressor state want such a thing? Well it would appear negotiations, once again being brokered by Qatar, are underway after Netanyahu a week ago dismissed any notion of such things. Why would he change tack and allow negotiations to go ahead now though? He’s massively right wing, he’s proudly boasted that he has blocked any notion of a two state solution for decades, he leads the most right wing coalition government Israel has ever seen, but there are 3 good reasons for Israel to do this and all of them have to do with ensuring Netanyahu stays in power, but equally for as much as he needs another ceasefire to remain in post, he also needs to resume attacks for exactly the same reason. Right, so Israel now need a ceasefire, why is this then Damo, they are the aggressors, if they want this to end why don’t they just end it? You might be thinking and it’s a logical line of thought to take, but as with everything Benjamin Netanyahu does, if it isn’t serving his own self interest, if it isn’t keeping him in power now and going forwards, then a shift is required and there are three solid reasons for why he needs a ceasefire again very soon and also for why it won’t last probably any longer than the last and Israel will in all likelihood keep breaking it along the way just as they did last time. The first reason is just good old fashioned political pressure. Polling right now, conducted a few days ago by Israel’s Channel 12, found that 70% of Israeli citizens are in favour of a ceasefire and exchange deal, 27% of Israelis are in favour of an exchange deal and a humanitarian truce and just 3% of Israelis are in favour of continuing the war. Of course they refer to it as a war, it isn’t that when one side is so ridiculously mismatched, it is an extermination, a genocide and the civilian casualties, more than 1% of the Gazan population right now, have been wiped out. You can expect the numbers demanding a ceasefire to rise as the economic fallout for Israel increases thanks to the actions being taken by the Houthis in Yemen, causing absolute chaos for Israel’s shipping, sea trade being something they are utterly reliant on for their national prosperity. Shipping companies are refusing to go there, freight is now having to travel all the way around Africa to reach them, increasing costs, trips that used to take 19 days before the war, now will take a full month instead. The effectiveness of one country, by virtue of it’s geography imposing what amount to incredibly powerful sanctions can’t be dismissed, Yemen have played a blinder in solidarity with Palestine. There are no churches in Gaza & no Christians because of Hamas say Israel to excuse shooting 2 Christian women sheltering in a church! Right, so have Israel hit such a height of peak stupid now, such dizzying peaks of insurmountable idiocy that they think by saying there are no Christians in Gaza we’ll believe it, literally on the doorstep of the Holy Land as it is for Christians and when picked up on this point for being the abject nonsense it is, says oh well, they must have been Hamas operatives if our forces shot them! This has all flared up in response to the shooting of two Christian women who stepped out of a church, mother and daughter, killed by snipers as one went to the loo and upon hearing shots killed the other as they went to their aid. Following this appalling and clearly not targeting Hamas shooting, targeting two women sheltering in a church, the Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem responded to this report by ridiculously claiming the two women couldn’t have been sheltering in a church, because there are no churches in Gaza. Well, I’ve got news for her. Right, so, let’s dive straight in to what the deputy mayor of Jerusalem said here, Fleur Hassan-Nahoum, speaking on LBC to Nick Ferrari she said on making the case for Israel’s right to defend itself and reject a ceasefire: ‘If a ceasefire means the return of the hostages and the dismantlement of a genocidal regime, that has stated that they’re going to attack us again, then everybody would be in favour of a ceasefire. But if a ceasefire means that we’re just going to keep them quiet for a bit until they attack again, then it’s Israel’s obligation to defend its citizens and destroy that threat don’t you think?’ Well if it was me I’d be very cautious about throwing around terms like genocidal regime at others right now. 24,000 dead Gazans. 10,000 of them are children. Almost 100 journalists dead, which is more than died in 6 years of World War II and more than died in the 20 years of the Vietnam War, all within the space of two and a half months. The scale of death and destruction at Israel’s hands is unparalleled in its indiscrimination and still they say, not our fault, let us defend ourselves, why are you picking on us, this is Hamas! Will you condemn Hamas? It is not self defence when you are occupying this land and it’s people and you complain about them retaliating against that. Most of those that died in Israel on October 7th appear to have died at Israeli hands under so-called Hannibal Directives, showing how little human life is frankly valued by Israel, but sure, lets just blame everything on Hamas because that makes things so much easier doesn’t it? Nick Ferrari moved on from this though onto the matter of the two people shot in the church and this is where Ms Deputy Mayor jumped the shark a bit. He asked her: ‘Why is it necessary, it is reported, to start shooting, having snipers outside a church?’ Hamas are using churches as bases of operations now are they? Oh the power of little Yemen by virtue of it's geography! Demands for a Gaza ceasefire are crippling Israeli shipping! Right, so economic sanctions on Israel, frankly the world should be imposing full Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions on them right now, but the only country prepared to actually do that and show full throated solidarity with Palestine in defiance of the rest of the world, happens to be the poorest country in the Middle East, Yemen, itself having been subject to bombardment from Saudi Arabia for some time, but despite being rather poor, Yemen has geography on it’s side when it comes to sanctioning Israel and it’s kicking them straight in the shipping lanes. It’s common knowledge that the Suez Canal from the Mediterranean Sea into the Red Sea and vice versa is a global shortcut for commerce, but when you talk about a narrow canal to squeeze goods through, people don’t tent to think about the other end of the Red Sea and the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait, which translates into the Gate of Tears or Gate of Grief and grief is what it is giving Israel and anyone else trying to supply them right now. The Bab-el-Mandeb Strait is only 16 miles across at its narrowest, between Yemen and Djibouti in East Africa, it’s also perilous to navigate due to other geographical factors, therefore anything passing through the Strait, heading north towards Israel can easily be reached by missiles fired by the Houthis in Yemen. An economic blockade in effect. But as fine as economic sanctions might be, when it comes to Israel, the rest of the world seems to have a problem with it. Right, so Yemen, they’ve imposed economic sanctions on Israel by basically saying any vessel attempting to round their coast, and Yemen being on the South-Western corner of the Arabian Peninsula as it is, they will have to be rounding pretty much their entire coastline if coming from the East and of course the narrowness of the Bab-el-Mendeb Strait means they can make good on their sanctions and they have been. The Israeli port of Eilat is basically closed, as shipping being received there is down 80%. 12 major shipping firms including CMA CGM, Maersk, MSC and Hapag-Lloyd have all stopped moving tankers through the Red Sea due to the serious risk of attack. A Norwegian tanker heading for Israel was attacked and caught fire, though nobody was injured. The cost of marine insurance has gone through the roof for Israel now and freight is having to choose the old route of going all the way around Africa to avoid Yemen, sending the price of good soaring. As far as we’re concerned though, did you notice that Rishi Sunak has now called for a ceasefire? Agreeing what David Cameron said the other day about the need for a sustainable ceasefire? Did you notice Keir Starmer finally catch up and agree with that too just today? Leadership with Keir Starmer, jumping as soon as someone else already has. It's more Tory austerity for the NHS under Labour as the dreadful Wes Streeting throws his own future brief under the bus! Right, so where once we on the left were saying repeatedly to vote Labour to save the NHS, that boat has firmly sailed. After 13 years of the Tories vandalising the service, underfunding it and privatising the profitable bits where the NHS used to make money themselves out of, selling them off, putting them out to tender to the highest bidder so those profits ended up in the pockets of the already wealthy, Labour now won’t put that into reverse. You see the bought and paid for by private health interests shadow Health Minister and ultra Starmer loyalist Wes Streeting is instead blaming the service itself and not for the first time. He has said in no uncertain terms there will be no extra money for the NHS, that we can have a properly funded NHS or we can deal with child poverty, we can’t have both. He has accused the NHS of being complacent and that there is simply no money to put into the service due to the Tories damage to the economy. Yet another politician who doesn’t understand economics then. Streeting has been his usual rude, obnoxious, intensely dislikable self is telling us that our health service, which Labour created, won’t be rescued by him or the Labour Party of today, even going so far as to call the spending on it unsustainable. Will it be Labour that destroys the NHS? Right, so Wes Streeting as regular viewers will know is right up there in the Damo thinks they’re a wrong-un stakes and in no small part is that due to the man’s dislikeable nature, craven loyalty to Keir Starmer and just the fact he’s whopping great red Tory. The endless supply of bulls**t that he spouts on the media rounds, you’d honestly think he was a cattle farmer and nothing quite shows that than when he is talking about the NHS, or rather talking it down. Young Wesley is threatening NHS reform folks! As if we haven’t seen enough of that under the Tories. It has been reformed into a shadow of it’s former self, bits a pieces sold off, leaving just the less profitable bits, the emergency medicine, the NHS we all need in an emergency as the underfunded uncared for part and Streeting is saying that reform is needed because spending has become unsustainable. It’s not the NHS itself that is unsustainable though of course, it is the profiteering out of all the stuff that got sold off! So what has Weaselly Wesley said then Damo? Well, he was doing the media rounds this Sunday, so let’s start with his turn on LBC. He said that he felt there was complacency in the NHS and that for many people they think that the service just needs more money, this is his anxiety about it apparently. The NHS does need more money, we know the service is being underfunded, we know this is intentional. You know, just think about the inflation we’ve seen in the economy since the pandemic, the pandemic where our health workers were called heroes, where we clapped for them, while they saved our lives and the Tories spent billions not on the service, but in dodgy PPE rackets. Wes Streeting's constituents are so sick of him not calling for a ceasefire, that they're going to find their own candidate who will! Right, so Wes Streeting is set to get the same treatment as his boss Starmer is he? Can’t say I’m surprised! You might have heard about organisation going on in Keir Starmer’s seat of Holborn and St Pancras, the OCISA organisation, in order to stand an independent candidate against him in order to force him out of parliament, deny him his path to Number 10 at the next General Election, set the Labour Party on a different path than the Blairite, return to Torylitism that it is currently on and the reasons for this are numerous, from the policies to the purging, to his ceasefire position on Gaza, I’ve covered these in numerous vids, but now it seems the same treatment awaits Starmer’s odious health minion Wes Streeting in Ilford North as yesterday an open event to select an independent candidate to stand against Streeting at the next election was held, was very well attended and given the demographic of his seat, along with the boundary changes affecting it, he should have every reason to be very worried about this development indeed. Right, so Wes Streeting is being targeted by angry people in Ilford North in the same way Keir Starmer is in London, disgusted at the conduct of their MP. Now I can talk about all manner of reasons why Streeting deserves this no end, his blatantly Tory lite politics, he’s a right winger, he’s ultra loyal to Starmer so getting dumped out of parliament together would be entirely deserved, but it’s the more recent events in Gaza that have set many of his constituents against him to the point they are now getting organised. Now you might remember a recent vote where Starmer whipped his MP’s to vote against a ceasefire motion by the SNP, the claim being it would damage Labour’s chances in Scotland, whereas the truth, because Starmer wouldn’t know it if it slapped him in the face, was that his Israel Lobby backers wouldn’t like it. You might remember that Starmer ended up watering this down in the face of significant rebellion to an abstention, to try and avoid resignations from his front bench, but he still ended up losing 10 shadow ministerial figures. One, surprised a lot of people, being Jess Phillips, who is just as right wing, just as loyal to Starmer as any on the front bench, but unless you can retain your seat, a front bench position is moot. She knew this, she has a huge Muslim vote in her seat and she acted to put her seat first, let’s not pretend it was her constituents hence why she resigned. Streeting, is in a not too dissimilar position, despite loyally following the party line Starmer set. Phillips has the 12th largest percentage of Muslims by constituency in the country, in her seat of Birmingham Yardley, with 35.4% of the local population identifying as Muslim. David Cameron has moved the Tory attitude towards Israel and Gaza - very slightly - but it's still wrongfooted Starmer! Right so to demonstrate just how lacking in the ability to lead Labour leader Keir Starmer is, the useless man has just allowed the brand new unelected life peer and equally unelected Foreign Secretary David Cameron to completely outflank him on the matter of a ceasefire. Cameron is not called without good reason the most pro Israeli British PM ever, but even he, for all the vast faults and awfulness he is responsible for as a former PM and a Tory one at that, can see the need for an actual sustainable ceasefire, not a pathetic humanitarian pause where you let a bit of aid in before the shooting begins again. Now you can argue Sunak hadn’t arrived at this position either, which is a fair point, but when Starmer has made a point of copying the Tory position on so many things, not least the ongoing atrocities in Gaza at Israel’s hands, a position whereby Sunak and so Starmer as well have allowed the US and the Biden administration to effectively dictate our foreign policy, Cameron’s swing to backing a ceasefire has completely wrongfooted Labour and they just let it happen. They are in opposition. If they were an actual effective opposition that shouldn’t be possible, it should be their comfort zone to take apart the government for what they are doing, but so much on the same page have both parties been, that the governing Tory Party has totally outflanked Labour and they look like absolute mugs. Keir Starmer has been shown to have zero leadership qualities when all he does is follow the establishment line like a good little sheep and has been shown up to have less moral fibre than a Tory, less than architect of austerity David Cameron even. That is tragic. Right, so Keir Starmer has been made a complete mug of by David Cameron and it’s not even like Cameron had to try very hard, he just had to attempt a half passable attempt at acting like a human being and pretend that he gives a damn about the plight of Gazans under Israeli attack. We know the bombing has been indiscriminate, we know Israel has deliberately targeted civilian infrastructure, from hospitals to schools. They have levelled houses, they have bombed refugee camps, they have deliberately targeted journalists, killing more of them since October 7th in Gaza, then were ever killed in either world wars in their entireties. They have killed their own Hamas seized hostages, they have killed so many Gazan civilians and consider it justified if they manage to take out a few Hamas operatives in the process. As far as the UN is concerned Article 99 has been triggered over their actions. Resolution 377 A has been triggered due to their actions. Piers Morgan is dominating the Mirror phone hacking scandal, but the bigger question should be about preventing this happening again. Right, so Piers Morgan is what the media are fixating on in the wake of Prince Harry’s successful litigation, not against Morgan, but against the entire Mirror Group Newspapers, which includes The Mirror, the Sunday Mirror and People, winning 15 of the 33 claims against them, in relation to phone hacking. Now of course where Piers Morgan is concerned, he has denied ever doing it or every knowing about it, claiming his hands were squeaky clean in the 9 years he was the newspaper editor, despite the fact he is mentioned by name 83 times in the 386 page High Court Judgement. But this goes beyond just Piers Morgan, even despite the prominence in which he is mentioned, because once again it has thrust the fact our media are still allowed to mark their own homework, even after the original phone hacking scandal that brought down the News of the World, took place. We need to revisit the Leveson Inquiry, we need to examine how the media got away with not being legislated over then and not accept the fact they can be trusted to regulate themselves, because they can’t. Right, so the judgement has been handed down by High Court Justice Timothy Fancourt in the case between Prince Harry and 3 others versus Mirror Group Newspapers over allegations of phone hacking and of the 33 instances brought by the Prince, 15 were upheld. Functionally, it is impossible for the Mirror Group’s executives, which at that time included Piers Morgan, to have not been aware. Morgan has always vociferously denied any knowledge of phone hacking, or being aware of it going on despite having been the editor at the time of Harry’s allegations, between 1995-2004. As the Prince’s barrister David Sherborne said as part of a statement on behalf of his client: ‘The Court ruled that unlawful and criminal activities, were carried out at all three Mirror Group newspaper titles, the Mirror, the Sunday Mirror and The People, on a habitual and widespread basis, for over more than a decade.’ Morgan has threatened legal action on anyone saying he was involved, or that he knew, but the judgement is that he must have known and searching his name in the 386 page judgement, what has been said in court comes up with 83 mentions of Morgan. Some notable examples from the judgement are implicating him in some form of wrongdoing are: ‘Phone hacking was “rife” at the Daily Mirror by 1999 but not so evident in April 1998. Mr Hipwell’s evidence that Mr Morgan, editor of the Daily Mirror, knew about and took the benefit of the practice was “convincing.’ Another example involved a conversation between Morgan and then Director of Communications at 10 Downing Street between 2000 and 2005, so under Tony Blair, involving the hacking of the ohones of then England Football Manager Sven-Goran Eriksson and Ulrika Jonsson: ‘He attended the Labour Party Conference in Blackpool in September 2002 and remembers going out for a Chinese meal with Mr Morgan present. How Can Starmer's Labour keep using their go to news leaker Lee Harpin now that he's been implicated in phone hacking? Right, so Piers Morgan of course dominated the story of phone hacking yesterday, but all the judgement ultimately said about him was that he had to have known and as my video yesterday on this covered there is ample evidence that seems to back this up, but it’s another hack frankly, I shun the term journalist in this instance, because another name that came up has become so intrinsically linked to Starmer’s Labour, the guy that Starmer’s bunch of right wingers love to leak information to, who was also mentioned in the High Court Judgement on Mirror Group Newspapers, mentioned some 50 times in fact, not far off the number of mentions of Morgan, a guy seemingly so up to his neck in phone hacking, that he got referred to in the judgement as the ‘phone-hacking dauphin. Not only that but he has been involved also in the attacks on Jeremy Corbyn and the continued weaponisation of antisemitism after he left the Mirror and went to work for the Jewish Chronicle and Jewish News. You may not have heard of him, he might be infamous to you, but we really do need to talk about Starmer’s Labour’s ongoing close relationship with Lee Harpin following this judgement. Right, so Lee Harpin. My God where do you start with this guy? Well let’s start with the Mirror court case and where he fits into this story. Harpin worked for the Mirror once upon a time, in fact at one point or other he worked for all three Mirror Group Newspapers titles, including being a one time head of news at The People. There are a number of examples where Harpin is referred to in the High Court Judgement, cursorily as being involved in some other examples of what the judgement refers to as UIG, standing for unauthorised information gathering and VMI, which stands for voicemail interception, but to sum up Harpin’s role in things whist he was at Mirror Group Newspapers, here are some of the things it said specifically about him: ‘Lee Harpin (2003-2005) The majority of his payments from MGN from 2003- 2005 are likely to have been in respect of UIG.’ So the judgement decided that the majority of what Harpin was being paid to do at this time, was in respect of unauthorised information gathering. The FOURTH Council in as many months has slipped from Labour's control as more Councillors quit over Starmer's diktat. Right, so as our headlines remain dominated by world events and the Tories being evil and incompetent, paving the way for the establishment favoured Starmer, Starmer is certainly proving not to be favoured by not just many of us ordinary members of the public, not just ordinary members of the Labour Party, but elected representatives to, as an unheard of fourth council loss in as many months, outside of local elections has happened and this time it might not be entirely to do with Starmer’s ongoing refusal to back a ceasefire to end the killing, because there have been issues in Hastings over the last year or so year already with interference from the top of the party and the statement issued by the Labour leavers imply that things might finally have boiled over. Right, so for all the mainstream news outlets and polls singing the story of a Labour lead, the party of government in waiting, behind the scenes Labour is continuing to crack up. A fourth Council is now no longer Labour run and it is not altogether clear how they’ll move forward from here. 6 Councillors have resigned the Labour whip and although one has very much issued a statement in relation to Starmer’s position on Gaza, the problems and tensions in Hastings have been rumbling on for a while. You see, Hastings borough Council last held it’s local election in Spring of 2022. It’s a 32 seat Council and Labour won 15 of the seats, so was just shy of majority control, which it had held before. The reason it had lost control was the Green Party, who had increased their representation on the Council from 3 to 5 Councillors, so in order to put together an administration, the Labour Group went into coalition with the Greens, giving them a working majority of 20. The other seats on the Council are held by 11 Tories and 1 Reform UK Councillor, themselves a former Tory, who got kicked out. You therefore had on the face of it a progressive administration here, certainly the alternative appears to have been far worse. Who could possibly have a problem with this? Cue Keir Starmer and his sidekick the General Secretary David Evans, who, as a pair of Red Tories, very definitely had a problem with this. Things had been working perfectly well with Labour and the Greens running things up until the October of 2022 when Starmer and Evans it would appear, certainly the Labour leadership, decided to interfere. Now as part of the Coalition between Labour and the Greens in Hastings, two Green Councillors were portfolio holders. The diktat came down the line, with the Labour Council Leader Paul Barnett apparently being threatened with expulsion if the two Green Councillors as part of this co-operative were not replaced. Therefore the co-operative that had been working up until then, was dissolved. A minister for common sense and anti-wokism is fine by Sunak, but disabled people no longer have a dedicated government rep. Right, the disability minister brief has been binned by Rishi Sunak because the Tory war on woke now apparently requires a minister and there’s no room for both! Who better to appoint to said new role than an MP already responsible for dumbing down people daft enough to watch her show on GBeebies, with her equally unpleasant Tory MP husband, the shame of Shipley Philip Davies, than Esther McVey, better know to people subject to the whims of the Department for Work and Pensions as Fester McVile, for good reason, so deeply unpleasant was she in the role, she ended up losing her seat in 2015, before being handed George Osborne’s safe seat when he left parliament in 2017. Of course her official title role is Minister without Portfolio, but even the mainstream press haven’t shied away from spelling out exactly what she’s there to do, referring to her as the Common Sense Tsar. That’d be the day, But to tell disabled people around the country that you don’t matter, as this move does, downgrading the role and in disability history month at that, just underlines how little the unelected economic obsessive Sunak cares for those with disabilities. Right, so I’ve done a number of videos recently concerning disability issues, long term sick and disabled people, I’m an unpaid carer, it’s an issue I take to heart, after 13 years of being abused to the point thousands have lost their lives how can you not be and I take very little nonsense from people who bleat about them being shirkers and skivers because anyone could have a life changing event happen to them tomorrow and the reality of the state of disability aid and care and how such people and their carers and treated and considered, well, it’ll be an eye opener to some who really need their eyes opened. But seriously, no matter what doubts you might have about how genuine you think some people are, surely, you can understand the importance of the government of the day having a minister for disabled people. It’s hard enough getting representation amongst MPs of disabled people, there are few disabled MPs, people who truly understand what day to day life is like for their disabled constituents, without removing the role entirely, only to downgrade it and lump it in with health and work, because all that shows is a desire by this Tory government, completely in line with the reforms Jeremy Hunt announced in the Autumn Statement, to get people working again and get them off their benefits if they can possibly manage it. It’s what they’ve done for 13 years, it has to stop. Compassion and common sense and an appreciation that they can’t all work or jobs they can do don’t necessarily exist or pay well enough to live on. Also without a minister dedicated to disabled people’s interests, the ability of disabled people to help shape and have a say on disability policy is impacted upon too. A Sky News interview with Israeli ambassador to the UK Tzipi Hotovely showed the two-state solution is dead. Right, so for so long, the plan, if we can call it that, to solve the decades long crisis between Israel and Palestine, has been to allegedly work towards a two-state solution. I say allegedly, because if progress on this were any slower and so many of the most powerful countries being decidedly one sided, they’d be going backwards. Actually looking at the events of October 7th, that is exactly what has happened. Reinforcing that point though, Sky News once more wheeled out the utterly shameless and conscience deficient Israeli ambassador to the UK, the hard right ultra Zionist Tzipi Hotovely, perpetually platformed by news channels by virtue of her position, yet with her known bias on this matter well documented, but so emboldened by UK acquiescence to Israel that she had no problems at all dismissing the notion of a two state solution entirely. That stands in flagrant opposition to the UK’s official position which still backs that two state solution, at least on paper, so should she not be being put on a plane back to Tel Aviv by now and told to not come back? Right, so Tzipi Hotovely, the Israeli ambassador to the UK featured in another of my vids the other day where she shamelessly pointed out to a tiny strip of land, Al-Mowasi, basically a dirt beach treated a junkyard as a place 2.2m displaced Gazans could now live, roughly a twentieth of the size of the whole Gaza strip. A brand new, far smaller open air prison or concentration camp for them to live in, while Israel takes over the rest of Gaza, all the more easy for access to those gas fields Israel have also just handed out drilling licences for, illegally of course, because it isn’t theirs. She’s less an ambassador less a liaison to build greater connections to the UK, as if our politicians aren’t already kissing their backsides hard enough, she’s more an excuser for war crimes, nothing off the table. Well Hotovely sat down for an interview with Sky News’ Mark Austin at the Israeli Embassy for a 10 minute long interview, I won’t go into all of it though will come back to a few of her more vile comments, the crux of it in relation to this video came after questioning Hotovely as to how Israel will eliminate Hamas, it turned to what a post Hamas Gaza would look like from Israel’s perspective, leading into questioning on the two state solution. Mark Austin asked Hotovely: ‘So you eradicate Hamas, there’s a question over whether you can do that, what happens post Hamas in Gaza? What happens to 2m people in Gaza? Starmer is on the grift again, pleading poverty for the Labour Party whilst others with an ounce of empathy think of others. Right, so get your tickets for this weekend folks, it’s time for Keir-aoke! I can only assume it’s karaoke where you have to sing through your nose, although singing might be a bit exciting for the brylcreemed beige one, perhaps you have to take turns reading out your favourite Starmer speeches to entertain the masses and by masses I mean the half dozen hardcore Starmer stans that can afford the price of a ticket! 90% of those speeches will of course be ruled out too, since Starmer has contradicted them all by now. It’s sure to be a riveting event I’m sure. In all seriousness though, Starmer is heading to Croydon to launch a fundraiser, begging the question where has all the money from these red Tory donors of yours if you’re holding your hand out yet again? Right so, the begging bowl is being passed around again by Team Keith as apparently the party is doomed without donations, they can’t survive without your hard earned cash, they can’t keep copying the Tories if you don’t pay up, all despite the big business corporate types and billionaires returning to Labour now that they’re nice and safe and Tory-lite again. Working for them and not for us, yet is us that Starmer’s lot think are stupid enough to pay out, for them to presumably waste more cash. What are you doing with it? And why Croydon? Well you can argue why not Croydon? But also because I’m minded to remember just how corrupt the Labour Party has become there, being the stomping ground of Keir Starmer’s sidekick, David Evans, not to mention the home of every Labour member’s favourite online voting tool Anonyvoter, which is delivering the goods for Team Keith, if not for democracy and is facing investigation for vote fraud as a result of that, an investigation that has spread from Croydon and is now affecting selections for the Greater London Assembly too since one of Anonyvoters owners is standing for Labour to the GLA. You can look at Croydon and figure it might well be safe ground for Keithites. However last month it should be noted, that a fundraiser for Starmerite MP Steve Reed, the local MP, held by Croydon Labour at the Grand Sapphire Hotel off the Purley Way, where 200 people had bought tickets at £45 a pop, had to be abandoned when protesters turned up, protesting the party’s stance on Gaza and Israel and their opposition to a ceasefire, protests notable for coming from the local Imams and the Muslim Communities there. So it’s possibly a braver decision than first glance, to head to Croydon again, though it tells me their options are very, very limited as to who will host them in London given their stance on that ceasefire has not changed, just the venue, according to Eventbrite, it being Ruskin House on Coombe Road in Croydon this Saturday night. With the Uniting for Peace Resolution triggered, the General Assembly voted for a ceasefire in Gaza & Israel's reaction was bizarre! Right, so last night the United Nations General Assembly met and voted in favour of a ceasefire in Gaza and Israel was anything but happy about this. A two-thirds majority was required for the resolution to pass and they certainly got it, with 153 countries voting in favour of a ceasefire, 10 voted against it and 23 abstained, so they smashed it. Alas it is only advisory, it is not legally binding, it does heap more pressure on the US who are the ones with all the power to end this, yet who instead insist on supporting Israel in continuing with what they are doing, though that said, they’re clearly feeling the heat from the rest of the world right now with their statement following the vote placing the most distance between themselves and Israel that we’ve yet seen. That doesn’t equal a withdrawal of support, nor has it seen any contrition by Israel at all, as their UN representative Gilad Erdan went off on one. Right, so I covered the possibility of Resolution 377 A the Uniting for Peace Resolution being triggered the other day, and I also noted that they could do this, avoiding the need for a unanimous vote from the UN Security Council, if they reopened the 10th emergency special session, the last time Resolution 377 A was triggered, back in 1997, which had been adjourned in 2006 and was therefore still a live session. Well this is exactly what happened as it turned out. Any member state could choose to reopen that case in light of what is happening now, since that session had been originally opened to discuss the Israeli occupation of the Occupied Palestinian Territories, so it is all extremely relevant and related. Any member state could choose to do so at any time as well. That the UN had been sitting on this since 2006, does show how slowly they tend to move and how seriously they’ve taken an illegal occupation up until now though. The session was reopened upon the joint request of Egypt and Mauritania following the triggering of Article 99 by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, which in and of itself, still advisory, but is an escalation of the seriousness of which he viewed the ongoing genocide we’re all still bearing witness to and meant the UN Security Council once more had to convene and try and pass a ceasefire, the Security Council being the body that can pass such a resolution and mean it was legally binding. Of course we know the US yet again used their veto to kill off the chance of a ceasefire. A Labour MP of 40 years has now quit Starmer's farce of a Labour Party with a resignation letter so spicy it'll make your eyes water! Right, so Labour resignations, they don’t come much bigger than an MP resigning from the party, yet this is exactly what has just happened, yet for a change has nothing to do with Keir Starmer’s insistence that a ceasefire won’t save lives. Nick Brown is the former Chief Whip, both under Jeremy Corbyn and Keir Starmer, in fact he’d been the Chief Whip for every Labour MP since Blair. Last September he had the whip suspended, shortly after Starmer shuffled him out of cabinet, apparently due to a complaint that had been made against him that was so serious, it required the withdrawal of the whip, but was being kept so hush hush, that nobody to this day knows exactly why Brown had his party membership suspended, including Brown himself! Now he’s sick and tired of the farce and has issued a damning letter saying so. Right, so Nick Brown, not many may know his name perhaps, but they’ll know his face, so often seem occupying the end of the front bench in parliamentary exchanges. He’s been a Labour MP for as long as Jeremy Corbyn has, entering parliament in 1983 as well. He’s been Labour’s Chief Whip for years, on and off since 1997, but having served in that role for every single Labour leader since Blair bar none. However that all came to an end in Keir Starmer’s 2021 reshuffle, where Brown found himself consigned to the backbenches. Now having served on all those leaders, from an actual socialist leader like Corbyn, to red Tories like Blair and Starmer, Brown can only be considered a Labour loyalist, he’s not factional, and it is that loyalty to the party ironically that many suspect was the reason Starmer binned him, because it was said by several Labour sources that Brown was trying to get Starmer to see sense over the matter of Jeremy Corbyn’s suspension, the damage it was causing the party, but factionalism trumps common sense, honesty and decency so if that is true, it wouldn’t surprise many to see Brown sacked for putting party first by the reprobates running Labour now. Then came Brown’s suspension last July, for which, over a year on, we are still none the wiser as to what it is based on. Now you can understand if things needed to be kept confidential pending an investigation, but why, 18 months later has no investigation taken place? Nothing has happened, Brown has just been left hanging. If he’s done something deplorable, it is all the more deplorable for the party to have just sat on it. But by saying nothing, is this more factional abuse of the rules to suit Starmer’s regime? We’re left asking ourselves that question. Former Labour MP Joan Ryan is now a full paid advocate for Israeli interests & has released a begging for funding Corbyn bashing vid! Right, so the moral vacuum that is former Labour MP and career Israel lobbyist Joan Ryan has popped up again announcing her brand new role, which has to be heard to be believed, it’s utterly bonkers, which is very much the same as her entire parliamentary career, which consisted of advocating for Israel full-time in any way she possibly could, though it’s a strange time to be announcing this when the public opinion of Israel is so low and when it’s so easy for someone in alternative media like me to come along and go Oh, is this what Joan Ryan is doing is it? Be a shame if I told everyone what she’s got up to in the past and how deranged her announcement about her new job, on video, actually sounds because it isn’t just about trying to extol the virtues of her job, the organisation she’s now working for, but she had to drag Corbyn into the equation as well, she couldn’t resist it, slandering him, repeating the scam of how much of an antisemite he was when he was no such thing and rather than pay any heed, let alone money to this grifter for an apartheid state, she needs to be told where to go and be consigned to the dumpster of history. Right, so Joan Ryan, let’s refresh some memories for some people and introduce her to others who might not know who she is, because she is a proper piece of work. She is the former Labour MP for Enfield North from 1997 to 2019, barring one occurrence of losing her seat in 2010. She lost her seat incidentally, following an expenses scandal involving flipping her constituency home in Enfield for her main home in South London after using expenses to do up the constituency property, and also the year before that conspiring against then PM Gordon Brown seemingly with leadership intentions herself, which got her sacked from her then party roles. Despite losing in 2010, she stood again for 2015 to the disgust of the local Enfield Labour Party, who hadn’t forgotten about the expenses, but she got in, got re-elected and became Chair of Labour Friends of Israel shortly after which of course speaks volumes for her Israeli sensitivities in and of itself. It’s worth noting that like so many others in volved in that group and in Israel advocacy and lobbying, she’s not Jewish. Scandal again followed shortly afterwards when in 2017 she got caught on film appearing to accept bribes for supporting the bringing down of certain MPs it was felt were not helpful to the Israeli cause, in the Al-Jazeera documentary The Lobby, which was collated through use of undercover footage, bodycams and the like to investigate the influence of the Israel Lobby on British politics. Joan Ryan was a star of the show, seen discussing the bringing down of MPs with a then Israeli embassy official called Shai Masot and a £1m pot of approved Israeli government funding to bring UK lawmakers on junkets to Israel. Illegal drilling licences and sweeteners thrown in too, little wonder BP can't resist the carrot Israel is dangling... Right, so it might not be news to many right now, that oil and gas – mostly gas - has been found off the Gazan coastline and speculation that this might be what the genocide is all about, or at least, this might be the actual interest that foreign states have in the area, even though we all know we need to move away from fossil fuels. Well adding – ahem – fuel to the fire on this speculation has been news that even before the blood of the Gazan people is dry, Israel have been issuing drilling licences to access these reserves, even though this is occupied territory, they have no right to be doing this, let alone any oil and gas corporations wanting to get involved in what is quite clearly disputed territory. Well BP have gotten involved, one of 6 companies to accept a share of 12 illegally issued gas exploration licences and more, sweeping in on the wreckage of Israeli atrocity to make a profit and people frankly weren’t going to just accept that. Right, so, the oil and gas industry champing at the bit to get into Gaza. It’s not completely new news here, we know that BP and the like have wanted to get into these gas reserves off the coast of Gaza and we know that Rishi Sunak is very supportive of this, Infosys have a substantial IT contract with BP, so the better BP does, the better Infosys does, the bigger the payouts to Sunak’s wife, for whom Infosys is the family firm. There never seems to be anything in Sunak’s actions that don’t result in more money being made for himself. But this isn’t about him directly, he’s got enough on his plate forgetting the answer to everything the Covid inquiry is currently asking him and a big vote tonight on his Rwanda deal which it looks like he might lose and possibly his job as PM with it, but that hasn’t happened yet, let’s get back to the here and now for now. Israel have issued exploratory drilling licences, 12 of them, between 6 different drilling firms one of which is BP. Well why are you picking on BP specifically then Damo? Well, they might be getting a bit extra into the bargain, their greed, their co-operation with Israel goes a little bit further. You see not only are they getting drilling licences, they are also acquiring a 50% stake in NewMed, an Israeli drilling company, also being granted a licence, which is owned by the Dalek group. Nothing quite makes Israel sound more villainous than literally having a company named after a Doctor Who enemy does it? Actually the company came first, in the 1950’s so perhaps it’s the other way around? At any rate the Dalek Group is on a UN blacklist of companies complicit in illegal Israeli settlements in the West Bank, so why on Earth would BP want to take half of a company owned by a blacklisted, colonial settler assisting conglomerate? Do they want to be tainted by that too? With every one of Gaza's hospital's hit along with ambulances and medical convoys, Israel is clearly targeting them, not Hamas. Right, so for all of Israel’s claims to be targeting Hamas, they are taking out an awful lot of civilian infrastructure, not to mention civilians in the process and that very much includes medical aid, infrastructure and personnel. I covered the attack on a Medecins Sans Frontieres convoy in a recent vid, but that I’ve since discovered was just scratching the surface. You have to bear in mind here, that Israel has access to the most cutting edge state of the art weaponry and technology on the planet, other nations cannot sell it to them fast enough because they’re always in the market and are more than capable of making actual surgical strikes, rather than what they say are surgical. They have proven in the past to be capable of taking out an apartment floor, whilst leaving all other floors untouched for example, so what they have been doing for weeks now is not surgical, when it blatantly amounts to levelling Gaza, driving people south as they do so, ethnically cleansing the region we can only assume, so Israel can take the land lock, stock and barrel. But it’s the medical facilities and their staff being targeted I want to draw attention to, because the sheer scale of what Israel has been doing just on that, a war crime as it specifically is, done under the nonsense excuse of fighting Hamas, despite all of Israel’s lies about tunnels and weapons caches being MRI machines being completely debunked, a press conference by Dr Ben Thomson of North America Medical Doctors spelt out exactly what has happened in Gaza at Israeli hands. How is any of this fighting Hamas? Right, so a press conference was called the other day by North America Medical Doctors representative Dr Ben Thomson, North America Medical Doctors are one agency of humanitarian medical aid working under the umbrella aid agency Union of Medical Relief and Care Organisations, the UOSSM. His statement was so good, so clear, so bluntly hard hitting I defy anyone to argue with the statistics he covered. The situation from the medical aid perspective in Gaza is dire and being deliberately taken out, there can be no question of that based on the fact after fact he delivered. He said: ‘We are reaching the point of no return. Where blatant disregard for international humanitarian law scars our collective consciousness. As of this morning, 283 healthcare workers in Gaza have been killed. The last two months has been the deadliest conflict in United Nations history with 133 of their staff members killed. There have been 212 attacks on Gaza healthcare facilities since October 7th. This includes 24 different hospitals that have been bombed by Israel. Over 100 ambulances that have been put out of service. Finding a way around the US veto is the only route to a ceasefire for the UN, but is there away? Has one been found at last? Right, so yesterday I did a video where I discussed some of the articles of the United Nations Charter, an international treaty agreement as it de facto is in relation to finding a way around the US consistently using it’s veto to block a ceasefire and the findings were very interesting, it would seem there is certainly are on the face of it, routes that the UN could take, the rub was they might have to go through a court procedure first to decide if the ongoing US supply of arms to Israel meant the US should be abstaining on a ceasefire vote rather than using it’s verto as it has been, and that of course takes time the people of Gaza do not have, would be inordinately expensive in all likelihood too, though for sure would be embarrassing to Biden I’d have thought. It also relies on the UN being willing to go that far. But perhaps a better route has now come to light, in the form of Resolution 377 of the UN Charter, also called the Uniting for Peace Charter. This might just be the answer to Gaza’s prayers. Right, so see what you think of this, Resolution 377 of the UN Charter, what is this then Damo?? And to that question, see if any of this sounds familiar. We’re going back to 1950, it I’d been alive myself back then it would have been my birthday in fact, 3rd of November 1950 the UN adopted Resolution 377, which became known as the Uniting for Peace Resolution. But why? Why did this thing, this legal structure come into existence? Well it came into being because of the actions of the then USSR, the Soviet Union, who, at that time being a permanent member of the UN Security Council, were blocking any determination by the Security Council, to protect the Republic of Korea, better known as South Korea, from military aggression being launched against it by North Korea. A ceasefire was needed folks and one member of the Security Council was stopping it from happening. I did ask did this sound familiar? Pretty much exactly what we’re seeing the US doing now on the Security Council, in relation to Israel and Gaza. Now initially the Security Council was able to get things done in this instance between the two Korea’s, for example they passed resolutions offering aid to South Korea to repel attacks in the name of establishing peace and security, but they only did that, because the USSR was boycotting the meetings, thinking their absence, their abstention, would see such resolutions fall. Their mistake. Once they cottoned onto the fact they were wrong though, they soon started turning up and using their veto and so the same impasse befell the United Nations Security Council then in moving forwards as it faces now. Keir Starmer's Scottish excursion has seen him veer from praising Thatcher to Tory voters, to hating her in front of Labour ones. Right so Keir Starmer’s trip to Scotland got off to the start the charlatan deserved, after his Thatcher moment, his love in regardintg her when he was chasing Tory votes, but up in Scotland it clearly all seems to ber about who’s vote he’s after. Scotland greeted him as he deserved though didn’t it? Facing direct questions from the public shouldn’t scare you, but terrify Starmer it definitely did, from questions on a train from another passenger, seeing his heavies bundling the guy away, to the heavies bundling him through a Glasgow train station, to his heavies barging through protesters with a range rover, it speaks volumes for the politics of the man that this is how ordinary people react to his presence and his weathervane brand of politics. I’d like to think it shocked him, but it hasn’t changed his ways as of course he brought to Scotland, something he never leaves home without and that is both of his two faces. Starmer headed to Scotland on the back of praising Margaret Thatcher and got a reception to match, Thatcher is hated for what she did to Scotland. Whether it is just for their benefit and their votes though, or a desire to get out of Scotland again without confrontation, Starmer all of a sudden started hating on Thatcher once he was there. You simply cannot believe anything the man says or does. Right, so here’s the thing I don’t fathom with Keir Starmer. Saying one thing to one lot of people to win their votes and saying the total opposite to another to win their votes – does he think nobody notices? Why does he think he can get away with lying like he does, so blatantly, so publicly and leave people with no idea of what he stands for? I can’t wait for the next Labour manifesto to come out, people will start taking bets on how much of it will either get binned or get denied by Starmer during the election campaign because who can possibly believe any of it anyway, when this man flip flops and literally anything? He has no hard and fast position on a damn thing it seems, unless it’s something delivering money to Labour Party coffers, such as the Israel lobby, so many of his donors connected with that and he of course that Zionist without qualification. But Scotland is what this video is about and Starmer once more switching faces to address the people there with more of his lies, more of his promises that he won’t keep and in order to pretend that he’s on their side and that very much started by flipping on his adoration of Thatcher the Milk Snatcher, despite having gone to the Torygraph, behind a paywall and talking about the meaningful change she had brought and unlocking the UK’s natural entrepreneurism, extolling what he reckons passed for her virtues. Keir Starmer got the welcome he deserved in Scotland over Gaza as, faced with the General Public, he didn't know where to turn. Right, so Keir Starmer’s trip to Scotland went well didn’t it? From being taken to task on a train for his anti ceasefire stance, his pro-Israelism, his Zionism without qualification, the shouts of disgusted people, disgusted voters chased after him. His conduct throughout was a disgrace equally. These are the people he purports to want to represent, but actually just wants their vote, doesn’t want their opinions, hasn’t cared for them at all since becoming Labour leader on domestic issues, but on the matter of the Israeli genocide he, like so many of our politicians are completely out of step with public opinion and when confronted by it, insulated as he is from ordinary working class people in his Westminster bubble, with his security, runs scared of it, is shocked by it. He has no idea just how much he is nationally despised. Political leaders like him usually take years to become that reviled, they’ve usually been in government for years at that, yet he’s still in opposition. If he thinks he’s hated now, he can think again. I would say he needs to change his tune, but its not us he listens to, so he won’t and things will get worse for him because of it. Right, so Keir Starmer’s trip to Scotland saw him receive a reception that was colder than a polar bears nutsack. It was a mix of hilarious consequences for him as those of us critical of him, especially over his stance on Israel which is what the Scottish people took him to task over showed him as someone utterly incapable of being confronted by the public, a look on his face of ‘how on Earth has this person got so close to me?’ combined with no idea how to respond, to taking a much darker tone, the anger in people’s voices as he was rushed across the platform at Glasgow station, into a waiting car, which then drove at protesters, allegations going around that the car actually hit people. It all began on the train up. If you can remember all the jeering in the media about Jeremy Corbyn having sat on a train floor because there were no seats available, any little thing to have a go at him as it was, compare that to now with the Labour leader and his team clearly heading to Scotland in first class, as someone calmly walks in and comes up to his table and immediately, it’s a look of fear in his face, what am I doing in the same space as this person? Should you be in first class? But actually the guy, whoever he was, gave a masterclass in how to deal with a politician in public. He calmly, just came up to the table and said: ‘Keir, how many more children in Palestine have to die before you call for a ceasefire? Over 7000 children have died. Over 7000 children have been slaughtered by Israel. This is unacceptable. What happened to human rights? What happened to democracy? We call for peace, we call for democracy, we don’t see any of that when it comes to the Palestinian people. 7000 children, how many more have to die? 20,000 people how many more have to die? Israel jumps the shark as their Foreign Minister attacks the UN Secretary-General for triggering Article 99 of the UN Charter. Right, so nothing quite screams irony alert quite like Israel, a state that is a decades long occupier of Palestinian and Syrian territory and is currently engaged in a genocide that has killed more than 20,000 people including more than 7,000 children, calling someone else a danger to world peace, but this is what they’ve done, playing the antisemitism card whilst they do it, pointing the finger and both accusations directly at United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres, for triggering Article 99 of the UN Charter. Always the victim, never the aggressor, never the one at fault, this excuse, this immature, babyish behaviour by Israeli spokespeople and politicians has to stop, has to be called out, because this is how they always eventually get their way, that and their lobbying, but they simply must be held for account for what they have done and what they are doing. The plight of Palestine, a two-state solution can never be achieved for as long as Israel is not held to account. This is all the UN General Secretary has proposed and this is how they react to that. Right, so UN head honcho Antonio Guterres has invoked Article 99 of the UN Charter, lets start with that, lets start with what has got Israeli politicians and their Zionist supporters knickers in a twist, what is Article 99 first of all is it anything really major, is it a big red button that will spur the UN into actually passing a resolution? No, not really. It is a discretionary power as much of the power of the UN is. It’s an escalation in how bad the situation is out there in the opinion of Antonio Guterres. Article 99 is a power the UN Secretary General has in regards to the UN Security Council, which as we know has now tried several times to establish a ceasefire, under the rules of the UN Charter, which is in and of itself regarded as an international treaty, so that if such a resolution were passed, countries would be bound by it. Unfortunately, as we viewers of my recent video that covered this will know, the UN Security Council has 5 permanent members and any one of them can veto any Security Council resolution and the United States, a permanent member, repeatedly have kept doing that, so no ceasefire could be implemented in Israel, who are UN members. Article 99 states that: ‘The Secretary-General may bring to the attention of the Security Council any matter which in his opinion may threaten the maintenance of international peace and security.’ This is the point Guterres is at, he’s never triggered Article 99 before and actually despite the discretionary nature of it, the significance of triggering Article 99 shouldn’t be ignored. The last time it was triggered was back in 1971, during the fighting in Pakistan that eventually led to the creation of the nation of Bangladesh, so it is quite a big thing for the UN to have done.
