Hello guys! Today, I have an official trailer (and the last video in my Chaos Cut “miniseries”) for my (fictional) cut of Sonic Forces! I wanted to try and do something original with this one, even if for a little bit. So I deviated greatly from the original trailer and it’s structure. I hope you don’t mind. But if I’m being honest, the editing here could’ve been better, especially for the timing and syncing. Not to mention, the slowed-down clips look “off,” to say the least. And the climax didn't exactly hit it home for me... But still, the music’s awesome, the extra audio is good, and the final reveal is amazing (Btw, the music is really good! Hats off to you guys for that, Zack Snyder and Hans Zimmer and Junkie XL!)! And yes, there is a special reveal at the end, just for you die-hard Sonic fans… 👀 Speaking of which, when you see the filter on the reveal cut out for a second before the scene finishes, know that that’s intentional. Hello guys! Today, I have an Infinite teaser for my (fictional) Sonic Forces Chaos Cut (Sonic Forces/Snyder Cut Crossover)! I used the Darkseid Twitch teaser for this one (instead of a Steppenwolf teaser, cause one hasn’t come out, and probably won’t), because of how menacing it makes Darkseid sound. Now I understand that this isn't the Steppenwolf/Darkseid teaser, but I already made this, and I think it would work better than that one. But anyway, after editing this, that menace definitely carries over to Infinite here. For this, I wanted to emphasize Infinite’s origin, mostly because it is a big party of Forces’ original story, but also because I wanted to imply that it would be patched up a bit. I also tried giving it a bit of a horror feel by leaving the (ridiculously creepy) Joker laugh in, as well as the Infinite clips near the end. And it all, overall, makes Infinite look scary, menacing, and “not weak!”. Just as I wanted it! Anyway, I believe there'll be one more Chaos Cut video, and I can't wait to show it to all of you! Hello guys! Today, I have an Amy Rose and Blaze teaser for my (fictional) Sonic Forces Chaos Cut (Sonic Forces/Snyder Cut Crossover)! I used the Wonder Woman teaser for this one, cause… how else would I be able to do this…? I contemplated whether or not I wanted to include Blaze in a remake of Sonic Forces, all without excluding Amy. So I decided to do both! Essentially, Amy has called for backup in Blaze after the attempts to take the Sol Dimension by Eggman and Infinite. For this, I wanted to emphasize Blaze’s military prowess (in the Sol Dimension), and Amy’s past lack of leadership. I wanted to show how she’s grown up to this point, and I personally think I did a bad job at it… But hey, anything to try and connect it all to the IDW Comics, I guess! But then again, Blaze's inclusion messes up the IDW Comics' lore, so I guess not! Guess this cut is an alternate universe now! Anyway, I hope you enjoy this version of Sonic Forces! Hello guys! Today, I have a Knuckles teaser for my (fictional) Sonic Forces Chaos Cut (Sonic Forces/Snyder Cut Crossover)! I used the Aquaman teaser for this one, and it’s almost meta, in a way; considering the rumors of Jason Momoa (Aquaman’s Actor) voicing Knuckles in the Sonic Movie sequel and all… But that’s besides the point! For this one, I wanted to emphasize his ancestry and heritage, that involving Angel Island and the Master Emerald. I wanted to use that to justify his need to command the Resistance in Sonic Forces. Anything to make him seem less “easily-distracted,” really... I also tried to connect this with the Sonic Forces origin comics, mostly by assoicating the "I need warriors" line with Silver. Hello guys! Today, I have a Tails teaser for my (fictional) Sonic Forces Chaos Cut (Sonic Forces/Snyder Cut Crossover)! I used the Cyborg teaser for this one, because it seems to best resemble Tails’ struggles during Sonic Forces. And it mostly resembles Tails’ struggles not only with Cyborg’s own struggles, but also with lines like “I’m not broken, and I’m not alone” lines. Aside from their similarities, I wanted to emphasize Tails’ arc and his return (with Classic Sonic by his side). After all, Tails’ arc in Forces seemed to be supposed to be a big part of the story, so I wanted to seem like I’d fix that up a bit if this was a real cut being made. And aside from that, I also wanted to alude to Tails' bullying troubles with the "Whatever happened to you, you have gifts now" line. I also wanted to allude to the possibilty of seeing Tails' family for the first time in a cut like this. Which would be pretty crazy, am I right? Hello guys! Today, I have a Rookie teaser for my (fictional) Sonic Forces Chaos Cut (Sonic Forces/Snyder Cut Crossover)! I used the Flash teaser for this one, just because it fits with the Rookie character. I believe the “Make your own future” and “Make your own past” and "You can be whatever you want to be" (which is not true in the slightest, thanks to something called reality) lines really emphasize the OC aspect of the Rookie. This isn’t exactly new to this character, but I wanted to (further) emphasize the Rookie’s troubles with Infinite (hence the flashback and the random Phantom Ruby sound effect), and his friendship with Sonic. Hello guys! Today, I have a Classic Sonic teaser for my (fictional) Sonic Forces Chaos Cut (Sonic Forces/Snyder Cut Crossover)! I used the Batman teaser for this one, although I think this one could’ve been better. I mostly used that trailer because of the lines “I’ve spent a lot of time trying to divide us” and “I need to bring us together.” I felt like those particular lines could speak to the fans, acknowledging that Classic Sonic himself has divided the Sonic fanbase in real life, and that it’s this Cut’s job to fix that. Or something like that, at least! But besides that, I also wanted to emphasize Forces's connection with Mania, so I added scenes from that (all down by the legendary Tyson Hesse, btw). But overall, I honestly believe Classic Sonic being called Batman here messes it all up, but I'll take what I can get... Anyway, I hope you enjoy this version of Sonic Forces! Hello guys! Today, I have a Sonic teaser for my (fictional) Sonic Forces Chaos Cut (Sonic Forces/Snyder Cut Crossover)! I used the Superman teaser for this one, and I think it turned out really well! In both Sonic Forces and Justice League, Sonic and Superman are eerily similar. Both were said to be dead at the start, and then they were resurrected and(/or) saved (one way or another) and helped save the day! At least, that’s my interpretation of it all. But for this, I wanted to emphasize Sonic’s early defeat to Infinite and his touture when he was under Eggman’s capture a bit more. And I thought that the “They wanted me back for a reason” and “I need to find out why” lines seemed to somewhat encapsulate that. Sonic is essentially trying to regain his humanity and memory in this iteration. Kinda like Superman in the original Justice League… Oh well, I’m sure it’s nothing! Hello guys! Today I have a concept teaser trailer for a fully animated @Sonic the Hedgehog movie! I’ve occasionally had the thought of there being fully animated @Sonic the Hedgehog films, ones that are kind of like the Pokémon animated films! And once I discovered @EpicTrailerMusicUK’s take on Green Hill Zone as cinematic trailer music, I thought now was the perfect opportunity to try and make a concept of what I imagined would be a @Sonic the Hedgehog animated film! Long story short: editing this WAS A NIGHTMARE. Since I had to make such short cuts, my editing software (which is “InShot,” btw...) constantly lagged and chopped. Not to mention the fact that my original Sonic lines (yes, I voice Sonic in this…) were less than decent, and having to edit snippets of the music in order to make said lines more “hearable,” was equally as depressing… All in all, it took me all of last night all the way up to now (at the time of release)! But hey, this looks good regardless, so who cares! After watching it, I’m sure you would’ve noticed the black borders (which you could say is similar to the style of @TheDiegoMovies, if you’ve watched his videos). I thought I’d try them for this video, and I’m glad I did! They make anything just look perfectly cinematic! Also, I used the Sonic Movie title cause I couldn’t find/use anything else... Hello guys! “Sorry to keep you waiting!” Today, I have a Sonic The Hedgehog Opening Cinematic, in the style of Masahiro Sakurai’s Kid Icarus: Uprising! I rediscovered the game a short time ago, and I’m in LOVE WITH THE MUSIC!!! Seriously, the Sonic Team should’ve hired Uprising’s composers! I was especially into the opening cinematic music! And as I listened to it, I saw the pieces of this video coming together in my head. And so, I decided to attempt to make my vision a reality! Editing this was partially difficult, especially in this section: 1:09 - 1:19. But it came out good nonetheless, and I’m proud of it! Also, I used a lot of 06 clips, as you may have noticed… If that upsets you, understand that I couldn’t help it! Say what you want about 06, but most of its scenes are really good! Don’t judge me! Hello guys! Today, I have a trailer for a Sonic Forces: ChaosControl VA Cut, in the style of the Justice League: Snyder Cut trailer! I recently saw @Characters In-Depth’s take on the Snyder Cut Trailer with Sonic 06, and I wanted a turn at making something similar. And in case you’re wondering, I’m sure it’s fine! Just because someone else does something, that doesn’t mean we can’t do it too! Anyway, instead of Sonic 06, I decided to base my trailer off of Sonic Forces. I did this cause, just like Sonic 06, Forces is a game that deserves a patched up version. Aside from the obvious placing and cutting of certain scenes in Forces, I also applied an adjusted filter to give it a grainy look (like typical Zack Snyder films!). I honestly don't think it worked, but at least I tried! Also, I added a scene from Sonic Lost World just to help with the flow and comparisons. So, hope that clears that up! Hello guys! Today, I have a crossover trailer between Marvel’s What If…? and @The Sega Scourge’s Sonic: What If?! The trailer for the upcoming Disney+ show involving the vast reaches of the MCU’s multiverse recently dropped, and as I watched it, it started to remind me of the Sonic mini-series by @The Sega Scourge of a similar name. So I decided to do a fan trailer for that mini-series by crossing that over with this! By the way, don’t worry if I have @The Sega Scourge's permission to do this or not! He agreed to allow me to do this! Anyway, since there wasn’t a lot of good footage for most of the characters (mostly for Gamma, Emerl, and Espio), I used the lesser quality ones anyway and made it so each universe has its own style! The film is estimated to be around 60+ minutes of crazy fight scenes, comedy, and heart! I’ve found things to love and appreciate from all corners of the Sonic Franchise, no matter the faults inbetween. This film is a celebration of it all! The concept for this film started around at the beginning of 2015 with storyboards and concept sketches. But after days worth of input on who the fanbase’s favorite villains were, I knew exactly the who to make apart of this interdimensional smackdown! (⚠SOUND WARNING⚠) Hello guys! Today, I have a(n Unofficial) Halloween promo for the upcoming fan film “@Sonic Villains- Fan Film!” So, production of the 200 Subscriber Special Dub is going a lot slower than previously anticipated. So much so that the overall video itself will not be released by Halloween (which was what I originally planned). So to appease you all, I thought I’d make something short! Plus, I needed something to use my new Halloween Intro/Outro on! Anyway, this video was made largely in part of @Sonic Villains- Fan Film's recent Twitter post, which contained the “ASK THE EGGMAN EMPIRE Q&A” Intro. Aside from that, I also used “Villains” (by @Thebymyself) and some audio from a previous (official) @Sonic Villains- Fan Film trailer. Also, I added a teaser at the end… Wink, wink… Overall, it may not be as good as my friend (Blue Falcon)’s Sonic Villains promos, but I think this is alright.
