This is how XFly Models describes this 50mm EDF Jet on Amazon:
"The A-10 Thunderbolt II, affectionately nicknamed the "Warthog", was developed for the United States Air Force. It was designed for Close Air Support (CAS) and boasts dramatic low altitude maneuverability and mission capable maintainability.
The new XFly A-10 Thunderbolt II is a scale replica of this iconic U.S. Air Force airfraft in a smaller size for more RC pilots to enjoy in more places. Twin high-power 12-blade 50mm EDFs, twin 40A ESCs and a single 4S 2200mAh-2600mAh battery all combine to deliver top speed and produce an abundance of thrust compared to other models in its class, while also delivering a wide range in flight times.
With included strong landing gear and steerable nose wheel, it can taxi, take off and land on paved runway, packed dirt or grass surfaces. Or you can choose to leave the landing gear off for hand launches to get more speed and better vertical performance.
This model is conveniently sized for flying at large parks, sports fields, or traditional RC flying fields and so it can be stored and transported without disassembly.
If you are looking for a classic and smaller sized EDF jet, do not miss the XFly A-10 Thunderbolt II twin 50mm EDF Jet!"

Thanks to John for recording this flight for me. Here is a link to his YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/JohnVH541
Here is how Hobby King describes this Reno Racer Corsair:
"The H-King FG-1 Corsair "Lucky Gallon" is the third in the mini-series from H-King, the "Reno Aces", WW2 fighters dressed to impress at the air races. The FG-1 Corsair "Lucky Gallon" with the included stock 3108-1070KV brushless motor offers a really quick model straight out of the box with speeds approaching 100mph when using the recommended 2200mAh 4S LiPo. However, if you are an experienced hand and are looking for 100+ mph speeds then there is the optional drop-in fit 3108-1170KV 'Pro' brushless motor. This will give your great-looking Reno Ace really ballistic performance on the same prop, ESC, and 4S battery for those that can handle the extra rotational torque on launch.
The Reno Aces FG-1 Corsair "Lucky Gallon" is a bent wing hot rod, it is fast, is very aerobatic, but is also a very stable flyer. Just like the other models in this range, it really grooves and feels locked in at full power, but slow it down and it is a real pussycat too, and just as much fun. The stall is very benign, it's basically non-existent, the controls remain effective throughout the complete speed range. Once you're done with your 6+min flight, fully flared landings are very easy to achieve and make belly landing the FG-1 Corsair a pure joy.
The full-size "Lucky Gallon" was the first Corsair to be used for racing and competed in the 1946 Cleveland Air Races. The pilot was Cook Cleland and he raced in the Championship Race, and achieved an average speed of 357.5mph, finishing in a credible 6th place.
The H-King version of this classic racing FG-1 Corsair comes "Plug N Fly" which means it has the motor, ESC, and servos pre-installed. The tough EPO foam is finished in the authentic color scheme of Number 92 "Lucky Gallon". Assembly is very easy and straightforward with its one-piece wing and simple slot in horizontal stabilizer (no glue required). Other features are the substantially reinforced fuselage, plywood and carbon are used to create a stiffened and strengthened fuselage, and motor box. Plastic skid plates are fitted to all the underside contact areas for protection when landing, and you are supplied with the option of both a clear, or a silver canopy to add the finishing touch to your Corsair.
So to summarize, the H-King FG-1 Corsair "Lucky Gallon" is fast out of the box with the pre-installed motor (optional 'Pro' motor available for even more speed), it has fantastic flying qualities with good fast and slow speed handling, is strong, and quick to assemble. It is a great contender for use at fun, club pylon racing events with the strength and maneuverability to do "Bank and Yank" pylon turns. A great, fun airplane that is brilliant to fly, looks fantastic in the air and will have you smiling from ear to ear the whole time you are flying it."

Here are the review notes for this Freewing T-33 EDF Jet:
Pros:
- Parts and pieces come polybagged for protection
- High-end finish on the model
- Setup was basic and straight-forward
- Robust landing gear for grass friendly ops and hard landings
- New powerful and efficient 80mm in-runner 9-blade EDF setup
- Model officially licensed by Lockheed Martin
- Split flaps
- It was locked in the entire flight!
Cons:
- Missing paint on the back of the canopy
- The left main blew out of the wing on the third landing as seen in this video
Overall, I am very impressed with this jet and I can't wait to get out and fly this more after some repairs. I will maiden the E-flite Su-30 first through!
This is how Motion RC describes this Freewing EDF Jet:
Motion RC is excited to announce the new Freewing T-33 Shooting Star in 1/9.5 scale. Honoring the popular T-33 that flew with over 40 countries between 1948 and 2017, the Freewing T-33 faithfully represents this amazing aircraft!
Constructed from EPO foam, carbon, wood, aluminum, and other materials, the Freewing T-33 is powered by an 80mm EDF power system optimized for performance and easy flying behavior. Its wide 1350mm (53") wingspan offers a light wing loading that allows for very stable flight and a mild gentle stall. Scale split flaps and robust aluminum trailing link suspension landing gear makes taking off from and landing on grass runways an easy operation. Removable tip tanks, an accurate overall outline, and landing gear doors enhance the scale fidelity of this model aircraft. With a quick and easy screw together assembly that is convenient for pilots wanting to get in the air quickly.
The Freewing T-33's power system provides performance that is similar to other recent 80mm Freewing jets such as the popular Freewing Avanti S and Freewing L-39 Albatros but is now powered by a 1920kv Inrunner! The 100A ESC provided ample headroom for high power use and the 9 blade EDF provides a proven efficiency that thousands of Freewing jets have had worldwide. Rapid acceleration, low cruising altitude position, and efficient energy consumption are key features of the Freewing T-33. Although it's wingspan is greater than more expensive 90mm jets, the T-33 is affordable to operate and makes a perfect EDF trainer jet for new jet pilots moving up from smaller 64mm and 70mm jets

Cons:
- I had to manually break in the wheels on the landing gear on this Avios Spitfire Mk Vb Super Scale World War Two Warbird. It wasn't hard by any means, but of time & effort. It is way better to have them be a bit tight than too loose lol
I find it truly amazing just how a foam Remote Control Airplane like this Avios Supermarine Spitfire MkV is available at this price with this many extras. I am completely blown away by this beautiful plane and cannot wait to fly it!

"The PT-17 traces its roots to the Stearman Model 70, built as a private venture to meet a 1934 U.S. Army Air Corps request for a new trainer to replace its aging primary trainer fleet. Re-engined with a Wright J-5 Whirlwind, the design was first ordered by the U.S. Navy in 1935 as the NS-1. Using a Lycoming R-680-5 radial engine and known as the Model 75, the Air Corps ordered the type into production as the PT-13 in 1936. With a variety of engines and designations, the Model 75 went on to become one of the most widely produced and used primary trainers in U.S. military service.
The Model 75 biplane featured a fabric-covered, welded steel tube fuselage and spruce wing construction, and enjoyed a reputation as a simple, cost effective design. Student pilots occupied the front cockpit, while the instructor sat in a rear cockpit with identical controls. Its rugged, forgiving nature made it an excellent primary trainer, providing a relatively safe introduction for pilot trainees into military flight.
The Boeing Aircraft Company bought out the Stearman Company in the middle 1930s, and continued production of the Model 75 for the military. Although built by Boeing, the Model 75 continued to be known as the “Stearman”. In 1940, a Continental R-670-5 engine was fitted to the design to create the PT-17, of which over 3,500 were eventually ordered for U.S. Army service. The plane also enjoyed large U.S. Navy orders as the N2S, and in 1942 both services adopted an interchangeable version as the N2S-5/PT-13D, powered by the Lycoming R-680-17 engine. Demand for the Stearman at the outbreak of World War II outstripped engine supply, so another powerplant, the Jacobs R-755-7, was used on the airframe to create the PT-18."

These are my review notes for this EDF Sport Jet:
Pros:
- The build seems strong overall
- 6S inrunner power and being the fastest 70mm EDF MRC makes is exciting
- The size is easy to store and transport
- The stock landing gear seems good at first glance, but the suspension is far more bouncy on pavement than I prefer.
Cons:
- No lights
- The elevators were very stiff and required a lot of manual breaking in.
- When I screwed the horizontal stab in, the gap was not completely sealed.
This is how Motion RC describes this RC Jet:
"Introducing Freewing's latest sport jet, the Vulcan 70! Envisioned as a multi-role aircraft for both novice and expert pilots alike, the Vulcan 70 is optimized to deliver the best all-around performance in an economical and everyday flier. Fine tune every maneuver in the book with the Vulcan 70's precise handling, high power 6S inrunner powerplant, grass-friendly landing gear, and a high visibility scheme that stands out on the flight line at your local RC flying field.
Powered by Freewing's popular 70mm 6S inrunner system, the Vulcan 70 Pro version sports near unlimited vertical climbing capability, aggressive acceleration, and top speeds above 100mph/160kph!
Perfectly sized for everyday flying, the Vulcan 70 delivers the flight stability of a larger sized model and even fits the common 6S 4000-5000+mAh LiPo batteries used in larger 80mm-90mm EDF jets. While all flight surfaces are easily removable with screws, the Freewing Vulcan 70 is sized to conveniently fit in the backseat of a sedan without any disassembly.
Drawing upon over a decade of EDF jet design experience including popular sport jets like the Stinger 90 and Avanti S, the Freewing Vulcan 70 Pro's design was optimized to be the "latest and greatest" in EDF sport jet design. Powerful, efficient, lightweight, and economical the Vulcan 70's shape was fine tuned with computer-aided simulations for airflow and drag, resulting in a sport jet that sets a new standard moving forward into the next decade
Freewing's latest sport jet delivers the widest flight envelope in its class. With its tuned wing loading and power system, enjoy flying with the precision of a sport jet, the ease of a trainer, and the speed of a powerhouse. Our team developed the Vulcan 70 to offer both an approachable trainer for first time EDF jet pilots, while still offering veteran Avanti or Stinger 90 pilots an aircraft that brings something new to the hangar - FJ21911P."

This is how Hobbyzone describes this Arrows Husky RC Plane:
"The Arrows Husky is a PA-18 inspired, high-winged light utility aircraft which made its first flight in 1986.

Here is how Hobby King describes this new Lockheed C-130 Hercules:
"The incredible Avios C-130 is back with two new hi-viz, vibrant, and lighter in weight color schemes, plus a host of other improvements. The improvements on the V2 are mainly aimed at reducing weight to improve the slow-flight handling characteristics. Like the original version, the C-130 V2 is completed to the highest level of scale detail, has a 1600mm wingspan, and measures over a meter in length.
Beloved worldwide, this versatile American four-engine turboprop aircraft has been used in many guises over its long period in service. Originally it was designed as a troop, and cargo transport aircraft, but very quickly found uses in a variety of other roles.
The Avios C-130 V2 is available in two brand new color schemes, the classic US Coast Guard scheme of hi-viz orange and white with scale decals, or a typical civilian cargo plane scheme in red, white, and blue. Both stand out really well in all skies, and both schemes are lighter in weight than previous versions. Features include pre-installed motors, ESCs, servos, retract landing gear with door sequencer, working cargo door, cabin light, nav lights, etc. The V2 also includes an improved rudder pushrod system with a rear-mounted servo which is lighter, and more direct. The wings are removable for transport and they include a quick-connect/disconnect plug and socket for servos, lights, and power. Assembly is fast and straightforward, it simply screws together, no gluing is required.
Avios presents the only true scale representation of the mighty C-130 turboprop aircraft, and in its V2 form, they are even better to fly. As the full-size model has been a familiar sight around the world for many years, these striking Avios scale models are also destined to become a familiar sight at model flying fields all over the world. Enjoy the look, the sound, and all the fantastic scale features of the Avios C-130 V2 4 engine turboprop.
Improvements of the Avios C-130 V2:
• Two brand new hi-viz, vibrant and lightweight color schemes
• Improved direct pushrod rudder linkage with rear-mounted rudder servo
• Flap geometry has been improved to achieve more movement
• Reduced wiring and no surplus deadweight in airframe
• A reduction in overall weight giving much improved slow-speed handling characteristics
Features:
• A beautiful scale model of the classic Lockheed C-130 turboprop
• Working flaps, retractable landing gear with door sequencer, nav lights, working cargo door
• Factory-installed motors, ESCs, servos, wiring, and quick connect/disconnect wing electrical connectors
• Scale 4 bladed propellers
• Separate 5V-3A BEC unit
• Airframe beautifully molded in tough EPO foam
• Fast, and easy to assemble, no glue required"

- BNF with AS3X & SAFE Select
- 3S or 4S power options
- Has a Smart ESC & Receiver
- Overall nice looking scheme
- Comes with options floats and hardware
Cons:

This is how Horizon Hobby describes this new RC Plane:
"Many RC pilots got their first taste of flying a Short Take Off and Landing (STOL) capable airplane with the original E-flite Timber 1.5m model. Its friendly handling, nimble sport performance, and takeoff-and-land-almost-anywhere abilities made it one of the most popular RC aircraft of all time — widely acclaimed and highly recommended as a great "next step" after a trainer, as the perfect first STOL-capable aircraft, and as one of the best all-around, fun-to-fly sport models for a wide range of pilots. Its next evolution, the Turbo Timber 1.5m, proved even more popular than the original with the addition of metal-geared servos, a 3S and 4S compatible power system, plus a turboprop-styled nose and 3-blade propeller. Now comes the Turbo Timber® Evolution 1.5m, ready to continue the Timber legend with new upgrades that deliver more durability, convenience, and capabilities than ever before — plus a fresh and modern look!
The E-flite Turbo Timber Evolution 1.5m has been evolved into the Smartest, most convenient, capable, and durable Timber yet! Popular features from the original Timber are all there: the shock-absorbing landing gear with oversized, tundra-style wheels; optional-use float set and leading edge slats; functional slotted flaps; and an LED lighting system with landing, navigation and strobe lights. So are the enhancements that gave the Turbo Timber® more performance and capabilities, including a turboprop-styled nose, 3-blade prop and spinner, a more powerful 3S and 4S compatible power system, and a stiffer wing with durable, reliable metal-geared servos. Now the Turbo Timber Evolution 1.5m adds a new top hatch for faster, easier battery changes, plus combined connectors for simpler wing installation and removal. Strengthened landing gear mounts improve the model's durability and STOL capability when flying from rough terrain. The proven Turbo Timber power system is upgraded with an exclusive Spektrum™ Avian™ 60-amp Smart ESC, and the BNF® Basic version is equipped with an AR637TA receiver to provide full-range, real-time telemetry data including battery voltage, current, motor RPM and more — plus motor reversing for special ground handling and other capabilities — along with the benefits of AS3X® and optional-use SAFE Select technologies. There's even a fresh, modern trim scheme for the durable, composite-reinforced airframe! The Turbo Timber Evolution 1.5m remains the best "next step", everyday sport and STOL-capable model for a wide range of pilots — only it's now better than ever!" EFL105250

Brand New | Durafly Prime Tundra 1200mm STOL Trainer | Second Flight
This is my Second Flight with the brand new Durafly Prime Tundra 1200mm STOL Trainer from HobbyKing. This might just be the best flying Tundra yet and good choice for beginners!
Links to this Durafly Prime RC Bush Plane Trainer:
- RTF Version: https://bit.ly/3t9rqYV
- PNP Version: https://bit.ly/3i4Tw1h
The links in this description are affiliate links. They give me a small commission on sales which helps support the channel and keep it independent.
This is how Hobby King describes this new Bush RC Plane For Beginners:
""Learn to Fly the Tundra Way" with the Prime Tundra PT1200. This is yet another addition to the extremely popular Tundra series of STOL (Short Take-Off and Landing) airplanes from Durafly, but this RTF (Ready To Fly) version is aimed primarily at the novice. The PT1200 is the perfect STOL trainer as it inherits the excellent STOL flying characteristics of the Tundra lineage.
A first in the Tundra story is that the PT1200 RTF is supplied ready to fly, it comes not only with the 3-Axis ORX gyro, motor, propeller, ESC, and 6 digital servos, it is also supplied with a Turnigy T6A-V2 6ch transmitter, and receiver radio system. Everything comes pre-installed, and pre-set from the factory, just do the final assembly, add batteries (not supplied), and fly!
If you do not have the luxury of having an experienced pilot to teach you how to fly RC, then the PT1200 RTF is for you. The PT1200 is the most stable Tundra to date even without a gyro but coupled with the pre-installed ORX 3-axis gyro it is taken to another level. The gyro has 3 settings, gyro off, gyro on, and training mode. In the training mode, the gyro gives full stability and also limits the amount of roll and pitch that can be used. In gyro on mode, this gives slightly less aided stability and does not limit the roll or pitch that can be used. In gyro off mode, it is exactly that, no gyro at all.
The PT1200 is the perfect choice for a very first RC airplane due to its rugged and simple lightweight construction in EPO foam, its fast and easy assembly which does not require any gluing, and its completely factory-installed and factory set-up power and radio system. All this coupled with its superb, and very benign handling characteristics make it the most stable and sedate of the Tundra family up to now, which means it is the perfect introduction to RC flying.
The PT1200 is supplied with the exact same tried and tested big wheels from the original Tundra which makes them perfect for every type of surface, be it a runway or a mountain track. This, with the large flaps, makes the PT1200 a very versatile aircraft, and that versatility extends to the wing mounting system too. It is supplied with a choice of a 'Bolt-on, or Band-on' wing mounting option, band on wings have always been considered the best option for training.
Once you have enjoyed flying your PT1200 on the land, then why not try the optional float set. If you have never flown a model off of water before, and have never experienced the pure joy and fun of doing so, then the Prime Tundra PT1200 is the perfect model to get your water wings with!
Features:
• The perfect first time Ready To Fly RC plane and STOL trainer
• Includes a Turnigy T6A-V2 transmitter, receiver, and a 3-Axis gyro
• Beautifully molded in rugged EPO foam
• Large flaps and large Tundra style wheels
• Fast, easy assembly, no gluing required
• Factory-installed motor, ESC, digital servos, radio system, and 3-Axis gyro
• Makes the perfect floatplane trainer when fitted with the optional float set
Specifications:
Type: Durafly Prime Tundra PT1200 Trainer-Sports Model (RTF)
Wingspan: 1200mm (47.2”)

- It handles very similarly to the E-flite Viper Jet
- Designed for 3S packs so you can get a lot of packs for hours of fun without breaking the bank.
Cons:
- I prefer all screws to any glue, but it wasn’t bad overall.
This is how Hobbyzone describes this fun little Viper 50mm EDF PNP:
"Simple is beautiful. Without any landing gear to deal with, the Arrows RC 50mm Viper is lightweight and streamlined—perfect for those with a tight flying field or budget!
To minimize drag, increase flight time and guarantee the Viper's precision flight characteristics, Arrows RC designed a rigid single-piece wing structure and horizontal stabilizer. The lightweight airframe and esceptional aerodyncamics give the Arrows RC 50mm Viper excellent low speed handling and flight time uncharacteristic for small EDF jets of its size.
Power comes courtesy of a 50mm 11 blade fan unit, 2627-4500kV brushless motor and a high performance 30A ESA (with 3A BEC) giving unparalleled speed and sound.
How do you get pinnacle performance on a small budget? Let Arrows RC work its magic with the 50mm Viper!

HobbyKing H-King F6F Hellcat Little Nugget Reno Racer Maiden Flight Review
This is my HobbyKing F6F H-King Hellcat Little Nugget Reno Racer Maiden Flight Review. This is in the same spirit as the H-King Galloping Ghost P-51 Mustang Reno Racer and is just as fun to fly!

H-King Little Nugget Radio Setup:
- Aileron: 70% D/R, 30% Expo
- Elevator: 70% D/R, 30% Expo
- Rudder: 70% D/R, 30% Expo
Review Notes:
Pros:
- It is a great flying RC Plane
- Very easy two bolt Assembly/Build
- 4S power system
- Magnetic cowl for easy motor access
- Skid plates & servo protectors for smooth belly landings
- Ball links on the ailerons
Cons:
- Tail section quirks
- Had to sand off a small amount of foam for full range of motion
This is how HobbyKing describes this Sports Scale Grumman F6F Hellcat Hot Rod:
"The H-King F6F Hellcat "Little Nugget" is the second in the "Reno Aces" mini-series from H-King, they are WW2 fighters dressed to impress at the air races. The F6F Hellcat "Little Nugget" with the included stock 3108-1070KV brushless motor offers a really hot-rod performance straight out of the box, speeds approaching 100mph are possible when using the recommended 2200mAh 4S LiPo. However, if you are an experienced hand and are looking for 100+ mph speeds then there is the optional drop-in fit 3108-1170KV 'Pro' brushless motor. This will give your great-looking Reno Ace a really ballistic performance on the same prop, ESC, and 4S battery. This is only for those that can handle the extra speed and the extra rotational torque on hand-launching.
The F6F Hellcat was a beast of a plane that was primarily designed as a rugged, high-performance carrier-based fighter. Powered by a 2000HP Pratt & Whitney engine, it was able to outperform the A6M Zero to gain air superiority in the Pacific Theater. This powerful combination made the F6F the perfect contender for a racing machine, and so "Little Nugget" was born. It was operated by Alaska Airlines in the 1970s and had an even more powerful 2800HP supercharged engine fitted. It became a firm favorite and frequent winner at the air races during that period.
The tough EPO airframe is reinforced with plywood and carbon for strength, this, in particular, is around where you hold it for hand-launching, the motor mount, and around the tail area. Plastic skid plates are fitted to all the underside contact areas for protection when landing, and you are supplied with the option of both a clear, or a silver canopy to add the finishing touch to your "Little Nugget". The kit comes "Plug N Fly" which means it has the motor, ESC, and servos pre-installed. The very smooth finish of the EPO foam is left the natural white color with the gold scheme of N4965V "Little Nugget" trimmed with a red coach-line. Assembly is very quick and easy with its one-piece wing and simple screw-on horizontal stabilizer (no gluing required). The one-piece cowl with scale red cowl flaps is held in place with very strong magnets, all very simple.
So, to summarize, the H-King Reno Aces Grumman F6F Hellcat "Little Nugget" is fast with the pre-installed motor setup, with the optional 'Pro' motor that is available it is even faster. It has fantastic flying qualities with good fast, and slow speed handling (the stall is very benign), and with unlimited vertical performance on the stock setup, big loops are a dream. At all speeds, it has that solid, locked-in feel that you usually only get with much bigger models. Then we mustn't forget what racers are designed for, "Banking and Yanking", the "Little Nugget" excels at this, it really grooves and carves up the sky. Add to that a fast, simple build, and a super-strong airframe, then the "Little Nugget" is a winner all round in more ways than one.
It is also a great contender for use at club pylon racing events due to its strength and maneuverability. It is a great-looking, fun airplane that is brilliant to fly, looks fantastic in the air, and will have you smiling from ear to ear the whole time you are flying it.

My FMS Pitts RC Plane Review Notes:
Pros:
- Excellent paint and decal application.
- 6S Pitts Power
- Can break down for transport with a little effort.
- Once assembled, it it built like a TANK with robust construction.
- Highly detailed panel lines and rivets.
- Only needs a 4 channel RX, so you save money there.
- The plane flies and lands WAY better than my E-flite Pitts 850mm RC Plane.
- I flew is successfully with Spektrum Smart 6S 30C 5000 (SPMX50006S30).
Cons:
- The screws could have been labeled better for a quicker and easier assembly.
- Horizontal stab plastic struts were not fun, but care was taken and it worked out just fine.
This is how FMS Describes this Big Pitts RC Plane:
"The Pitts Special is a light aerobatic biplane designed by Curtis Pitts. It has accumulated many competitions wins since its first flight in 1944. The Pitts biplanes dominated world aerobatic competition in the 1960s and 1970s and, even today, remain a potent competition aircraft in the lower categories.
Built upon the successful V1 Pitts biplane, FMS is proud to announce the brand-new Pitts V2. Redesigned with a massive 1400mm wingspan, the Pitts V2 is constructed of lightweight and robust EPO foam material. Proprietary connector plugs built into the wing structure means that the wings can be attached to and detached from the fuselage using just a few screws. The slide-fit wing struts are just as simple, slide them on in just a few seconds and the wing is securely braced!
An oversized battery bay accommodates most 6S packs with ease- giving the pilot ample power to attempt all aerobatic maneuvers. Hobbywing 50A ESC provides bulletproof performance!
While ensuring that the Pitts Special is faithfully recreated, FMS has worked hard to minimize its profit margins in the hopes that pilots who love the Pitts V2 will find it affordable.
With graceful lines from a bygone era, robust airframe and a state-of-the-art power system, the Pitts V2 is a model you shouldn’t miss!"
