What are the emotions you experience most often? Have you ever thought about taking an emotional inventory for the things you feel? Emotions are confusing but they can seem more confusing than they are when everything feels like a blur. Get rid of the blur of emotions by taking inventory.

We all get into conversations that challenge us. Sometimes those conversations seem so "big" or "emotional" that we feel like the conversation itself will not get us anywhere and so we look for a mediator. The truth is you can control most conversations if you go in with the right mindset, strategy and words. The strategy I discuss in this video works for personal or business conversations alike. Why does it work? It works because no matter what we are doing or talking about we are still human. The behaviors most people display during a conversation that isn't going well are similar. That does not mean you can't be the person who takes control of the conversation and do it better.

Narcissists are notorious for manipulation. This is why it can be difficult to accept that you are dealing with someone who has a problem. This video will help you recognize the warning signs to let you know you are dealing with someone with a real problem versus someone who is just “difficult”. As with all my videos these are my opinions and I’m order to clinically determine if a person has a mental disorder that person would need a diagnosis from their Doctor.

Empathy and sympathy are not interchangeable but sometimes we mix the two up. Here is how to decide which is the best to use when comforting someone.

We are living in a time where you can be canceled for anything and everything. But what is this about? Is it okay and what is at the heart of most of these issues? Only by focusing on today and doing things today can we expect to see a positive change in our lives. Spending mental time on the past or the future without the doing that is necessary in the here and now is not how happiness happens.
