Rockys, Mammoth Bar OHV area, Mountain Biking Auburn CA
Rockys is a short trail located in the Mammoth Bar OHV area. As you can see from the video it definitely lives up to its name. It is basically one large rock garden. I think this is an exceptional trail to improve bike skill and handling. Great place to do repeats and build confidence. I also use it for suspension tuning.
Rockys can be ridden alone and is a short steep climb to the top using the dirt road to reach the top. The climb is difficult in the beginning but is very doable. Most people probably shuttle it with the Culvert trail and Stonewall option. I like climbing up the access road and doing a loop with Stonewall. The other option is take Stonewall to Connector trail and climb all the way up to do Culvert trail, I really like this option because the climb is hard and the downhill is epic. Stonewall trail and Rockys. The climb out of Mammoth bar is not for the weak, Great place do some laps and get in shape.

Culvert Trail, Mountain Biking Auburn CA,
This is a video of me riding the entire Culvert trail on my Revel Rascal. Culvert trail is a must ride in Auburn CA for any serious MTB. It is a incredible trail with some great banked turns, several jumps, rock gardens and a few nice drops. It has all the things I like when I am trail riding.
Culvert trail can be ridden as just a loop, shuttled or combined with
several other trails to create a very epic day of Mountain Biking. I like riding it with the Confluence trail as a loop. But my new favorite is starting in the Mammoth bar OHV and combining it with Stonewall and Rockys. The climb up is a little challenging but these 3 trails are all incredible.
Also I ride Culvert trail solo as a loop using the Connector trail and do laps. Good weekday ride after work.

How do we fight Big Tech Censorship? Boycott!
In this video I go down a list of suggestions how we can fight big tech. I got some of these ideas from Dan Bongino but some of them are my own. I am upset by what happened and we need to have a path to take some action. I do not support violence of any kind. I do support boycotting and spending our money elsewhere. Go woke, Go broke.

Can a Keto or Carnivore diet eliminate chronic pain?
In this video I discuss my personal experience in how I used a Keto and Carnivore diet to decrease and then eventually eliminate chronic pain.
I lived with chronic pain for more than 15 years and nothing ever provided lasting relief of pain. I tried doctors, pills, diet change, exercise and physical therapy. Nothing ever completely eliminated my pain and it always returned. It only continued to get worse.
A keto diet was like magic in starting the process to eliminating my chronic pain. A carnivore diet took it to the next level. I am pain free today and my quality of life is incredible. If your searching for a solution to your chronic pain a keto or carnivore diet may work for you.

Hoot Trail, Riding Nevada City's best trails
This is Hoots trail in Nevada City and has a popularity rating of 100 on Trailforks. It is one of my favorite bike trails also. I had not ridden a Mountain bike for 10 years and got back on a bike this year.
I had ridden in the Nevada City area extensively. I was shocked the first time I rode Hoot trail. It is a modern MTB trail and is simply incredible. The banked turns and the endless number of incredible jumps on this trail make it a must ride in the Nevada area. If you live in the Sacramento area this should be on your list of trails to ride.
I usually ride this in conjunction with Miners Trail and Scotts Flat trail. Also Zipper trail is basically across the street and is a nice short trail that can easily be included.
