Comparative Religion
Julia Hanna and Aya Katz discuss differing attitudes and views about religion. Is the question of whether a person can be described as religious based on belief in the existence of a deity? Or can we worship and revere even when we do not believe in the physical existence of a god or gods? Is religion more about values than facts?

Q: If someone prays out loud to God, can that person be deemed not religious? Can you pray to a god you do not believe in? How do you see this behavior? Is religion a personal matter or is it about social affiliation? Is religion antagonistic to science or merely a complement to science? If there should be a separation of church and state, should there also be a separation of science and state? Of education and state? Of commerce and State? Of life and state?

How to Paint T'Pring from Star Trek
I am a fan of the original Star Trek series. In "Amok TIme", Mr. Spock went back to his home planet to marry T'Pring, his betrothed from childhood. But T'Pring had other plans. She wanted Stonn, so she challenged Spock, but instead of having Spock fight Stonn, she chose Kirk as her champion. Would Kirk and Spock fight to the death over this scheming Vulcan temptress?
T'Pring was played by Arlene Martel. I am an amateur painter, so I have painted her a couple of times over the years. Here I show you my simple method of speed painting. If I can do it, so can you!
Arlen Martel, BTW, was no East Asian, but she had that look when she played T'Pring. Now that is acting!
