What Happens After 728 Days of NoFap? This is a question that i answer in this video. I explained the full experience, benefits, downsides, and more all in one video, based off of my own personal Journey. I know there’s a lot of people out there who struggle with lust. I decided to help change the narrative with my personal story of my experience being on 728 days of NoFap. Basically I didn’t have sex, watch porn or masturbate for almost 2 years straight. There were a lot of benefits I received on my journey. It wasn’t easy though. The devil had me by my throat with lust since I was 13 years old. It took discipline, prayer, faith, and the mindset of wanting to improve myself and most importantly save my soul from eternal suffering.
