July 12, 2023: at #SOL 850, #Perseverance shows us the new rock he is studying. An abrasion test has been carried out on the top, we can tell by the circular incision at the top of the rock. To understand the dimensions, I will tell you that the diameter of the engraving is 5 centimetres. The images you see are from the Front Hazard cameras, while the images inspecting the abrasion tool, are from the left #MastCam-Z. #Video #4K #60FPS via #AI.

July 10, 2023: here is the #3D #visualisation offered by the #JWST team depicting some 5,000 #galaxies within a small portion of the #CEERS (Cosmic Evolution Early Release Science) survey, from data from a region known as the #ExtendedGrothStrip. Every second we travel about 200 million light years, navigating through space and time until we reach the Maisie galaxy, formed 390 million years after the Big Bang, 13.4 billion years ago. #Video #4K #60FPS via #AI.

April 16, 2023: at #SOL 766, #Ingenuity is photographed by #Perseverance via #MastCam-Z on #Mars.
April 16, 2023: the #Ingenuity #helicopter #drone is captured in two images by #Perseverance's #MastCam-Zs at #SOL 766 at 13:18:02 LMST, after its 50th #flight. These are the most definite and recent images we have of Ingenuity. The Ingenuity helicopter drone, shortly after its 52nd flight, had gone silent: the silence lasted 63 days due to hilly topography that disrupted communications between the rover and the helicopter. Now on June 28, 2023, the connection has been restored and the 53rd flight is already being planned for the coming weeks. #Video #4K #60FPS via #AI.

June 30, 2023: the #JWST shows a first image of #Saturn at 3.23 microns (F323N) via #Webb's #NIRCam.
June 30, 2023: the #JWST team shows a first image of part of the #Saturn system at a wavelength of 3.23 microns (F323N) using #Webb's #NIRCam (Near-Infrared Camera). Saturn appears extremely dark, as the gas giant's methane gas absorbs almost all the sunlight that is radiated by our Sun. The icy rings, on the other hand, remain relatively bright. Webb will be a very important tool for understanding this planet's rings and small moons. #Video #4K #60FPS via #AI.

June 23 ,2023: #Perseverance, via #SCRMI, saw a distant clearing with a strange donut-shaped rock.
June 23, 2023: #Perseverance, using the #SuperCam #Remote #Micro #imager, observes, on #Mars, a distant clearing at #SOL 832 between 11:20:27 and 11:53:15 LMST. This #panorama consists of 10 images taken via #SCRMI. The area is flat with only a few rocks, but, on the right side of the image, a rock, that appears to have a toroidal (doughnut) shape with a cavity inside, is intriguing. At the end of this #Video #4K #60FPS, there is also an extreme enlargement, of this rock, via #AI.

June 27, 1996: this is what #NASA's #Galileo #space #probe took during its #flyby over #Europa, at 156,000 kilometres above the #surface. Now the NASA image #PIA00295 has been reprocessed using #AI and this is the result. Now is clearly possible to see the cracks the rifts (up to 1600 kilometres long) on the surface and at least one impact crater (around 30 kilometres in diameter). #Video #4K #60FPS via AI.

June 5, 2023: the #JADES (JWST Advanced Deep Extragalactic Survey) programme team showed a new image from the #JWST: it is an area known as #GOODS-South, which has already been studied by the #Hubble Space Telescope in the past. The area is located within the #Fornax constellation, and the instrument used is the #NIRCam. More than 45,000 #galaxies are visible in this incredible image! Here is the #4K #60FPS #Video via #AI, showing every part of this image in 60 seconds.

April 13, 2023: #Curiosity finds interesting rocks through its #MastCams. #Short #4K #60FPS via #AI.
April 13, 2023: the #Curiosity #rover, from #NASA's #MSL mission on #Mars, using its #MastCams, captures at #SOL 3798 some rocks that have small rocky spurs. In honour of this bizarre shape, they have named them 'Dragon Scales' (no biological activitym, are only sedimentary rocks). In this #4K #60FPS #Short via #AI, I propose two #panoramas of the same area: the one from the right MastCam, which has a higher resolution but a narrower field of view, and the one from the left MastCam, which has a less defined resolution but shows more rocks in the area.
