Does it Matter?
We All Want Something in This One Great Strife Called Life
Most of us tend to avoid pursuing what we want at all costs, unless we are consciously aware and keep it "Top Of Divine Mind."
As human beings, we are twice as likely to run away from something rather than move towards it, due to our primitive triumvirate brain.
We all have a specific domain that we are currently focusing on. This is the area in which we strive to excel. At different seasons of our lives, we may work on other domains. However, when we are at our peak level, we work on all of them simultaneously to achieve faster results in our transitions.
Alternatively, we may give up on certain domains altogether if the challenges become overwhelming or we don't have a model or system to process it.
A question I ask everyone who comes across this video,
"What do you want in your domain?"
As for me, I am currently working on improving my health. I have been dealing with a mysterious illness, but I am in the process of recovering from it.

It gives our minds a chance to process, assimilate and organize the information we received the day before.🌅

🎌When we are faced with difficult decisions or situations that we are in, it's easy to become overwhelmed by stress and anxiety. By taking a step back and giving ourselves the time to rest and 🛏recharge, we are better equipped to handle these challenges with a clear mind and a calm state of mind.

Movement IS Medicine
Imagine a world where your doctor prescribes "movement as medicine." Instead of handing you a prescription pill, powder or potion for another quick fix, they encourage you to get your up, get active as a wild cat, and let your body heal itself naturally by doing the fundamentals like eating right, moving daily for at least one to two hours of physical play activity at your level, surrounding yourself with good people that want to see you win and doing breathe work plus drinking water regularly to flush out the toxins and crap that is in your body from the environment.
I know this sounds like Science Fiction to some of you because you have been brought up on insta-food, having the chemically addicted food your way right away... It may sound unconventional, but this is the philosophy of natural living and having the gumption to comprehend naturopathic medicine that aids in natural healing you can become your own medicine doctor when it comes to everyday healing like the common cold, flu or other ailments that will come in time "No Matter What."
or inquire about a consultation with a Naturopathic doctors that understand the body flow has its own innate ability to heal itself by itself with some additional tools and resources that you can serve it, and they guide their patients towards supporting this process through lifestyle changes and natural remedies. In the face of pain and suffering, we have a unique opportunity to grow and become a better version of ourselves. It is in the midst(s) of this... adversity that our true strength, our calling to adventure, or our culling of our past defeats and our current resilience are tested to become... Antifragile to our future self when we face this adversity to move through it...
"iF IT DOESN'T CHALLENEG YOU, IT DOESN'T CHANGE YOU."
...When life challenges you, it forces you to dig deeper and find the inner resources that can be cultivated into convictions to form us as we never knew they ever existed before. We MUST earn adaption to adoption, to overcome to under value, and to arrive then thrive in the 'condition our condition is in.'
YOU PROCESS TO PROGRESS& YOU PROGRESSTO PROCESS...
The PROcess of being a prop to learn from this specific pain and suffering your working through with is not an easy one. It requires face-to-face confrontation of our fears, to face our weaknesses, and to embrace our vulnerabilities as they change with our condition through using or forming new strengths or delegating our weaknesses to others that care.
THROUGH THE THICK OF IT...
It is through this process that we discover our true gap of our potential. We learn to increase the gain of that in which we are capable of so much so... more than we ever thought possible.
PUSH TO PULL-PULL TO PUSH AND THEN RISE UP...
We learn to choose to push through the pain, or relinquish back to safety (choices)... of security and comfort. I believe we MUST find true-heart-felt meaning in the hardships of our suffering if we are capable to do so, and to emerge stronger on the other side like the metaphorical story of the historical "Phoenix Rising," so that we can feel, tell and emotionalize to ourselves our own story to build strength and confidence with in to mind us..
GO DEEP... OR STAY SURFACE...
One of the greatest lessons we can earn from pain and suffering is the importance of empathy and compassion with a feeling of humble, and aggressive patience to others through their pain & suffering to get them well. When we experience our own struggles through true pain and suffering, we gain a deeper understanding of the struggles of others to empathize but not stay there...
HELP... & SUPPORT... EACH OTHER
...We become sensitive to comprehending pain and suffering around us, and we develop a genuine want to help and support those in need of moving past theirs as nothing is gained from reliving that moment other than death which may be your gift if you stay stuck for too long in that moment.
FORCE MULTIPLIER...
...Our own experiences become a catalyst for positive change, as we strive to make a difference in the lives of firstly ourselves and eventually others by sample/example of leading.
YOU REPEAT OR LEARN MISTAKES UNTIL LEARNED...
...Ultimately, we learn from the gifts of that pain and suffering to never repeat that or allow us to temper and then transform it into a better version of ourselves. It can teach us resilience, empathy, and gratitude of our development as we stack pains to stack wins. It helps us appreciate the beauty in our life development of our biological state of mind, even in the midst of these problem-solving hardship. We find joy in solving them when we win them.
WE SHAPETO SHAPE OTHERS...
So let us embrace our trials and tribulations, for they have the power to shape us into the best possible version of ourselves that we want to grow into. Let us grow, let us learn, and let us become the shining beacons of light that we are always meant to be, regardless of the condition our condition is in!

When we shine our... light onto the darkness of and through our experience(s) on others path it can suggest a supportive illumination of the path before them that betters their journey a touch better. Hope this was helpful, if not ignore it.

Pushing Past YOUR Sickness and Choosing To Get Better...
MINDSET SHIFT
...When faced with your illness, disease or death, it can be easy to succumb to feelings of hopelessness, and despair of your time during the process of healing. However, it is a MUST to remember that YOU have the power to go inside to heal and choose to get better moment to moment. Rather than allowing y/our sickness to define you, you can make the conscious split decision to push past and reclaim your pull on your health with wise choices.
KNOWING:
It is natural to feel overwhelmed when confronted with a sickness or disease as I was. Our bodies are made to feel weak for a reason of healing ourselves. You feel weak, your spirits low or distressed, and it can seem like a never-ending battle when you can ruminate the value of being in a low-energy producing state. You succumb. You lose...
..Sadly it doesn't have to be this way. You can win by the force of creating your nature through struggle and change of movement. It is crucial to remember that we ALL have options and choices to make for betterments and improvements while conscious we are in the here and now.
We have the incremental power to take one step at a time, seek mental treatment through physical movement, explore alternative therapies for our conditions through research & development, and create a positive lifestyle changes that can aid in our pain & healing process... I am not saying, "If your brain is hanging out of your head, you MUST go to the doctor because you don't have an immediate choice for anything else... duh."
THE CHOICE(s):
Choosing to get better requires a mindset shift in what you do have power over which is in your inner guidance system of self improvements. I believe your sick for a reason. Instead of focusing on the decay and deterioration of your situation caused by your sickness, you/we must shift your attention of detail towards the possibilities of recovery and restoration-- through experimentation of what I call "Medicine (is) Movement."
...Our bodies are incredible machines capable of self-regeneration & self healing. By adopting a negative to positive mindset by believing in your body's ability to work towards healing, at first by being in the pain state it is in and then shifting it to a healing state by moving. We will empower ourselves to take the necessary steps towards wellness and incremental improvement by small changes to our current lifestyle and plan to get better.
CHAOS:
In order to push past our sickness and choose to get better, it is important to explore all available options SLOW TO IMPROOVE AND FAST TO CHANGE our state. This might include consulting with a professional( ONE YOU 'REALLY' TRUST, NOT A QUACK SELLING YOU THE NEXT BEST SHOT), researching alternative treatments(methods), or seeking support from loved ones who are there to truly help you and support you for the time being until you are able to develop on your own, if needed or just struggling through the Chaos of what you can now do no matter how long as long as you do. Each person's journey is unique towards the healing power of change, and it is important to find what works best individually. Again, you MUST push and have the inner want to get better... EVERY single DAY...
INTENTIONS BEST:
It is also essential to prioritize self-care during this time. Nurturing/Naturing our body and mind through proper allocated nutrition(timing), discipline of all of these, through limited to moderate exercise, breathing, rest, and management of self (emotionally .mentally, who you surround yourself with... and physically)-- can significantly aid you in your self healing process. Taking the time to hear our bodies' needs and giving ourselves permission to rest when necessary is crucial in allowing our bodies to heal. I also, believe in agitating symptoms through movement to heal as well because most of our problems is that we don't move enough and for me it was the opposite I moved often(had an active lifestyle) so this was a once normal state to want to move more while I was sick and force myself to move daily... I know others aren;t like this.
CHOICES OF IMPROVISEMENT & IMPROVEMENT THROUGH MOVEMENT:
In conclusion, pushing past sickness and choosing better requires strength, determination, perseverance and a positive mindset choice. While it may be challenging at times, remember that we have options and the power to heal. By exploring all available avenues for self treatment, adopting a positive mindset(it will be up/down, get it), and prioritizing self-care, we can overcome our sickness ourselves and reclaim our health and well-being with an empowered mind, body and spiritual resolve to go within. It is never too late to choose wellness over disease and embrace a future filled with vitality and joy onward... I wish you the best.

The Importance of Taking Incremental Action(s) and Pushing Past Your Limits
No matter your emotions, they will pass like weather and there are times when you must push past or through even when you don't feel like it.
It's during these moments that you must take incremental action(s) to gain momentum, as doing so will empower you to do it anyway. Each action you take, regardless of its scale, yields results.
Winning when you feel at your worst is crucial, and accumulating these victories will be paramount when reflecting on your life and accomplishments.
The significance lies in the gradual steps that bridge the gap and lead to a gain when you cross that mental chasm.
Remember it's a MUST to take small and big steps forward and back as long as you are moving to win, collecting data and getting feedback to move you forward ASAP.
By consistently taking incremental actions, you are building momentum and moving closer to your goals. Embrace the challenges and push past your limiting beliefs, for it is in these moments of discomfort that true growth and transformation occur.
Ignore, how you feel at the moment and Keep pushing yourself forward, and you will be amazed at what you will achieve.
Remember to celebrate each small (win) victory along the way. Acknowledging and appreciate your progress as this will fuel your motivation and inspire you to keep pushing forward.
As you continue to take incremental actions, you'll find that the gap between where you are now and where you want to be gradually narrows as you get focused on the goal.
So keep persevering, stay devoted to your goals, and trust in the power of consistent effort when you don't feel like it. I have been saying "What Does NOT feeling Like It Have To Do With Anything?" Then I have been 'Doing It Anyway!' I think it therefore I MUST do it or Plan it into action. You'll be glad you did it...
