Table Rock Spots with my daughter's ultra lite
We hit up Table Rock Lake on a windy day for about an hour. Fishing for spots is just incredible on Table Rock. I caught these ones in 50* water temps on a 5' ultra lite rod with 6lb test and on a ned rig.

TNPFL Eufaula day 1
1st day of the TNPFL Eufaula was a complete disaster for me. I ended up weighing 2lbs 4oz with 1 bass. I had a number of line burners that just didn't make the 14 inch mark at the end of the day. This day had me at 93rd place out of 108. The worst position I believe I have ever been in.
Day 2 coming soon. The come back................

Real Pros and Cons of Livescope, Active Target and 360.
We tend to focus on certain aspects of the new technological advancements in sonar and believe it gives an unfair advantage to the angler. I go over the top three pros and a couple cons with this tech. Here is food for thought, The winners of a tournament may have the latest sonar gadget but so does the bottom half of the field nowadays as well..... What makes the difference?

Lure color change, Outside the box
More pressure, more information, more anglers and conventional wisdom. Most follow a very predictable set of changes when targeting pressured finicky bass. Downsizing and natural color patterns are the go to when things get tough. While they still work I am suggesting when times get tough to think out side the box and do the opposite.
