Asslamoalaikum, sisters, brothers, friends and elders, we are discribing about Hadith of Eating on the day of Eid ul Fitr before the pray.
Sahih al-Bukhari 953 Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah's Messenger (?) never proceeded (for the prayer) on the Day of `Id-ul-Fitr unless he had eaten some dates. Anas also narrated: The Prophet (?) used to eat odd number of dates.
Chapter: To proceed to a masjid without a pulpit
Sahih al-Bukhari 956 Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri:
The Prophet (SAW) used to proceed to the Musalla on the days of Id-ul-Fitr and Id-ul-Adha; the first thing to begin with was the prayer and after that he would stand in front of the people and the people would keep sitting in their rows. Then he would preach to them, advise them and give them orders, (i.e. Khutba). And after that if he wished to send an army for an expedition, he would do so; or if he wanted to give and order, he would do so, and then depart. The people followed this tradition till I went out with Marwan, the Governor of Medina, for the prayer of Id-ul-Adha or Id-ul-Fitr. When we reached the Musalla, there was a pulpit made by Kathir bin As-Salt. Marwan wanted to get up on that pulpit before the prayer. I got hold of his clothes but he pulled them and ascended the pulpit and delivered the Khutba before the prayer. I said to him, "By Allah, you have changed (the Prophet's tradition)." He replied, "O Abu Sa`id! Gone is that which you know." I said, "By Allah! What I know is better than what I do not know." Marwan said, "People do not sit to listen to our Khutba after the prayer, so I delivered the Khutba before the prayer."

Which days Intercourse Forbidden and days allow کن دنوں میں جماع حرام ہے اور کن دنوں کی اجازت ہے
Which days Intercourse Forbidden and days allow کن دنوں میں جماع حرام ہے اور کن دنوں کی اجازت ہے
Asslamoalaikum, sisters brothers friends and elders, we are discribing about Ramadan When is Sex Forbidden? Days and Times for Sex
Islam has forbidden sexual intercourse during menstruation.
The Qur’an says: “They ask you about menstruation. Say: Menstruation is a discomfort (for women). Do not establish sexual relations with them during the menses and do not approach them (sexually) until the blood stops. Then when they have cleansed themselves, you go into them as Allah has commanded you.” (Surah al-Baqarah, 2:222)
According to the Shariah, the duration of the monthly period is between three to ten days. If the bleeding was for less than three days, it is not menstruation; if it is for more than ten days, then it is menstruation for the regular number of days and istehadha for the rest of the bleeding during which sex is permitted.
The prohibition of sex during the periods is limited strictly to sexual intercourse; other intimate contact (with the exception of the vagina and anus) is allowed. However, it is better not to play with her body between the navel and the knees.
If a person who is engaged in sexual intercourse with his wife discovers that her period has begun, then he should immediately withdraw from her.
It is clear from the verse mentioned above (“…until the blood stops.”) that once the blood has stopped, intercourse becomes lawful even if the woman has not performed the major ritual ablution (ghusl). But mujtahids say that it is better to refrain from intercourse till she performs the ghusl or, at least, washes her private parts.1
Sexual intercourse is also not allowed during the post-natal bleeding called nifas (maximum 10 days), during daytime in the month of Ramadhan, and when a person is in ihram during the pilgrimage to Mecca. At all other times, sexual intercourse is allowed.
Times when Sexual Intercourse is makruh:
1. During frightful natural occurrences, e.g., eclipse, hurricane, earthquake;
2. From sunset till maghrib;
3. From dawn till sunrise;
4. The last three nights of lunar months;
5. Eve of the 15th of every lunar month;
6. Eve of 10th Zil-hijjah;
7. After becoming junub.
Recommended Days and Times for Sex
We have certain ahadith which say that it is better to have sexual intercourse at these times:
1. Sunday night;
2. Monday night;
3. Wednesday night;
4. Thursday noon;
5. Thursday night;
6. Friday evening;
7. Whenever the wife wants to have sex.
When is it Obligatory to have Sex?
It is wajib on man to have sex with his wife at least once in every four months; this is considered as one of the conjugal rights of the wife. This obligation stays in force unless there is a valid excuse or the wife waives her right.
It should be made clear in the first place that a husband can have sexual intercourse with his wife at night during the month of Ramadan. This ruling is very clear in the Qur’an. Allah says in the Qur’an, [It is made lawful for you to go unto your wives on the night of the fast. They are raiment for you and ye are raiment for them. Allah is aware that ye were deceiving yourselves in this respect and He hath turned in mercy toward you and relieved you. So hold intercourse with them and seek that which Allah hath ordained for you, and eat and drink until the white thread becomes distinct to you from the black thread of the dawn. Then strictly observe the fast till nightfall and touch them not, but be at your devotions in the mosques. These are the limits imposed by Allah, so approach them not. Thus Allah expounds His revelations to mankind that they may ward off (evil)](Al-Baqarah 2:187). According to the above Qur’anic verse, a husband is allowed to have sexual intercourse with his wife at night during the month of Ramadan; but this is not allowed in case one is observing i`tikaf (spiritual retreat) in the Mosque. Sheikh Ahmad Kutty, a senior lecturer and Islamic scholar at the Islamic Institute of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, states the following: There is absolutely nothing wrong for a married couple in engaging in conjugal relations, including sexual intercourse, during the nights of Ramadan so long as they abstain from such activities from arrival of Fajr until sunset. This has been stated explicitly in the Qur’an: [It is made lawful for you to go unto your wives on the night of the fast. They are raiment for you and ye are raiment for them…] (Al-Baqarah 2:187).

Is kissing forbidden while fasting in Ramadan کیا روزے کی حالت میں بوسہ لینا حرام ہے؟
Is kissing forbidden while fasting in Ramadan کیا روزے کی حالت میں بوسہ لینا حرام ہے؟
Is kissing forbidden while fasting in Ramadan
Kissing One’s Spouse while Fasting
Kissing one’s wife while fasting is permissible. However, it is better to avoid kissing during the daytime of Ramadan, as it may lead to further actions which nullify the fast, such as sexual intercourse.
In his well-known book, FiqhAs-Sunnah, Sheikh SayyedSabiq states:
It is confirmed that `A’ishah said: The Prophet would kiss and embrace while he was fasting, for he had the most control of all of you over his desires. ‘Umar said: I was excited one time and I kissed [my wife] while I was fasting. I went to the Prophet and said: ‘Today I committed a horrendous act—I kissed while I was fasting.’ The Prophet asked: ‘What do you think of rinsing with water while fasting?’ I said: ‘There is nothing wrong with that.’ The Prophet said: ‘Then what is the question about?’

Oral Medications While Fasting
Ibn al-Mundhir says: “`Umar, Ibn `Abbas, Abu Hurairah, `A’ishah, `Ata, al-Sha`bi, al-Hassan, Ahmad, and Ishaq permit kissing. The Hanafi and Shafi`i scholars say that it is disliked if it incites one’s desires. If it does not do so, it is not disliked although it is better to avoid it.’ There is no difference between an old man and a young man in this matter. The question is whether or not the kiss excites one’s desires. If it does, it is disliked. If it does not, it is not disliked although it is best to avoid it. It does not matter if the kiss was on the cheek or on the lips, and so on. Touching with the hand or embracing follow the same ruling as kissing.”
Elaborating on the issue, Sheikh Ahmad Kutty, a senior lecturer and Islamic scholar at the Islamic Institute of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, states:
In optional fasts, kissing, light touching, etc. are permitted so long as one does not engage in sexual intercourse. In obligatory fasts, one is allowed to do these only if one can control himself or herself. Breaking an obligatory fast through sexual intercourse is a serious offence, and it entails strict form of kaffarah (expiation), which includes fasting two months consecutively; if one cannot do this, one must feed sixty poor persons for a single day of fast thus invalidated.
Therefore, no one who is fasting should do such things if there is a genuine risk of overstepping the boundaries. If there is no such fear then light touching, or kissing, etc, when not accompanied by sexual desire, is permissible. When the Prophet (peace be upon him) was asked by a young man whether he can kiss his wife while fasting, he replied no, but when an elderly person came and asked him the same question, he replied yes.
Reasons for this are clear: While it may be easier for an elderly person to control himself, that may not be the case with regard to a young person.
As far as the Prophet’s own example is concerned, his beloved wife ‘A’ishah reported that he used to kiss his wife while he was fasting. But then she added the following comment: ‘Who among you can control his sexual desire as the Prophet himself was able to control?’
In conclusion, since each person knows his own weaknesses better than anyone else, he should be his own judge in this matter and he is better advised to take necessary precautions when dealing with obligatory fasts. In case of optional fasts, however, because it does not entail any serious consequences if one were to break it because of uncontrollable sexual desire, the issue is far more flexible.

Asslamoalaikum, sisters, brothers, friends and elders, we are discribing about Virtues of the Night of Qadr
Sahih al-Bukhari 2014
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (?) said, "Whoever fasted the month of Ramadan out of sincere Faith (i.e. belief) and hoping for a reward from Allah, then all his past sins will be forgiven, and whoever stood for the prayers in the night of Qadr out of sincere Faith and hoping for a reward from Allah, then all his previous sins will be forgiven ."
To look for the night of Qadr in the last seven nights (of Ramadan)
Sahih al-Bukhari 2015 Narrated Ibn `Umar:
Some men amongst the companions of the Prophet (?) were shown in their dreams that the night of Qadr was in the last seven nights of Ramadan. Allah's Messenger (?) said, "It seems that all your dreams agree that (the Night of Qadr) is in the last seven nights, and whoever wants to search for it (i.e. the Night of Qadr) should search in the last seven (nights of Ramadan).
Sahih al-Bukhari 2016 Narrated Abu Salama:
I asked Abu Sa`id, and he was a friend of mine, (about the Night of Qadr) and he said, "We practiced I`tikaf (seclusion in the mosque) in the middle third of the month of Ramadan with the Prophet (?) . In the morning of the 20th of Ramadan, the Prophet (?) came and addressed us and said, 'I was informed of (the date of the Night of Qadr) but I was caused to forget it; so search for it in the odd nights of the last ten nights of the month of Ramadan. (In the dream) I saw myself prostrating in mud and water (as a sign). So, whoever was in I`tikaf with me should return to it with me (for another 10-day's period)', and we returned. At that time there was no sign of clouds in the sky but suddenly a cloud came and it rained till rainwater started leaking through the roof of the mosque which was made of date-palm leaf stalks. Then the prayer was established and I saw Allah's Messenger (?) prostrating in mud and water and I saw the traces of mud on his forehead."
To search for the night of Qadr in the odd nights
Sahih al-Bukhari 2017 Narrated `Aisha:
Allah's Messenger (?) said, "Search for the Night of Qadr in the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadan."
Sahih al-Bukhari 2018 Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri:
Allah's Messenger (SAW) used to practice I`tikaf (in the mosque) in the middle third of Ramadan and after passing the twenty nights he used to go back to his house on the 21st, and the people who were in I`tikaf with him also used to go back to their houses. Once in Ramadan, in which he practiced I`tikaf, he established the night prayers at the night in which he used to return home, and then he addressed the people and ordered them whatever Allah wished him to order and said, "I used to practice I`tikaf for these ten days (i.e. the middle third but now I intend to stay in I`tikaf for the last ten days (of the month); so whoever was in I`tikaf with me should stay at his place of seclusion. I have verily been shown (the date of) this Night (of Qadr) but I have forgotten it. So search for it in the odd nights of the last ten days (of this month). I also saw myself (in the dream) prostrating in mud and water." On the night of the 21st, the sky was covered with clouds and it rained, and the rainwater started leaking through the roof of the mosque at the praying place of the Prophet (SAW) . I saw with my own eyes the Prophet at the completion of the morning prayer leaving with his face covered with mud and water.
Narrated 'Ubada bin As-Samit:
The Prophet (?) came out to inform us about the Night of Qadr but two Muslims were quarreling with each other. So, the Prophet (?) said, "I came out to inform you about the Night of Qadr but such-and-such persons were quarreling, so the news about it had been taken away; yet that might be for your own good, so search for it on the 29th, 27th and 25th (of Ramadan).
Sahih al-Bukhari 2024 Chapter: Good deeds in the last ten days of Ramadan.
Narrated Aisha:
With the start of the last ten days of Ramadan, the Prophet (?) used to tighten his waist belt (i.e. work hard) and used to pray all the night, and used to keep his family awake for the prayers

Is junbi can fast even after dawn | کیا جنبی فجر کے بعد بھی روزہ رکھ سکتا ہے؟
Is can observing fast if one is junbi even after dawn in Ramadan
Things That Invalidate the Fast
You must avoid doing anything that may render your fast invalid. Things that invalidate the fast and require qadaa' (making up for these days) are the following:
1 - Eating, drinking or smoking deliberately, including taking any non-nourishing items by mouth or nose.
2 - Deliberately causing yourself to vomit.
3 - The beginning of menstrual or post-childbirth bleeding even in the last moment before sunset.
4 - Sexual intercourse or other sexual contact (or masturbation) that results in ejaculation (in men) or vaginal secretions (orgasm) in women.
5 - Eating, drinking, smoking or having sexual intercourse after Fajr (dawn) on the mistaken assumption that it is not Fajr time yet. Similarly, engaging in these acts before Maghrib (sunset) on the mistaken assumption that it is already Maghrib time.
Sexual intercourse during fasting is forbidden. Those who engage in it must make both qadaa' (make up the fasts) and kaffarah (expiation by fasting for 60 days after Ramadan or by feeding 60 poor people for each day of fast broken in this way). According to Imam Abu Hanifah, eating and/or drinking deliberately during fast also entail the same qadaa' and kaffarah.

Ramadan hadiths on fasting رمضان کے روزے کے متعلق احادیث

Asslamoalaikum, sisters, brothers, friends and elders, we are discribing about Ramadan hadiths on fasting
Islam has five pillars that make the base and essence of the religion. Fasting in Ramadan is among these five pillars of Islam. Hence, one should never skip the fasts of Ramadan unless they fall under the category of people who can not fast on Ramadan.
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:
“Islam is based on Five Principles and to observe Fast (according to Islamic Teachings) during the month of Ramadan is one of them”.
– Sahih Bukhari: 8
Abu Huraira tells a hadith on reward of fasting that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
“Whoever fasts during Ramadan with faith and seeking his reward from Allah will have his past sins forgiven. Whoever prays during the nights in Ramadan with faith and seeking his reward from Allah will have his past sins forgiven. And he who passes Lailat Al-Qadr in prayer with faith and seeking his reward from Allah will have his past sins forgiven”.
– Bukhari, Muslim
Ramadan hadith on reciting dua
Dua and namaz are an indispensable part of Ramadan. Muslims looking to seek blessings and forgiveness from Allah should recite dua and offer namaz during the month of Ramadan.
“There are three whose supplication is not rejected: The fasting person when he breaks his fast, the just leader, and the supplication of the oppressed person”.
– Tirmidhi: 3598
Ramadan hadiths on Laylatul Qadr
Laylatul Qadr, or the Night of power, is the sacred night on which the holy book of the Quran was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) by the angel Jibril. The night has immense significance and falls on any odd night of the last ten days of Ramadan. The night is mainly utilized for its merits and for reciting the Quran.
“Whoever spends the night of Lailat Al-Qadr in prayer out of faith and in the hope of reward, his previous sins will be forgiven”.
– Nasai: 5027
“Search for the Night of Qadr in the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadan”.
– Sahih Bukhari: 2017
Death in Ramadan hadith
As per a hadith about death in Ramadan, Abu Huraira narrated that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:
“When the month of Ramadan begins, the gates of the heaven are opened and the gates of Hellfire are closed and the devils are chained. “
– Al Bukhari 1800, Sahih Muslim 1079
Hadith on charity in Ramadan
“Ramadan is an honorable and blessed month, and the rewards for generosity are multiplied in it.”
Ramadan hadith on Shawwal Fasting
Shawwal is the month that follows Ramadan. It is the month in which people celebrates Eid with festivities and feasts all around. Fasting on the six days of Shawwal consecutively with Ramadan fasting after Eid multiplies the rewards.
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:
“Whoever fasts Ramadan, then follows it with six from Shawwal, then that is (equal in reward) to fasting every day”.
– Tirmidhi: 759
Hadiths are a trustworthy source of religious teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Hence, Ramadan hadiths help a person learn and understand Islam in a much better and more spiritual way.

What are the Objectives of Itikaf in islam اسلام میں اعتکاف کے مقاصد کیا ہیں؟
Asslamoalaikum, sisters brothers friends and elders we are dicribing of Itikaf.
What is Itikaf?
The literal meaning of i?itik?f is to stay or hold oneself down. In a religious context, i?itik?f means to hold oneself down inside the masjid, with an intention, for the worship of God with specific stipulations while abstaining from certain matters. It can also refer to reside in the masjid as an act of worship and or to wait for prayer at the place of prayer. – (Q?m?s Al-Fiqh Li-Al-Ra?man?y)
What are the Objectives of Itikaf
The purpose of i?itik?f is to be in God’s presence at the most beloved space on earth, [the masjid] to seek His blessings. Additionally, to disconnect from everything and everyone possible to attain special focus on God. – (?abr?n?y, Shar? Al-?Umdah, Q?m?s Al-Fiqh)
If i?itik?f is conducted in Rama??n, to attain Laylat Al-Qadr (the night of power). – (Bukh?r?)
What are the Virtues of I?itik?f?

How Many Types of I?itik?f are There?
Obligatory (W?jib): This is when one makes a vow [or a promise] to God, to observe i?itik?f. The minimum duration for this type is at least one day, accompanied with fasting, according to most jurists. – (Al-Bad??i Al-?an??i)
Encouraged Prophetic Practice (Sunnah): – This is the i?itik?f conducted during the last 10 days and nights of Rama??n. Fasting is a requirement for this category. – (Rad Al-Mu?t?r, Al-In??f)
Recommended (Musta?ab/ Nafl): This category is considered primarily by ?anaf? jurisprudence. Apart from an intention there are no other conditions. One simply makes an intention of being in i?itik?f, as long as one is in the masjid, and therby attains

Asslamoalaikum, sisters, brothers, friends and elders, we are discribing about Hadith on Ramadan’s rewards
During Ramadan, Allah, the most merciful, rewards those who remain on the path of truth. Therefore, reading the holy book of the Quran, performing good deeds, offering charity, reciting duas are highly recommended.
Abu Hurayrah told that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:
“Every action a son of Adam does shall be multiplied—a good action by ten times its value, up to 700 times. Allah says: With the exception of fasting, which belongs to Me, and I reward it accordingly. For, one abandons his desire and food for My sake. There are two occasions of joy for a fasting person: one when he breaks his fast, and the other when he meets his Lord, and the (bad) breath (of a fasting person) is better in the sight of Allah than the fragrance of musk”.
– Al Bukhari
Further, Umm Saleem told that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:
“(The performance of) `Umrah during Ramadan is equal (in reward) to performing Hajj with me”.
– Al Albani
Hadith on Ramadan’s self-training
The prolonged fasting days of Ramadan help a person attain spiritual freedom from the materialistic world. A fasting Muslim refrains from food and worldly possession during Ramadan and focuses on the truth that is the almighty Allah. Therefore, Ramadan assists in maintaining discipline and self-control of oneself and their anger in life.
Abu Hurayrah narrated that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:
“Fasting is a shield, so when one of you is fasting, he should neither indulge in obscene language nor should he raise his voice in anger. If someone attacks him or insults him, let him say: I am fasting”.
– Muslim
Ramadan hadiths on forgiveness
Theto the all-merciful Allah.
Abu Hurayrah told that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:
blessed month of Ramadan assists a person in seeking forgiveness for their past sins and escape hellfire. The good deeds performed during the month are noted and reported by angels
“The five (daily) prayers, and from one Friday prayer to the next and from Ramadan to Ramadan, are expiation for sins committed in between, provided one stays away from the major sins”.

Forbiddance to observe perpetual fast دائمی روزہ رکھنے کی ممانعت اور متبادل دنوں میں روزہ رکھنے کی فضیلت۔
Asslamoalaikum, sisters, brothers and friends we are discribing about forbiddance to observe perpetual fast and excellence of observing fast on alternate days.
Book 6, Number 2587:
'Abdullah b. 'Amr b. al-'As reported that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) was informed that he could stand up for (prayer) throughout the night and observe fast every day so long as he lived. Thereupon the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Is it you who said this? I said to him: Messenger of Allah. it is I who said that. Thereupon the Messenger of Allah may peace be upon him) said: You are not capable enough to do so. Observe fast and break it; sleep and stand for prayer, and observe fast for three days during the month; for every good is multiplied ten times and this is like fasting for ever. I said: Messenger of Allah. I am capable of doing more than this. Thereupon he said: Fast one day and do not fast for the next two days. I said: Messenger of Allah, I have the strength to do more than that. The Holy Prophet (may peace be upon him), said: Fast one day and break on the other day. That is known as the fasting of David (peace be upon him) and that is the best fasting. I said: I am capable of doing more than this. Thereupon the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: There is nothing better than this. 'Abdullah b. 'Amr (Allah be pleased with them) said: Had I accepted the three days (fasting during every month) as the Messeinger of Allah (may peace be upon him) had said, it would have been more dear to me than my family and my property.
Book 6, Number 2588:
Yahya reported: I and 'Abdullah b. Yazid set out till we came to Abu Salama. We sent a messenger to him (in his house in order to inform him about our arrival) and he came to us. There was a mosque near the door of his house, and we were in that mosque, till he came out to us. He said: If you like you may enter (the house) and, if you like, you may sit here (in the mosque). We said: We would rather sit here and (you) relate to us. He (Yahya) then narrated that 'Abdullah b Amr b. al-'As (Allah be pleased with them) told him: I used to observe fast uninterruptedly and recited the (whole of the) Qur'an every night. It (the uninterrupted fasting and recital of the Qur'in every night) was mentioned to the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) or he sent for me, and I went to him and he said to me: I have been informed that you fast continuously and recite (the whole of the Qur'An) every night. I said: Apostle of Allah, it is right, but I covet thereby nothing but good, whereupon he said: It suffices for you that you should observe fast for three days during every mouth. I said: Apostle of Allah, I am capable of doing more than this. He said: Your wife has a right upon you, your visitor has a right upon you, your body has a right upon you; so observe the fast of David, the Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him), for he was the best worshipper of Allah. I said: Apostle of Allah, what is the fast of David? He said: He used to fast one day and did not fast the other day. He (also) said: Recite the Qur'an during every month. I said: Apostle of Allah, I am capable of doing more than this, whereupon he said : Recite it in twenty days; recite it in ten days. I said: I am capable of doing more than this, whereupon he said: Recite it every week, and do not exceed beyond this, for your wife has a right upon you, your visitor has a right upon you, your body has a right upon you. He ('Amr b. 'As) said: I was hard to myself and thus I was put to hardship. The Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) had told me: 'You do not know you may live long (thus and bear the hardships for a long time), and I accepted that which the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) had told me. When I grew old I wished I had availed myself of the conces- sion (granted by) the Apostle of Allah (may-peace be upon him). This hadith has been narrated by Yahya b. Abu Kathir with the same chain of transmitters and he made this addition after these words: During every month, (fasting) for three days, there is for you ten times for every good and that is perpetual fasting (for three days would bring a reward for full thirty days). I said: What is the fast of the Apostle of Allah, David? He said: Half of the age (observing fast on alternate days for the whole life). And in the hadith no mention has been made of the recital of the Qur'an, and he did not say: Your visitor has a right upon you, but (instead) he said: Your son has a right upon you.
Book 6, Number 2589:
'Abdullah b. 'Amr (Allah be pleased with them) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said to me: Recite the whole of the Qur'An during every nonth. I said : I find power (to recite it) in a shorter period. He said: Then recite it in twenty nights. I said: I find power (to recite it in a shorter period even than this), whereupon he said: Then recite it in seven (nights) and do not exceed beyond it.
Book 6, Number 2590:
'Abdullah b. 'Amr b. al-'As (Allah be pleased with them) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: 'Abdullah, don't be like so and so who observed prayer during the whole night and then abandoned it (altogether).
Book 6, Number 2591:
Abdu'llah b. 'Amr b. 'As (Allah be pleased with them) reported: It was conveyed to the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) that I observe fast succes- sively and pray during the whole night. He sent for me or I met him and he (the Holy Prophet) said: It has been conveyed to me that you observe fast continuously and do not break it and pray during the whole night. Don't do that. for there is share for your eyes, share for your own self, share for your family; so observe fast and break it, pray and sleep and observe fast for one day during the ten days, and there is a reward for you (for other) nine (days besides the tenth day of the fast). I said: Apostle of Allah, I find myself more powerful than this. He said: Then observe the fast of David (peace be upon him). He ('Amr) said: Apostle of Allah, how did David observe fast? He (the Holy Prophet) said: He used to fast one day and break it on the other day, and he did not run (from the battlefield) as he encountered (the enemy). He said: Apostle of Allah, who can guarantee this for me (will I also encounter the enemy dauntlessly)? 'Ata', the narrator of the hadith, said: I do not know how there (crept in) the matter of perpetual fast. The Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him), however, said: He who observed perpetual fast did not fast at all; he who observed perpetual fast did not fast at all, he who observed perpetual fast did not fast at all. This hadith has been narrated by Ibn Juraij with the same chain of transmitters. Imam Muslim has narrated this hadith on the authority of Abu 'Abbas al-Sa'ib b. Farrukh and he was a trustworthy and reliable (narrator) among the people of Mecca.
Book 6, Number 2592:
Abdullah b. Amr (Allah be pleased with both of them) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said to me: 'Abdullah b. Amr, you fast continuously and stand in prayer for the whole of night. If you do like that, your eyes would be highly strained and would sink and lose sight. There is no (reward for) fasting (for him) who fasts perpetually. Fasting for three days during the month is like fasting, the whole of the month. I said: I am capable of doing more than this, whereupon he said: Observe the fast of David. He used to fast one day and break (the other) day. And he did not turn back in the encounter.
We pray to Allah almighty to give us strength to keep fasts as per sunte rasool. Ameen Allah hafiz

Asslamoalaikum, sisters brothers friends and elders, we are discribing about Significant events that occurred in Ramadan.
Significant events that occurred in Ramadan رمضان المبارک میں پیش آنے والے اہم واقعات
Ramadan is a special month for us all for many different reasons. This month helps us grow into our worship and gives us the best opportunity to develop our relationship with Allah SWT. There have been some significant events that have occurred during this holy month throughout our Islamic tradition.
Below are some of the more well-known events as well as some lesser-known moments that took place. It is important to look at the sacrifices and the hardships endured by our pious predecessors who all helped make it easier for us to practice our religion with ease and paved the way for us to arrive at this point in our lives. We must remember their struggles so we can truly appreciate how much those who came before us. It is also equally important to reflect on the miracles gifted to us by Allah SWT in this holy month.
1. The Revelation of the Quran
"The month of Ramadan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion.” 2:185 Ramadan is the month in which the Holy Quran was revealed. Before Prophethood, the Prophet Muhammed (SAW) would often retreat to Mount Hira to seek solace. It was there that the Angel Jibrail (AS) first came to him with revelation. Over the next 23 years, the Prophet (PBUH) would continue getting revelations until the entirety of the Quran was revealed. In this holy month of Ramadan, Muslims recite, memorize, and reflect upon the holy verses given to them by Allah (SWT).
2. Laylatul-Qadr
"We have indeed revealed this in the 'Night of Power'. And what will explain to you what the night of power is? The Night of Power is better than a thousand months. Therein come down The Angels and the Spirit by Allah's permission, on every errand. "Peace!...This until the rise of Morn!" (97:1-5)
Laylatul-Qadr, also known as the “Night of Power,” is one of the most significant days of this blessed month. It is when an act of worship is better than worshipping for 1000 months.
The exact date is not revealed to us, but many scholars believe that this day will fall upon one of the odd nights during the last 10 days of Ramadan, the most agreed upon date is the 27th night. The benefits of praying on this night are endless. We should strive to fully take advantage of these last 10 nights and make dua Allah SWT allows us to be amongst those who receive the rewards of this night.
3. The Passing of Khadijah (ra) and Abu Talib
The passing of Khadijah (RA) happened 10 years after the revelation. She was the Prophet Muhammed’s (SAW) beloved wife for 23 years. She was the first person to comfort Him after He received revelation. She was also the first person to accept Islam. Shortly after the death of Khadijah (RA), Abu Talib, the uncle of the Prophet (PBUH) also passed away. The passing of these two people was very hard on the Prophet (PBUH). This year came to be known as the “Year of Sorrow.”
4. Victory at Battle of Badr
On the 17th of Ramadan, during the second year of Hijra, the Prophet Muhammed (SAW) and His companions set out to fight their first battle against the Meccans. The believers at the time were significantly outnumbered by the enemy. Allah SWT sent down angels to aid the Muslims during the battle. Thus resulting in victory. It was also in this war that Abu Jahl, the enemy of the Prophet (PBUH), was killed.
“Allah helped you at Badr when you were very weak. Be mindful of Allah, so that you may be grateful” (3:123)
Conquest of Mecca
Six years after the Battle of Badr, during the eighth year of Hijra, The Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) was able to peacefully conquer the City of Mecca. The Quraysh and Muslims had entered into the Treaty of Hudaybiya, which allowed the Muslims to peacefully make the pilgrimage to the Kabah. However, after the treaty was formed, the Quraysh violated the terms, thus ending their truce. The Prophet (PBUH) then set out with an army of 10,000 soldiers and was able to peacefully conquer the city of Mecca. This was a turning point for the Muslims, both politically and spiritually. The era of idol worshiping was abolished and the Muslims were able to return to Mecca.

The sin of not paying Zakat زکوٰۃ نہ دینے کا گناہ
The sin of not paying Zakat زکوٰۃ نہ دینے کا گناہ
What are the punishments for not paying Zakat?
Abu Hurayrah (May Allah be pleased with him), of the companions of Prophet Muhammad, reports:
Allah’s Messenger (Allah’s blessings and salutations upon him) said, “Whoever is made wealthy by Allah and does not pay the Zakat of his wealth, then on the Day of Resurrection his wealth will be made like a bald-headed poisonous male snake with two black spots over the eyes. The snake will encircle his neck and bite his cheeks and say, ‘I am your wealth, I am your treasure.’ “Then the Prophet recited the verses: — ‘Let not those who withhold…’ (to the end of the verse). (3.180). (?a??? al-Bukh?r?)
This narration explains the severe punishment of not paying Zakat. The verse which the Prophet recited was:“And let not those who covetously withhold of that which God has bestowed on them of His Bounty (wealth) think that it is good for them. Nay, it will be worse for them. The things which they covetously withheld shall be tied to their necks like a collar on the Day of Resurrection. And to God belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth, and God is Well-Acquainted with all that you do” (Quran 3:180).
On the other hand, there are numerous benefits of paying Zakat mentioned in the Qur’an.
And Allah knows best!

15th Ramadan Birth of Sayyidina Hazrat Imam Hasan رمضان المبارک ولادت سیدنا حضرت امام حسنؓ
15th Ramadan Birth of Sayyidina Hazrat Imam Hasan رمضان المبارک ولادت سیدنا حضرت امام حسنؓ
15th Ramadan: Birth of Sayyidina Hazrat Imam Hasan (AS)
On the 15th of Ramadan of 3 A.H. (March 625), God was pleased to bless the daughter of His Messenger, Muhammad, with the birth of her first child. Muhammad Mustafa came radiating happiness; he took the infant in his arms, kissed him, read adhan in his right ear, and iqama in his left; and called him Hasan.
One year later, i.e., on the 3rd of Sha'aban of 4 A.H. (February 626), God was pleased to give the daughter of His Apostle, her second child. The Apostle came, all smiles and cheers, took the infant in his arms, kissed him, read adhan in his right ear, and iqama in his left, and called him Husain.
The birth of each of these two princes was the occasion of immense rejoicing for Muhammad. He considered them among the greatest of God's blessings, and thanked Him for them. At the birth of each of them, the Muslims poured into the Great Mosque to congratulate him. He greeted them with smiles and thanks, and shared his happiness with them.
There was never a day when the Prophet did not visit the house of his daughter to see her children. He loved to see them smile, so he tickled them and bounced them; he cuddled them and coddled them, and he regarded their every step and every word as wondrous.
When these two princes grew up a little, and were able to toddle around, they very frequently wandered out of their house into the Mosque. If their grandfather was in the midst of a sermon, he immediately stopped, descended from the pulpit, took them in his arms, carried them back, seated them beside himself on the pulpit, and then resumed his speech. If he was leading the public prayers, and was in sajdah (resting his forehead on the ground), both children, very often, climbed onto his neck and back.
He preferred to prolong the sajdah rather than to disturb them, and rose from sajdah only when they dismounted from his neck or back voluntarily. If he went out of his home or the Mosque, they rode his shoulders. The people of Medina called them “the Riders of the Shoulders of the Messenger of God.” They were much more attached to him than they were to their own parents.
Muhammad, the Prophet of Islam, was never happier than when he was with Hasan and Husain. They were the apples of his eyes, and the joy of his heart, and in their company alone he found true and perfect relaxation. He played hide and seek with them, and if they were playing with other children, he lingered near them just to hear the lilt of their laughter.
For their sake, he could put off even important affairs of state. When they smiled, he forgot all the burdens and anxieties of state and government. He loved to read every message that they wrote for him in their angelic smiles.
Earlier, the Messenger of God had brought up his own daughter, Fatima Zahra, whom he called the Lady of Heaven. Now he took charge of bringing up her two children – Hasan and Husain – whom he called the Princes of the Youth of Heaven. For him, their education was a matter of paramount importance, and he personally attended to every detail in it. His aim was clear: he wanted them to be the finest products of Islam, and they were. He built his own character into their character, and made them a model for his umma (community, people) which it (the umma) had to imitate to the end of time itself.
Ali and Fatima Zahra also had two daughters – Zaynab and Umm Kulthoom. When they grew up, they were married to their cousins – the sons of Jaafer ibn Abi Talib, the Winged Martyr of Islam. Zaynab was married to Abdullah ibn Jaafer, and Umm Kulthoom was married to Muhammad ibn Jaafer.
Hasan, Husain, Zaynab and Umm Kulthoom, all four children were pampered by their grandfather, Muhammad Mustafa, the Apostle of God; and the happiest days in the lives of all five of them were those which they spent

Fifth Pillar: Hajj (Pilgrimage)
Main article: Hajj
Asslamoalaikum, sisters, brother, friends and elders today we are discribing 5th pillar of Islam?
Hajj is the sacred pilgrimage performed by Muslims at the holy mosque of Masjid al-Haram in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. It is one of the five pillars of Islam, which means that it is obliged of every Muslim at least once in their lifetime (so long as they have the means). Hajj takes place during the same period each year – during the month of Dhul Hijjah, the twelfth month in the Islamic Calendar. Hajj begins on the 8th of Dhul Hijjah and lasts until the 13th of Dhul Hijjah.
This year, Hajj is taking place between 14th June to the 19th June 2024 in the Gregorian Calendar.
The Islamic calendar operates on the lunar cycle, which is why it appears to shift forward approximately 11-12 days each year as it corresponds to the Gregorian calendar.
As Muslims, undertaking Hajj in Islam – is a spiritual duty, as long as we are financially, physically, and emotionally able to do so.
In the Holy Qur’an, Allah (SWT) commands Muslims to take this sacred journey:
You will enter the Sacred Masjid, God willing, perfectly secure, and you will cut your hair or shorten it (as you fulfil the pilgrimage rituals) there. You will not have any fear. Since He knew what you did not know, He has coupled this with an immediate victory.
Qur’an | 48:27
While it is only required of Muslims to perform the Hajj at least once in their lifetimes, it can be performed multiple times.
How Long Does Hajj Last?
The Hajj pilgrimage is performed over five to six days, from the 8th to 12th or 13th of Dhul Hijjah. When the new crescent moon is sighted, Eid al-Adha begins, which lasts for four days.
The pilgrimage is comprised of a series of rites and rituals, some of which must be performed in order. It can be physically demanding, as pilgrims are required to travel between locations throughout, and can walk on average between 5km-15km per day. Performing Hajj is a test of patience and temperament – it is a spiritual, emotional, and physical challenge, it can take some preparation and for many, it is a once in a lifetime event.
However, it offers Muslims the opportunity to refresh their spiritual selves, to cleanse them of their sins and draw closer to Allah (SWT).
You can access everything you need to know about Hajj and what it entails here.
Does Hajj Occur On The Same Dates Every Year?
Yes, Hajj takes place between the same dates each year. Hajj takes place between the 8th and the 12th or 13th of Dhul Hijjah each year, depending on the sighting of the moon.
Dhul Hijjah is the twelfth month in the Islamic calendar and holds some of the most sacred periods of the entire Islamic calendar. Dates in the Islamic calendar appear to shift forward approximately 11-12 days as it corresponds to the Gregorian calendar, as the Islamic Calendar operates on the lunar cycle.
Hajj consists of its own unique rites and rituals but does share some similarities with the rites and rituals of Umrah. Umrah is a voluntary pilgrimage, which can be performed during any time of the year.
Where Does The Hajj Take Place?
Hajj is performed in Makkah, modern day Saudi Arabia. The pilgrimage consists of a series of rites and rituals across five to six days and is performed across several locations within the vicinity of Makkah.
These locations include:
The city of Makkah
The tent settlement of Mina
Mount ‘Arafah
Muzdalifah
Who Is Excluded From Hajj?
It is required of every Muslim to perform Hajj at least once in their lifetime. However, the Hajj is not intended as a burden upon Muslims, and Muslims are only required to perform Hajj so long as it is within their capacity.
Those who are exempt from Hajj are the following:
Firstly, only Muslim adults (whether male or female) are required to perform Hajj. This means that while children may go to Hajj, it is not required of them.
Secondly, the very weak, sick, elderly, or otherwise physically incapable Muslims are exempt from having to perform the pilgrimage.
Thirdly, the Muslim must be financially able to perform Hajj. However, if one is in debt, they may still perform Hajj as long as:
The creditor permits it
The debtor has time to pay off the debt
Hajj does not affect their ability to pay off the debt

Brief History Of The Hajj
In 628 CE, the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and the Muslims embarked on the first Islamic Pilgrimage (Hajj), re-establishing the traditions started by the Prophet Ibrahim (AS), who first began the tradition of Hajj millennia before.
The story of Hajj begins with the story of Ibrahim (AS) and the commandment of Allah (SWT) to travel to the barren desert of Makkah and leave his wife Hajar and infant son Ismail (AS). They followed the commandment of Allah (SWT).
Hajar and Ismail (AS) quickly ran out of resources, and in a desperate effort to find water, Hajar ran between the two neighbouring hills of Safa and Marwa in search of someone who could help or nearby water. She did this seven times, only to return to a crying Ismail (AS) empty handed.
As the infant baby cried, Ismail (AS) struck the ground with his leg, and a stream of water burst forth at the commandment of Allah (SWT). This stream of water relieved the pair of their thirst and became a resource with which they traded for provisions of all kinds with travelling merchants. This stream of water is known today as the well of Zam Zam.
Ibrahim (AS) was commanded to return to his family years later, only to find the miracle of his family alive and indeed thriving. The pitch that had started with Hajar and Ismail (AS) was now transforming into a thriving settlement that would become known as Makkah.
Ibrahim (AS) was then instructed by Allah (SWT) to mark the space with a stone structure known as the Kaaba. Ibrahim (AS) built it with his son Ismail (AS), in the exact same spot it was first built by the first man and prophet of Allah (SWT), Adam (AS).
The space was created for worshippers of the one God to gather, and the stone structure known as the Kaaba simply marks the spot where Muslims unite. It is not something that is worshipped, as idolatry is prohibited in Islam.
Over time, the Kaaba would be taken over by pagan Arabs, who filled it with idols.
Thousands of years later, when the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) was given revelation and the final message of Tawheed (monotheism), he was instructed to reinstate Ibrahim’s (AS) sacred tradition– the sacred pilgrimage we know as Hajj today.
You can read this story in detail, as well as the significance of Qurbani and more in our comprehensive Hajj guide.
When Did The First Hajj Pilgrimage Take Place?
Hajj as we know it today was first performed in 628 CE, by the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and the Muslims. He (peace and blessings be upon him) was instructed to re-establish the traditions started by the Prophet Ibrahim (AS) as instructed by Allah (SWT), millennia before.
The Hajj pilgrimage is performed over five to six days, from the 8th to 12th or 13th of Dhul Hijjah. When the new crescent moon is sighted, Eid al-Adha begins, which lasts for four days.
Firstly, only Muslim adults (whether male or female) are required to perform Hajj. This means that, while children may go to Hajj, it is not required of them.
Secondly, the very weak, sick, elderly, or otherwise physically incapable Muslims are exempt from having to perform the pilgrimage.
Thirdly, the Muslim must be financially able to perform Hajj.
We pray to Allah almighty to give us permission to perform pilgrimage. Ameen Allah hafiz

Asslamoalaikum, sisters, brother, friends and elders today we are discribing 4th pillar of Islam?
What is Sawm?
Sawm is the Arabic term used to describe the act of fasting. Passed the age of puberty, Muslims are required to fast during the month of Ramadan, which entails abstaining from food, drink, sexual relations and displeasing speech and behaviour from dawn until dusk.
Why is Sawm important?
The month of Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, and includes the night in which the holy Qur’an was first revealed to mankind, known as Laylat al-Qadr (the night of decree). The month of Ramadan therefore marks an important moment for mankind and requires special devotion from Muslims.
It was in the month of Ramadan that the Quran was revealed as guidance for mankind, clear messages giving guidance and distinguishing between right and wrong. So, any one of you who is present that month should fast, and anyone who is ill or on a journey should make up for the lost days by fasting on other days later. God wants ease for you, not hardship. He wants you to complete the prescribed period and to glorify Him for having guided you, so that you may be thankful.
Qur’an | 2:185
How does Sawm show devotion to Allah?
During this sacred time, Allah asks that Muslims temporarily abstain from their needs and base desires that make up our human selves.
Doing so provides Muslims with the opportunity to acquire a sense of control over their needs, desires and distractions, giving them room for a heightened sense of introspection and their purpose in life – to worship Allah.
Keeping the Sawm for the sake of Allah alone, is a special act of devotion for which there is a unique reward.
All the actions of the children of Adam are for them except for fasting it is for me and I alone will reward for it.
Hadith | Bukhari
Sawm facts:
One of the five pillars
Sawm is one of the five pillars of Islam and therefore mandatory during Ramadan. However, Muslims can keep the Sawm any time of the year as a form of worship, or in order to make up for lost fasts.
Dates change each year
The Islamic calendar operates on the lunar cycle, as opposed to the Gregorian one we use in modern day. As a result, the month of Ramadan appears to shift forward approximately 11 days each year.
Some are exempt
Fasting is exempt for those who are menstruating, for those breastfeeding or pregnant, those suffering from ill health or for any other reason with good cause.
Dates are sunnah
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to break his fast with a date. It is a beloved Sunnah practiced by many during Ramadan.
When one of you breaks his fast, let him break it with dates for they are blessed. If they are not found, let him break it with water for it is pure.
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) (Tirimdhi)

What is third importent rukn of islam zakat اسلام کاتیسرا اہم رکن کونسا ہے
@islamichistory813 #pillarsofislam #islamicrukn #zakat
Asslamoalaikum, sisters, brother, friends and elders today we are discribing 3rd pillar of Islam?
What is Zakat?
Zakat (zakaat, zakah), or almsgiving, is one of the five pillars of Islam. This means that Zakat is mandatory for Muslims, along with the other four sacred pillars of Islam. For every sane, adult Muslim who owns wealth over a certain amount – known as the Nisab – he or she must pay 2.5% of that wealth as Zakat.
Eligible Muslims pay Zakat once a year, and it is due as soon as one lunar (Islamic) year has passed since meeting or exceeding the Nisab (certain amount of wealth). The Zakat of every Muslim is then distributed to those who meet the criteria to receive it.
…and those in whose wealth there is a recognised right, for the needy and deprived.
Qur’an | 70:24-5
Delivering your Zakat since 1984 for the sake of Allah
We know that when you give Zakat, you do it for the sake of Allah, out of love and obedience to the One who gave us the duty to care for those around us.
For 40 years, we have taken that sacred duty very seriously, and transformed your Zakat into someone’s lifeline in an emergency, someone’s chance to access their rights to food and water, and someone’s opportunity to break free from the poverty cycle. We spend the funds on the first category of Zakat – the poor and needy.
With four decades of expertise under our belt, we have even gone the extra mile with our Zakat Advisory board to ensure that every penny of your Zakat is spent in accordance with the Shariah (Islamic law) and as efficiently as possible.
Your Zakat is our Amanah, we know that we are accountable to you, to the people we serve, and, ultimately, to Allah.
The Nisab is the minimum amount of wealth a Muslim must possess before they become liable to pay Zakat. This amount is often referred to as the Nisab threshold.
Gold and silver are the two values used to calculate the Nisab threshold. The Nisab is the value of 87.48 grams of gold or 612.36 grams of silver.
Current Nisab value (10 March 2024)
Using value of silver 612.36 grams = £372.20
Using value of gold 87.48 grams = £4,766.75
A sacred pillar of Islam
Zakat is not just a fundamental pillar of Islam, it is also a revolutionary concept which can end extreme poverty – that is the power of Zakat!

What is second importent rukn of islam Namaz Prayer اسلام کا دوسرا اہم رکن کیا ہے؟
@islamichistory813 #secondpillarofislam #secondruknofislam
#namaz #prayer
Asslamoalaikum, sisters, brother, friends and elders today we are discribing 2nd pillar of Islam?
What is Salah (salat) Namaz?
Salah (salat) is the Arabic term for the ritual prayer that is obligatory for Muslims to perform five times a day. It forms one of the five pillars of Islam.
The five prayers are:
Fajr
This takes place at pre-dawn
Dhuhr
This takes place just after the sun reaches its zenith
Asr
This takes place between noon and sunset
Maghrib
This takes place just after sunset
Isha
This takes place during the night/at night-time
Aside from the five obligatory prayers, Muslims may offer Sunnah and Nafl Salah.
The Sunnah Salah (prayers) are ones in which the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to habitually offer as voluntary worship at specified times and places.
Nafl Salah are voluntary prayers that a Muslim may offer at any time as a form of extra Ibadah (worship).
Why is Salah important?
Salah is an integral part of the lifestyle of a Muslim. Through prayer, Muslims are required each day to ponder on the verses of the Qur’an, the Shahadah (the declaration of faith), and Allah’s attributes.
Muslims across the world unite in prayer at five specified times each day in the direction of the Kaaba in Mecca, as a means of connecting to Allah and their purpose in life – to remember and worship Him.
Allah said in surah Albaqrah verse 238 “Maintain with care the (obligatory) prayers and (in particular) the middle prayer and stand before Allah, devoutly obedient.”
How to pray Salah?
Salah is a ritual prayer that requires certain etiquettes in order to perform it correctly. However, there are some slight differences in what etiquettes are required depending on the Madhhab (school of thought) you follow within the Fiqh of Islam (Islamic jurisprudence). All four schools of thought are agreed upon and the prayer following any of these is valid.
How to pray Eid Salah?
Eid prayer is prayed in congregation with other Muslims on the mornings of the two Eid celebrations, Eid al-Adha and Eid al-Fitr. You can follow our step-by-step guide to praying Eid Salah here.
When is Salah for my area?
Salah times are appointed to times of the day that depend on the position of the sun. Since parts of the world experience daylight and night differently, it is important to follow the prayer times where you are situated. An authority will usually gather and publish the prayer time in your area for the public’s ease. You can check the prayer times for your area here.

What is first importent rukn of islam Faith Toheed اسلام کا پہلا اہم رکن کون سا ہے؟
@islamichistory813 #1stillarofislam #firstruknofislam #faith #toheed
Asslamoalaikum, sisters, brother, friends and elders today we are discribing 1st pillar of Islam?
What is the Shahada (Faith/Toheed)?
The Shahada (shahadah) is the Arabic term for the declaration of faith in one God (Allah) and His messenger.
What does the Shahada mean?
Transliteration: “Ash-hadu an la ilaha illa Allah, Wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan Rasulu-Allah.”
Translation: “I bear witness that there is no God but God (Allah – i.e. there is none worthy of worship but Allah), and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.”
It is the most sacred statement in Islam, and must be recited with full understanding and mindfulness of it’s meaning.
Why is the Shahada important?
The belief in one Allah is the central tenet of the Islamic faith, around which all else revolves. Muslims are continuously reminded of this foundational belief, in the recital of the Shahada (shahadah) during each of the five daily prayers, as well as many more pivotal moments of a Muslim’s life.
The second part of the Shahada requires Muslims to acknowledge and testify to the belief in the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as Allah’s messenger. This serves as a reminder to Muslims of the importance of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), but also as a reminder to never associate partners with Allah, for He is just a messenger, and Allah remains one God alone.
Five facts about the Shahada
1: One of the 5 pillars
The Shahadah is one of the five pillars of Islam. It is a sacred testament given for Muslims to uphold throughout their lifetime and embody in all of their actions and intentions.
2: Recitation in the Athan
The Shahadah is recited in the Athan (call to prayer).
3: Recitation during Salah
Muslims recite the Shahadah once or twice in their Salah, which they are obliged to do during five different times of the day.
4: Acceptance of Islam
When someone wishes to convert to Islam as their religion, reciting the Shahadah marks their entrance into Islam and their life as a Muslim.
5: Recitation to newborns
The Shahadah is spoken as the first words a Muslim baby hears upon entering the world as part of the adhan, and Muslims strive for the Shahadah to be their last words upon their death.

The Five Pillars of Islam What are the five pillars of Islam اسلام کے پانچ ستون کون سے ہیں؟
#fivepillarsofislam #fiveruknofislam #baiscfivepillarsofislam
Asslamoalaikum, sisters, brother, friends and elders today we are discribing that What are the five pillars of Islam?
The most important Islamic practices are the Five Pillars of Islam.
Faith (Toheed) ,Namaz,Zakat ,Roza, and Hajj
The 5 pillars of Islam
Shahada (Faith)
The declaration of faith in one Allah and His messenger (peace be upon him).
Salah (Prayer)
The ritual prayer required of every Muslim five times a day throughout their lifetime.
Zakat (Almsgiving)
The act of giving a portion of a Muslim’s wealth to those in need throughout their lifetime.
Sawm (Fasting)
The act of fasting during the holy month of Ramadan.
Hajj (Pilgrimage)
The sacred pilgrimage to Mecca required of every Muslim at least once in their lifetime if it is within their means.
What do the 5 pillars of Islam mean?
There are five key practices that all Muslims are obligated to fulfil throughout their lifetime. These practices are referred to as pillars because they form the foundation of Muslim life. The five pillars of Islam are Shahada, Salah, Zakat, Sawm, and Hajj.
Why are the five pillars of Islam important?
Each of the five pillars work in tandem with one another to bring the essence of Islam as a religion of peace and submission to Allah SWT, into the lifestyle of every Muslim:
Monotheism and the belief in Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as the last messenger of God is the central tenet of Islam around which everything else revolves, and reciting the Shahada (shahadah) in prayer each day serves to remind Muslims of this integral belief.
Salah (salat) occurs five times a day, and offers five different opportunities for remembrance of Allah SWT and our purpose in this life to worship Him.
The month of Ramadan requires every Muslim to abstain from their most basic needs and desires, like food, drink and sexual relations for a period of time each day. Every year, the Sawm gives Muslims the opportunity to gather control over their human needs. Without these distractions, Muslims can instead nurture good conduct and their connection to Allah SWT.
While Sadaqah (charity) is greatly encouraged to be a part of everyday Muslim life, it is obligatory to offer Zakat (alms) once a year, ensuring that wealth is continuously redistributed to those who are in need of it.
During the Hajj (pilgrimage), Muslims must each wear the same simple garments and perform the same ritual acts of devotion to Allah. Stripped of worldly distinction, people are reminded that all are equal before God

Fasting is not just the name of being hungry and thirsty روزہ صرف بھوکے پیاسے رہنے کا نام نہیں ہے
#fastingwhilehunger #francoisewilhelmidetoledo #fastingclinic #buchingerwilhelmiclinic #fastingvideo #fastingexperts #buchinger #wilhelmi #fastingmethod #thirstyfasting #longtermfastingtic #hungerduringfasting #zakirnaik #metabolic #drzakirchannel
Ramadan is not only to stay thirsty and hungry; it is also to realize the real thirsty and hungry ones to help; it is true worship. to break the fast of apathy, with the feast of affection. Tawba is not about our sins as much as it is about Allah's forgiveness.
We have been blessed with the religion that encompasses every dimension of life starting from state crafting to how to play with your kids. Each and every order of Allah SWT is logical and has a purpose.
Today most of the non-Muslims and even a few Muslims ask different questions about Ramadan, Hajj, Prayers, etc.
Do they simply ask if Allah SWT does not need anything then why do you offer the prayer? They object that Muslims going to Ka’aba and performing Hajj is similar to idol worship. What will Allah get by keeping us hungry and thirsty for the whole day? As Ramadan is approaching, therefore, here I’ll just focus on fasting in Ramadan
First of all, we need to understand that fasting in Ramadan is not for Allah SWT rather it is for our own benefit. Although it has a lot of benefits from the medical point of view like fasting corrects the high blood pressure, increases fats breakdown, boosts immunity, promotes weight loss, helps to overcome addiction, decreases the sugar in blood and cholesterol, etc.
In the narration of Abu Nua’im Holy Prophet PEACE BE UPON HIM said “Fast and be healthy”.
Medical science has proven a lot of blessings in Ramadan but Muslims do not fast to remain healthy. We fast because it is a commandment of Allah SWT. Therefore I’ll dilate upon spiritual aspects of Ramadan only.
Allah SWT says in Surah At-Tin “ Surely, we have created the man in best stature. Then we reduced him to the lowest of the low”. We being human beings are the combination of two things, body, and soul. This body is created from this earth (mud and dust), it fulfills its requirements (food and diet) from here and it will go down in the same place. Whereas the soul comes from the heavens, its diet is the Quran and it will go back to the skies after we die.
If the animal instincts of the human body like greed, lust. Jealousy, rancor, hatred, the urge to dominate, etc takes over the soul then this man is “Lowest of the low” and if a soul is more powerful and has complete control over the body then this man has “Best stature”. Let’s take the example of a rider and a horse. If the horse is more powerful than the rider then it’s dangerous and if a rider has control over the horse only then it gives benefits.
Our body is a horse and our soul is a rider.
What happens in Ramadan? We refrain from all the halal and permissible and weaken which is the food of this human body and weaken it. At night we develop a connection with the Quran during Taraweeh which is necessary to empower it. In this way, Ramadan and the Quran have a very strong and profound relationship. These both help us to be at a place where we can be of “Best stature” instead of “Lowest of low”.
Ramadan is a training month and tells how a Muslim should be spending the rest of the 11 months. During the fast, we avoid Halal and permissible. It is a practice given to Muslims that if they can stop themselves from Halal, which is countless, while he is fasting; then they should abstain from Haram and forbidden which are very few. Following Ramadan in true spirit makes it easy for a Muslim to lead his life in disciplined and self-controlled manners as per rules given by Almighty Allah SWT.
During Ramadan, even a rich man remains hungry and feels the pain of the poor. This promotes a sense of sacrifice in his personality. It strongly encourages to help the needy. One learns to control anger, and desires and evaluate even small things differently.
Hearts become soft and people strive hard in the way of Allah SWT to have more and more Takwa, which is the root of all the deeds.
