UPS told me we wouldn't be charged for unused return shipping labels we generated for our customers. That was false. We were billed hundreds of thousands of dollars for them, they refused to return our money, shut off our accounts, then sued us.

UPS is a greedy corporation. They treated my company, Linentablecloth.com terribly: refused to fix an overbilling problem that had inflated my shipping cost well over a million dollars, then they shut off my accounts, then sued me. This is my side of the story - part one.
