In this episode I dive into the very common phrase "Happy wife, happy life" and discuss why I believe it is a myth. The focus of your life should be your own happiness and self-development. I strongly believe that when you work on self-mastery and become a better version of yourself, you will become a better husband, boyfriend, father, friend, etc. You should never make anyone your source of happiness. Instead, find happiness within. One way of finding happiness is by following your true purpose and falling in love with the process. And remember to choose Purpose Over Pleasure.
